Subway - Toxteth in Liverpool

I love this subway on sefton street but since theres been a new member of staff working here im not allowed to take tomatoes of my sub i have never liked tomatoes and the lads who work there have never had a problem with taking them off but the times i come here its the womens shift which makes it hard because she cant take salad i dont like off my sub which means i have to look for somewhere else to eat which is a shame because i love subway

This is the only subway that I like going to, the 2 guys on today at around 2pm were lovely, shop was spotless and they were polite, professional and made my fave sub perfectly! I have been served by them both a couple of times and they are such an asset to the company, this is the only subway that I like going to.

They didn’t bring for me the sandwich I ordered

Staff was amazing food so fresh so helpful training was in place which was professional done I only recognised cos I’ve been in the business

Big space, lots of seats to eat in, love the salads.

Not happy I asked for double tuna and paid for double tuna but just got single tuna, asked for pickles and didn't get them got something else and didn't get cucumber. So did not get what I paid for.

The fries were okay I wasn’t expecting cheese on a teriyaki sandwich though

Fast service the drink was made perfectly and just how I wanted it and the batista was very polite and friendly

order originally said it would arrive around 15:20-15:40 but the order hadn’t even been started to prepare until 15:25. In the end my order arrived at 16:04. I ordered at around 14:50 or 14:55. the driver arrived in a good time and the food was still warm but it took way too long to at least start to be prepared

Food was brilliant, customer service was brilliant from the 2 guys that served me today at about 2:45pm, best customer service I’ve had from any subway, cheerful guys and the sandwiches were all perfect :) thank guys!

Food was really fresh, there was nothing wrong with the food, it was warm, fresh, and overall just a good sandwich. The staff was really nice but all interactions just felt really rushed as though they didn't want us there but they still managed to be professional and polite. However, there was just one toilet and it was for people with disabilities and it wasn't well kept either. The atmosphere was also quite unwelcoming, it was like an abandoned place even though there was people there. Maybe if the music was just a bit louder it would've been better.

They forgot my cookies and to put cheese on my sandwich. The wedges and hash browns were soggy and greasy.

Proper sandwich artistry. As you probably are already aware, Subway can be quite expensive and sometimes the butties can be kind of slapped together. This was not the case here. A lot of love and consideration was put in to my Subway Melt today. A perfect amount of gherkins, a great cross-section when cut and perfect ratio of sauce to everything else. Friendly CS, lovely quality ingredients and very clean store. Thanks!

Haven't been to this subway for a few months and called for lunch after shopping the food was good, there was a girl serving and a new lad only been there one and a half weeks, the service was 5 star they were really friendly and helpful, she was doing a good job showing him the ropes

W teorii każdy subway powinien być taki sam. W praktyce jednak, każdy sie różni. Osobiście uważam, że połową sukcesu każdego miejsca są ludzie tam pracujący. Dziś pan, który robił nam kanapki zasłużył ode mnie na 10 gwiazdek. Pan był niesamowicie uprzejmy, uśmiechnięty, a kanapki wykonał z dużą starannością. Uwielbiam takich ludzi i takie miejsca! 😊

Do not order online. They literally just throw anything into your sandwich. Thought third time lucky thought wrong.

Had the absolute pleasure of being served by a gentleman called Axl. Made the sub perfectly and had a nice chat with him. Proper legend and a belter Friday scran, the man needs several raises!

The sub was very tasty, and the ingredients were correct, but an error was made with the order and only half the size of sub ordered was delivered.

I'm not very happy with this delivery at all. I waited 2 hours for my food it was freezing cold when it arrived. Driver didn't complete order on his app so I couldn't complain about it yesterday. I am absolutely disgusted in this delivery. I spend a lot of money on these services. Just expect better to be honest.

Food was very nice. Bread wasn’t soggy from the meatball marinara and all the salad was in place when it had arrived.

It hasn't been delivered, I have spoken to delivery driver twice with directions & order is now showing as delivered even though it hasn't arrived. Phoned delivery driver back twice and he's hung up both times. Fuming...😡

The delivery missed a quarter of the order. We spoke to the e restaurant who asked us to speak to Just Eat, although we were promised it was in hand 90 minutes later we were instead offered a refund of the missing item and invited to order it again and pay a second delivery charge. This took about an hour of chats and chat bots. Family meal, one member of the family didn't get hers. A bad experience all around

Wrong cookie and overkill on packaging

Missing a garlic bread, a Pepsi and mayonnaise dip. Not great...

I ordered a 6 inch sub tuna with spinach, sweetcorn, olives, pickles, hash-browns, and extra extra extra cheese and Caesar dressing. Only it did not come with any cheese what’s so ever. This is the 3rd time it has happened to me in a month.
