This coffee shop is in Liverpool 1 shopping centre. The coffee was okay but a bit expensive at £7.40 for two flat whites. Good location and some outside seating.

Nice coffee BUT the experience was ruined by absolutely filthy toilets. This was Sunday 9.30am,so they should have been cleaned the night before or prior to opening.. Dirty toilets, overflowing bins. stuffed to top, extremely off putting considering food is served.

My girlfriend got a caramel iced latte and I got a vanilla iced latte, both £4.20 each. The coffees tasted bitter and as though there was no syrup in them at all - they were not enjoyable to drink. The staff were friendly and there was a variety of cakes to choose from (just none that suited us unfortunately). The vibe of the place itself is quite chill and relaxing. However, due to the coffee, we wouldn’t return.

Nice coffee, nice croissant. The upstairs is advertised as a co-working space but don't expect to be able to concentrate with them blasting out pop music all day. There's also about 3 places to plug a laptop in, so come fully charged. The plug sockets are also located right underneath the speakers. So to sum up - i think co-working space is a stretch, it's just an extension of the coffee shop. Not coming back here to work.

Not such nice coffee in my hotel so thought let me have a walk and this cafe was just on my way. Not crowded as it was early morning. Such nice and very calm atmosphere. So neat and shiny place. Really enjoyed my coffee because very fresh and strong. They have yummy cakes and bakery. Didn't stop myself to grab and clean my hands on them. Thinking to get another cup but running late for other things.

Very good staff and service especially the apple pie but my friend is gluten free but no bread so no sandwiches for her and not one cake unlike what they had in Chester who had 3 different ones .

I'm generally a fan of costa coffee - the tiffin is usually great, the coffee is fine. However, on this occasion it just didn't work. Quite a limited choice of food on offer, and one of the least friendly customer teams I've come across. The toasted sandwich also tasted a bit stale frankly. There was also no decaf coffee on offer. The tiffin was lovely however. Not sure I'll visit this branch again soon - better off going to other places around the corner.

Nice in here, went when it was early for a colleague's leaving drink, shot some pool, drinks were good and priced well.

Popped in for a takeaway order sandwich and was not disappointed by the variety of choices available. Reaching later int he day there were still plenty of sandwich options to choose from including hot and cold options. Great little place really enjoyed the food!

I visited with my wife to get a sandwich for our lunch and decided to use the toilet, upon opening the door to the toilet I was greeted by excrement spread on the seat and basin and urine all over the floor. I reported this to the person who was on the floor and he stated that he knew the situation and would get to it when he was ready. Upon hearing this I went and told my wife and left , we could not eat there seeing this.
