Called in recently after a night out and staff were pleasant enough but I was not prepared for the absolute filth they passed off as food and I am seriously considering getting the food standards agency involved. We ordered 2 portions of fish a fried chicken breast portion and chips. The fish was undercooked and definitely on the turn with a very unpleasant smell and the taste made me physically sick, plus the batter was vile and soaked in grease. The chicken portion was overcooked to a point where in was completely inedible and the chips were a soggy tasteless mess. This establishment was devoid of any other customers and I can now understand why. Not all takeaways are brilliant or at best average but what we experienced was a disgusting outrage which shames all other takeaways in the nearby area.

Peking Ribs had hardly any meat, just fat and bones! The Beef in Peking Sauce was way too spicy & burnt my lip - it went in the bin! Really disappointed!

worst gravy i have ever tasted. Was quite literally solid and black. The spring rolls were advised as the chunky ones and u get 5 however i received 8 flat, i cant even call them rolls because they weren’t rolls. they were just flat pasty with a tiny bit of veg. Food really wasn’t great.

Great place and great food as always! don't be fooled by the pricing, it may seem expensive but the portions are absolutely huge! I ordered one banana fritter and they sent me six! love this place I'll keep coming back.

Crispy noodles were inedible and so hot they burnt a hole through the box. Salt & pepper chicken was tough and hard. Salt and pepper chips were ok but nothing special. Delivery man was rude on arrival. Won’t be placing another order here

Prawn balls and chow mein were good but ribs were battered and extremely spicy sauce

Siu mai meat inside was really gritty like it had ground bone in it totally inedible and had to be sadly thrown away. Not the fault of chip shop but the manufacturer who made the items

My first order . so ribs in ok sauce , tasted of H.P brown sauce and the ribs were tough and very chewy to say the lest . Also they were dipped in a batter and deep fried . The sauce made the batter very soggy like eating a sponge . Not at all nice . the beef satay dish , well there was a reasonable portion , the beef had a slimy taste to it and there was mushrooms in the wet and soggy satay ? sauce ? . Needef good quality cut of beef and more satay . the rest was ok not great.

Small Portions for the price. They used to be much larger.

Been searching for a good Chinese for a long time, this is definitely the best. Food was of high quality, will definitely order again. Hopefully as I've found with others the 2nd time around is just as good. Sweet & sour chicken with soft noodles and chicken kung poa and fried rice 👌

food was fine, still good and hot and arrived earlier than expected. the soup was a little too thick for my usual liking but it was nice none the less.

First time ordering from here and we weren’t disappointed! Chicken chow mein was amazing and the best Singapore vermicelli we’ve had. Chips amazing too! All fresh, hot, tasty and delivered early! Definitely our go to for Chinese now!

the chop suey roll was so soggy the outside was mush, not a single crispy bite. had to scrape the outside but off if the inner noodles. will never order that again. The chicken balls had a lot of doughy batter, the noodles were vermicelli noodles, not proper soft noodles. the chicken fried rice was okay and crispy beef was a nice flavour but a little squishy. it was as if the order had sat around after being cooked for about 20 plus minutes. for the quality, it was pricey TBH.

Awful. Ordered duck and pancakes and there was nice duck it was just fat. Same with the ribs, just fat no meat. Whole meal wasn’t nice.

We never recieve our shrimp roll….. payed for 8 rolls nothing instead we got 8 chicken rolls no crispy spring roll and melted container with crispy noddles very disappointed was expecting better. But the food well got the food was eatable just disappointed on the service.

Wings very soggy. Noodles and special fried rice greasy. Rest of food fine. Prices up again.

I have ordered food from you along of times today it was awful, peas hard on omelette, prawns in my omelette when said no prawns as I cannot eat them food very poor had to put in bin refund please won’t be using this restaurant again

The order was late by 1hr and 20 minutes and didn’t specify either online when ordering that there was going to be a delay, nor did they ring to update they missed half of the order and laughed down the phone when we said they are missing half of the order and about the delivery and didn’t offer any services to help so in regards to customer relations and making a returning customer they have no idea how to make that cycle work will be refunding via the bank & just eat

Usually pretty good, food ordered at 18.10 called up at 19.20 to ask where it was told driver had just left food arrives 25 minutes later only mildly warm and portion sizes much smaller than before.

The crispy beef seemed to be very little meat and mostly batter, the salt and pepper ribs were flavourless, they seemed as though they had just been cooked and a serving of onions had been put on top, the beef in Blackbean sauce, there wasn't much whole pieces of meat, alot were just very small shredded pieces, very very disappointed, it was getting too late to speak to them and get a reorder so ate a bit of it and threw away the rest
