KFC Liverpool - Chaloner Street in Liverpool

Drive through - could not understand employee when ordering at all. Food - came out so fast we knew it was going to be cold…it was just that. Carpark - birds just waiting to eat food around entire area.

I frequent this kfc. They can be a bit slow at times but for the most part, it's a good kfc.

This is absolutely the worst KFC! Their quantity is so bad, i ordered what k usually order in other KFC but here when i did, the food was so bad, not clean,food is not as per the description. THE WORST EXPERIENCE

This is the only halal KFC in town, so it represents the Muslim community. Please ensure the cleanliness, as it is an important part of our faith. One of the toilets was blocked, and the other was dirty with urine, making it unusable. The handwash dispenser was broken, and the sink was full of tissues. This was very disappointing.

Filthy restaurant and toilets, wow walked straight back out again...god only knows what it's like behind the counter.. what a cesspit..give it a miss

We close at 2200 is 2135 no Zinger not mashed potato. Not very happy with this. If you close at 2200 then that’s when you stop taking orders or advertise this! Sorry but not happy with the service tonight!

Food never came spent £43 got the delivery guy on bike on camera out side doesn’t knock them goes fumin I want my money back now !!!

Just got a drive through here. Been travelling all day. The food is absolutely disgraceful. Gravy is a dark brown gloop who h tastes like petrol and greasy, chicken really overcooked and hard. Fries are covered in brown specks what look like endless use of oil. Worst kfc ever eaten

Lots of people waiting for a long time for orders , my burger was wrong when I got it , wanted Tower burger , when it came out it was the first burger , now with cheese etc added , the chicken was hard & cold . I asked for a refund, the girl who served me was friendly she apologised & was doing her best , despite having to deal with complaints

The atmosphere in this place is wonderful and attractive, hot meals and cold drinks, the location is excellent, the services are fast and active, suitable for individuals and families.

No toilet roll toilets are never really clean

Food quite enjoyable, the trilogy box is my fav. the bqq burger box i got was alright but prob never get it again since it was not a box i seemed to like that much. There is nothing wrong with it as that too was tasty.

Food missing and was freezing cold ! Waste of £42 !

The order was missing one of the items I ordered. There should have been a piece of chicken too, but there was only the burger, fries, popcorn chicken, hot wings, gravy and a can of tango.

A quarter of the order arrived over an hour late… eventually got through to kfc they said they would get the rest of the order to us the 45 mins later called to say they couldn’t deliver the order… we went to collect and they gave us the original food which was freezing cold…. Awful service

They claim that this is a Halal KFC, “halal”means firstly “cleanliness” but i don’t see it. I hope the cookers and friers are clean but after seeing this dirt, i have doubts. Why toilets and the floor are always dirty? I wonder, this is the place where we eat and drink. I would like to ask the manager if his her house is the same dirty?

Standard KFC and as expected. Fine for a simple meal. Someone in the traveling party responded that they do not serve regular soft drinks with sugar. Seems like they are focusing on Pepsi Max. Fast serving and pleasant service.

Where is my chicken? Who ate my food? I have never experienced this type of service. Today, I have nothing to eat because of your delivery person.

Offers Halal Certified Chicken Food was good and fresh. The service Is great and friendly. And ofc the atmosphere is your average fast food restaurant one.

I’m not one to write negative reviews cause I myself work in hospitality, but I’ve came to kfc I’ve ordered my food , before I got my food I requested my chicken to be a drumstick and thigh to me the other chicken is very dry , why did I still not gotten what I asked for , went up to the lady who served me and she didn’t do anything about it , contact the manager and he said he don’t do customise orders which is ridiculous cause that is the first I’ve heard that from any kfc I was truly disappointed in the end he swapped my chicken for ONE wing ! So all this back and forth didn’t get my order and I basically downgraded! Never coming back Fries was dry Dirty tables

KFC chicken and the new chips are so delicious with or without the gravy. The chicken wings are also 👌. I wish they'll make the chicken wing offers of 20 pcs per 5.99 £.

The drive through is the slowest I've ever experienced. Expect it to take at least 25 minutes

Food is amazing if you can get it. My order took so long my body went into Ketosis. I've now got Abs and my cats wont sit on me anymore as I'm not as soft. HOUR AND FOURTY MINUTES. Looked on here. Live. LESS BUSY THAN USUAL? WHERES ME SCRANS BILL? Also. STARVING! And the banks holding my £20.

the sweet chilli dipped bites did not come with the food. they are on the recent but didn’t turn up.

It's a nice kfc, I got to is just because it's the only halal one in Liverpool. It's messy some of the times but overall the restaurant and the staff working there are nice.

Probably the worst KFC I have been to throughout the world. The place is in a busy UK city and the staff can hardly speak English. Even the ones in deepest China speak better English than the staff that work there.

Missing the popcorn chicken out of my order and the chicken wings were mostly just breading :(

We went through the drive thru so didn't get to see what it was like inside. We did have to wait to get to the window but when we finally got to it we found a very helpful and pleasant assistant.

7/10 times great experience . 2/10 times messed up orders 1/10 time made us wait for more than 10 minutes just to take drive through order because they didn't notice us apparently . Halal . Overall great .

I placed my food order at 12:15, but upon its arrival, I discovered that it's completely cold and practically frozen solid. The extended wait has rendered it inedible, with the chips resembling hard bricks.

Wait times are completely unacceptable, on one visit I waited 45 minutes despite there being barely anyone in the building. Thought it was an extreme one off so went again, waiting another 30 minutes for a fillet burger meal. The dining room is always very dirty with food and wrappers all over the floors at any time of the day. The food (when it eventually arrives) is absolutely fine, no complaints whatsoever which is why I have visited on multiple occasions. I can't give it more than a 2 due to the other above reasons sadly.

We go here very often, lately the food quality is not good. Today they gave me raw chicken, you can see blood and the breading is slimy and disgusting!

Went here today, restaurant smelt like wee which was coming from the mens toilet out into the eating area. Told the staff about it and they just looked at me. Some of our food was stone cold, took it back to have it changed for some rock hard boneless chicken ! By far the worst KFC I’ve ever been to !!

The delivery time changed twice and when we finally received our order it was completely the wrong items ordered and not what I ordered, I have submitted for a full refund and emailed pictures of the food and my receipt and are awaiting a explanation and full refund

Hot and tasty KFC, served fast.

What I got was different from what I ordered and I found this really annoying. The portion of chicken that got delivered was half portion, and I got Orange Tango instead of Pepsi Max.

Was not happy with the driver as they were rude to mybchild earlier and I had to tell him to not be rude to my child or anyone the answers to collect food that is paid for. Also my drink is missing......

Waiting for our food out front for a long time, even though the shop was empty. Fillet burger meal, no extra piece. Mighty bucket for 1 no extra fries. No straw, serviettes, nothing. Abysmal service and food.

I think one of the nicest KFC i have had the food was fresh and hot.

Our local halal KFC. Tasty hot food most of the time, sometimes a long wait at drive thru if its busy, but usually asked to park up. Went through a phase of getting orders wrong but seems to be OK now, just make sure you check before you drive off!

Expected 8- 825 arrived 9 05 ridiculous driver was un-cooperating and would not deliver to my building and I had to meet him in a storm to pick it up. Ridiculous

Delivery time kept changing. Left a note for driver, went to wrong location, had to chase after him… who was on a moped after coming no where near the delivery spot. Food was stone cold. Free popcorn chicken spilt all over the bag, cold cans of Pepsi max next to hot food ? Maybe why it was so cold. Absolutely poor attempt from kfc. Won’t be going to this one again.
