My order was never delivered and on the website it says it's already gone, the delivery was supposed to be between 12:30 and 12:50 and it's already 13:47 and nothing of the delivery but on the website it's already like delivered

Hopeless food ingredients were not fresh.we orderted chicked chiily and Biryani chicken was not even chewable very hard and rubbery. And mst important staff is not bothered about it.

Driver was quite rude my door number was not added to adress and i was made to feel it was my fault thanks to the delivery driver

Ordered signature vanilla ice cream and was sent soft scoop from aldi, possibly tesco? Ice blasts literally just ice, phone number unavailable so can even ring, won't be using again, try yums on Kensington much better

Compré pastel de pescado, chip, curry, el pastel de pescado era marrón oscuro por dentro y grumoso, parecía asqueroso, parecía de hace unos días, como si el pastel de pescado se hubiera frito, lo devolví, la señora del chippy dijo que el menú había cambiado, en el pastel de pescado, y que los pasteles de pescado iban a verse así de ahora en adelante

Owner/staff is disrespectful and rude, cant pack their takeaway properly
