I didn’t get my food delivered

Been there yesterday, the place was dirty , the food uncooked. We order a bucket with picese . The order was ready in a minute but I was disgusted. The chicken inside was uncooked 🤢. So we had to throw the food at the bin . I don't know how nobody control them and how can serve the food like this . Avoid

Bade customer service and the food was terrible

The food was nice, but my main concern is in the women bathrooms, they have not cleaned the sanitary bins and they are overflowing as I am writing this.

I was delivered somebody else’s order

Went here to get food with my children on 6th March after watching Disney on ice. Didnt look that clean inside, so my oldest son went in to collect food as didn't fancy eating in. Whilst waiting outside we saw big rats running around at front near bin. It really put us off the food, we threw food away and went else where. This place has serious hygiene problems and am surprised health and safety haven't go involved yet. Do not go here unless you like eating at a dirty, rat infested restaurant.

Last time very bad experience but this time very happy with the service, I wanted to use the voucher and the lady helped me, she explained everything very patiently, she took our order and made it very quickly, she was very nice also she gave free cookies to my 3 children, Thank you very much. Amazing restaurant, will definitely visit again very soon.

Avoid coming to this place. Firstly, there was no one to help me to order what I wanted I went to one of the workers and she said that I have to order in one of the machines. Then, I went to sit somewhere with my family but the table was very dirty and one of us had to clean it. This doesn't look like a halal place. After I got my food, I was disgusted after I had the chicken wings. They tasted like as if they were made two or three days before. I spoke to the manager and she wanted to give me something else and I wanted a burgur. She also charged us even with the burgur. I came to liverpool just for a holiday and not for to be disgusted, I came all the way from london. What type of KFC is this?

Clean place, friendly staff, tasty food, all boxes ticked.

Food was absolutely freezing and wet. The can of Pepsi was put into same bag as chips & chicken and all the food was frozen solid, inedible. Waste of my money

Iam waiting for my order- 3 popcorn which my daughter loves to eat during our travels , the Status said “Its Delivered”, but I NEVER RECEIVED MY ORDER. It called the restaurant told me to contact just eat, tried to call consumer service ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO REACH THEM!!!

"Very good, KFC! The chips were hot, which you never get in a fast-food place. They were some of the best chips I've ever had. The chicken was very good too. The staff were friendly, which is always a good thing. The chocolate chip cookie was good – the first time I've had one. It was soft and perfect. I did order an ice cream, but the machine was not working. They did give me water, so that was nice of them. I would recommend people come here to eat at KFC. Thank you."

Paid £20 for my Order and forgot half of what I ordered. Got about 10 chips and 3 pieces of chicken absolute joke

It’s not a good kfc to have your food, tables are dirty, bins are overfilled and staffs are lethargic.

Took 5 hours to be delivered. Ended up throwing it away and not eating it because the chicken had very clearly been left out at room temperature. Didn’t get a refund

Ordered a 3 piece variety meal, Thought it to be expensive. Than other venues. Chips were hot, coffee warm NOT a full cup. Chicken WARM. Asked for barbeque sauce was told its 50p...SAID NO. I Go kfc in St.helenS and they NEVER charge me Same as warrington. WONT GO BACK THERE AGAIN..

The chickens are old, smell bad, black from the inside, and have a very bad taste. Neither my family nor I could eat them.

Just ordered a boneless meal and a wrap with sides for £30. The chips were soggy, the portions are tiny, with wrong sources and wrong drink given would not recommend. I’d advise people to go the maccies next door.

Charge my debitcard twice for the same order, food never received cause they couldn’t find the order, no refund, what a mess !!!!!!

Never got my food, second time this happened to me within a span of a week... I have issued a refund, waiting for them to evaluate. Usually I look forward to eating KFC but today I am just not going to dwell on this again. It's not really KFC's fault, it's just eat's fault.. I hope I can get my money back. Can't wait for this day to be finally over.

Not the best, not the worse. KFC Coating was a little soggy & the gravy was watery. Also yet another foreign lady on the drive through, although polite & courteous, hard to understand.

Drive through - could not understand employee when ordering at all. Food - came out so fast we knew it was going to be cold…it was just that. Carpark - birds just waiting to eat food around entire area.

I frequent this kfc. They can be a bit slow at times but for the most part, it's a good kfc.

This is absolutely the worst KFC! Their quantity is so bad, i ordered what k usually order in other KFC but here when i did, the food was so bad, not clean,food is not as per the description. THE WORST EXPERIENCE

This is the only halal KFC in town, so it represents the Muslim community. Please ensure the cleanliness, as it is an important part of our faith. One of the toilets was blocked, and the other was dirty with urine, making it unusable. The handwash dispenser was broken, and the sink was full of tissues. This was very disappointing.

Filthy restaurant and toilets, wow walked straight back out again...god only knows what it's like behind the counter.. what a cesspit..give it a miss

We close at 2200 is 2135 no Zinger not mashed potato. Not very happy with this. If you close at 2200 then that’s when you stop taking orders or advertise this! Sorry but not happy with the service tonight!

Just got a drive through here. Been travelling all day. The food is absolutely disgraceful. Gravy is a dark brown gloop who h tastes like petrol and greasy, chicken really overcooked and hard. Fries are covered in brown specks what look like endless use of oil. Worst kfc ever eaten

Lots of people waiting for a long time for orders , my burger was wrong when I got it , wanted Tower burger , when it came out it was the first burger , now with cheese etc added , the chicken was hard & cold . I asked for a refund, the girl who served me was friendly she apologised & was doing her best , despite having to deal with complaints

The atmosphere in this place is wonderful and attractive, hot meals and cold drinks, the location is excellent, the services are fast and active, suitable for individuals and families.

No toilet roll toilets are never really clean

A quarter of the order arrived over an hour late… eventually got through to kfc they said they would get the rest of the order to us the 45 mins later called to say they couldn’t deliver the order… we went to collect and they gave us the original food which was freezing cold…. Awful service

The order was missing one of the items I ordered. There should have been a piece of chicken too, but there was only the burger, fries, popcorn chicken, hot wings, gravy and a can of tango.

They claim that this is a Halal KFC, “halal”means firstly “cleanliness” but i don’t see it. I hope the cookers and friers are clean but after seeing this dirt, i have doubts. Why toilets and the floor are always dirty? I wonder, this is the place where we eat and drink. I would like to ask the manager if his her house is the same dirty?

Standard KFC and as expected. Fine for a simple meal. Someone in the traveling party responded that they do not serve regular soft drinks with sugar. Seems like they are focusing on Pepsi Max. Fast serving and pleasant service.
