Frankie and Bennys in Liverpool

Visited before my flight. After reading some of the reviews I wasn't sure what to expect and was pleasantly suprised. Service by Luci was spot on, she was friendly, warm and put my worries about flying alone at ease. Breakfast was amazing and very quick service. I didn't feel rushed and atmosphere was good.

Myself & a couple of friends popped in on our way over to Northern Ireland. For us, it was a lovely way to start our trip & we enjoyed chatting to the GM over the bar with a few drinks. Thank you so much for making us feel so welcome. Highly recommended!

Hours to kill before catching our flight to Salou for a week's holiday in the sun ,we dropped into Frankie & Benny's and what a great time we had. A big outlet ,interior very cosy ,dark wood features abound, a cool looking serving bar, great decor and furnishings including plenty of seating options, it's just a very cool restaurant/bar. We ordered a coffee, coffee's were served steaming hot, we chilled out and looked forward to our upcoming holiday. Coffee served in here was spot on, consistent from the first sip till the last sup, really enjoyed our visit here before we moved on to catch our flight, its easy to locate departure side John Lennon Airport.

Give it a miss. The two staff who were serving customers at 5 tables, including us, were completely uninterested. They were stood talking eventually gave us dirty breakfast menus and we had to ask for kids.. After 20 minutes of waiting we had to get their attention to order only to be told it was too late for breakfast. We left so can’t comment on the food.

Bare minimum in service with disinterested staff. Seated ourselves. Scan menu to order food. Food delivered without any verbal interaction, didnt bring cutlery didnt check if there was any on the table, there wasnt. I had to take some from another table. Same thing happened with the people on the table next to us. Scrambled egg had an excessive amount of large black cracked pepper all through it. Child was unable to eat it, not questioning if everything is ok with the food when a full plate is still sat there after 30 mins is poor.

Better than I expected on airside of an airport, good value and the ribs are amazing and incredibly meaty. Very friendly, best experience at airport I ever had on my travels

Just needed a coffee and some breakfast before my travels. The full English was ok I was a bit disappointed it didn’t come with any bread. Read carefully next time. The egg was inedible totally runny full of water due to being undercooked. The waitress was very apologetic and nice!

It’ll be at least a half an hour before I can leave a review.. the staff will know what I mean !! Turning people away and discouraging them from entering , but then 15 mins later taking orders straight away.. no need for the panic lads..

My credit card was charged twice after the server came back to say the charge didn't go through. Two charges were on my statement with slightly different amounts. Food quality was poor for the price and restaurant was freezing.

Had an English breakfast and egg & salmon on toast. Fresh, hot and really good quality - could tell it was prepared with care. Service was lovely too. We had eaten at The Estuary Kitchen & Bar also in the Airport 20 minutes before but the food was completely inedible & we left it and we’d wasted £35.00. They need to take lessons in how to prepare food from Frankie & Bennys.

If you’re after somewhere to eat with flavourless food, half an available menu and disinterested bordering on rude staff this is the place for you. Absolute shambles.

With hours to kill before catching a flight to Krakow to celebrate my sister in law's 60th birthday I dropped into this Frankie & Benny's outlet and I must say I had a great visit. The restaurant looks superb,great decor and furnishings ,a cool looking serving bar ,great neon lit features and lots of seating options. We ordered coffee's ,service was quick and coffee served steaming hot and from the first sip till the last sup you can tell they use quality ingredients in their coffee and take great pride in the coffee they serve in here,qualities normally missing in airport bars and restaurants ,only gripe for me is the price ,can't understand the price hike in all airport establishments. We really enjoyed our coffee in here before moving on and as on previous visits to here we had a great time.

The only place open in the airport and we can't commend the staff enough - friendly and bubbly and couldn't do enough for us - lovely start to our long awaited holiday - special thanks to Tina and Kelsey you are amazing -keep it up girls 😁

Visited this week before flying out on a family break. Waitress who greeted us was very rude and abrupt. Was tempted to walk out but didn’t have much choice so had to stay. I think my daughters food allergies were a bit of inconvenience. Limited menu compared to other F&B restaurants. Portions were smaller than usual. Sorry but wouldn’t recommend or rush back to.

Great breakfast for an early flight, the eggs benedict was a great hit and nothing too heavy for flying on. Staff were great friendly and approachable and appreciated we were in quite a rush to get done to get our flight!
