The best restaurants in Riverside Liverpool North West

Waited an age for the quite bland food to arrive, one plate of the bland mush was also tepid which is something I suppose..customer service was a wee bit brusque. There's spoons across the road and around the corner. say no more.

This place has a zero star hygiene rating.

Thanks to to Diane and her team, we have just held a double birthday celebration here, the service is second to none, food was amazing and the staff are so helpful.

this is the second time we order prawn noodles and we eat only noodles and few small prawns and we order extra ones which is £8.50 each , so today will be last time we come and eat here .before in the old shop with the chinese chef the noodles was my favourite now honestly not anymore .wok@ Go XXX

Just went there to relax and enjoy a Saturday night. Terrible experience. Member of staff behind us with his tablet checking each slot we were in and doing something on his tablet. Disgusting

Okay casino, dealers are probably the most misrable people i have seen in my life. Nice to see when your over £100 down. Food is good, but its really difficult to get a drink even when you are giving them business. Wont be coming back again thats gor sure

Buffet breakfast served in the restaurant had plenty of choice with lots of hot and cold items available with excellent service from the staff, it set us up for the day of sightseeing around the city.

Normalmente voy a Costa, pero pensé en darle una oportunidad a Bean. La chica joven que nos sirvió era encantador, educado y amable. Me sirvió mi chocolate caliente un joven que supongo que era el gerente mientras le enseñaba a un colega cómo hacer bebidas. Le pregunté si podía calentar mi chocolate ya que estaba frío. Luego me dio una conferencia diciéndome abruptamente que el chocolate era la temperatura correcta. Pregunté por qué estaba frío solo para que me dijeran que así se sirve. A regañadientes lo calentó. Seguramente no es ciencia de cohetes. Fue increíblemente grosero. Carecía de cualquier habilidad de Servicio al Cliente. Necesita entrenamiento. Vas a perder clientes cuando hay tantas alternativas para elegir.

¡Caos desorganizado de principio a fin! Era CNY 2025, así que esperaba que las cosas fueran más ocupadas de lo habitual, pero esto era más allá de una broma y aún más decepcionante, ya que nos habían recomendado este establecimiento. El personal es grosero, desdeñoso, intolerante, antipático con lo que también parecía ser una barrera lingüística muy distinta. Al llegar nos dieron el menú chino ‘británico’ que era asuntivo en sí mismo como yo había estado recientemente en Hong Kong y me hubiera gustado haber probado una de las comidas de olla de arcilla que solo estaba disponible en el menú chino. El gerente me dijo que ‘no hubiera sido por mí’, que no es como el gerente de un establecimiento debe reaccionar o decir aunque él lo pensara... Un buen ejemplo de formas prejuiciosas y discriminatorias. El servicio era más que lento y era muy antipático. Habíamos estado en el restaurante 2 horas, que incluía la ‘cola’ para una mesa y el servicio era tan malo que ni siquiera habíamos tenido nuestro plato principal en este punto. Hablamos con el gerente que no hizo nada para tratar de rectificar la situación por lo que terminamos saliendo y solo pagando por lo que habíamos recibido. NO recomendaría este establecimiento a nadie y ciertamente NO volveré.

Good food and a good atmosphere but a 1 star as two bottles of Corona for £11.50 is a bit of a scam

Went to walk in the place with friends for my birthday and was stopped by the door staff. Was told "I can't just walk in" then asked where have I been? I don't see why I need to say if Ive been to McDonald's to get into a bar, one that is clearly new. Let's just say I moved on from this power hungry bouncer to the jacaranda

Unbelievable bad service.received only half of what we ordered and milk shake cups only half full..when confirming the staff the answer I got was-what’s the problem!! In the end we finally got what we ordered and came home, only to find out we had not got the 8 dips we ordered…Not impressed and most likely never going back because of bad service/staff
