Gone down hill changing the ingredients so bland and horrible new cheese is a no and also changed menu won’t be ordering again absolutely love pound bakery before they changed

Complete items missing off order and additional items added to order did not come with the order.

He came to the door said he forgot the food and hasn’t come back

why would you put hot pastes on top of chocolate donuts so it all goes soggy an sloppy obviously been done on purpose or your just thick as pig S##T they should of been put in separate bags !!

The food was freezing cold for the second time in a few day's!

ordered 4 breakfast butty and 4 lots of hash browns, not 1 single hash brown in the bag!! still charged...

Absolutely disgusting. Not the restaurant but Just Eat. I brought a £28 order and received about £8 worth of food from that order. I cant contact anyone at JustEat. The restaurant can't do anything. Why should I pay for a delivery that wasn't delivered, even 'if' they refund the food I didn't receive. Why should I pay a service charge, when I dont recieve the service. Seems the only people losing out here are the restaurants and the customer. Just eat still gets paid. The incompetent driver still gets paid.

We are extremely disappointed. We have ordered from this place for the first time and they sent us a very old sandwiches and the very smelly. We couldn't eat them and throw them in the bin. My friend came over from l9ng distance to visit and we ordered from here because I didn't had the time to cook as I just arrived from work so we thought we should order something quick. Our money into their pockets and food in the bin. Very disappointed and we would not reorder from this place again.

Excellent service, one item was not available so they replaced it with the nearest item they could, un stead of just obmitting it. So no one went without. Delivery driver was very pleasant.

Honestly don’t know what kind of people work here.. asked for bacon on toast with extra BACON and they send sausage on toast. WOW always something.

I've ordered bacon & toast several times its lovely but the bacon & toast is never 3 pieces of bacon as its supposed to be its only ever 2 other than that spot on

I ordered a breakfast and the way it was delivered was shocking! The mushrooms and eggs were not cooked properly. The hash browns were soggy everything was soggy also. Will not be ordering again. What a shame.

The food was not the nicest at all, the eggs were rubbery and the mushrooms were rubbery and the sausages were hard. Quite disappointing

I ordered a sausage breakfast roll, a pack of fairy cakes and 2 strawberry tarts. The cakes were fine but the sausage bap was absolutely awful. The sausages on the bap were cold and rubbery, so much so that I wouldn’t even give it to my dog. Tbh it looked like they had been warmed up and recycled from yesterday. I have ordered the sausage breakfast rolls before and they were fine but today it was really awful, waste of money and went into the bin. The only reason that I gave 3 stars for the food quality was because the cakes were fine. If I had just ordered the breakfast roll then I would not have given any stars for what I received, not good at all!

Breakfast was disgusting. Parts egg whites were brown in places. Nit burnt just brown. Most of food was cold and hash browns were a sloppy mess

Tremendously polite and patient delivery person.

Delivery man was a Gent👍🏼 and arrived 20 minutes early but the breakfast roll was cold. Put it in the microwave for 40 seconds and it was steaming and really nice. Just maybe wrap the hot food like that in an extra layer of wrap or paper to keep it warm. Other than that it was lovely.

Paid for a bacon and cheese turnover never got it

Nice fresh sausage rolls. Pizza slice delicious. Bavarian slices yummy. BUT very disappointed with rest. Soggy tuna baguette. One burnt mInce pie in four. No strawberries in tarts, just jammy sauce on soggy pastry case. Completely stale jam doughnuts.

Ordered the big breakfast. All terrible. The bacon was like leather, burnt and must have been reheated but still cold, don't understand how that's possible at 8am unless from previous day. Sausages were the same as the bacon. Hardly any beans or mushrooms(which are tinned). Tiny bit of tomato, Hash browns undercooked and soggy. Best things were the can was cold and they remembered the brown sauce sachets. £12 wasted. AVOID!!!

No toast with my big breakfast is a joke for the amount I paid and my baguette isn’t even a baguette that’s a joke

Delivery took so long that the food was cold when it arrived. Looked from the map as if the rider delivered another order first which was miles away. No option to raise issues through the app very frustrating.

Took detour. Breakfast tipped up over cream cakes and other items. No sauce with beans which were dry. Sent breakfast items not wanted, ignoring instructions. Got sodden paper bag on the plate. Eggs too thin and all yellow yoke

I ordered a full English breakfast but the delivery driver had my food bag on it’s side in his delivery bag!! Driver had very poor English..but when I opened the bag some of my food had oozed out of the polystyrene container with the remainder all squashed together on the side & the eggs burst, not poss to eat, how can this be advertised as a service & I’m so disappointed .. regards…

In work on my own so had to order wanted veggie sausage roll so got meal and cake payed £10 for it to come and it’s a curry sausage roll😡

Usually alright but today the sausages were burned to a crisp. Had to throw away the sandwiches. Also only gave me two strawberry tarts when I orded 2x 2pk I will be giving this a miss in the future

Rubbish customer service on phone, not my fault attitude. Half order missing and item that did arrive was not correct and cold. Very disapointed, will likely go elsewhere and not recommend As a housebound customer trying to feed thefamily it is not really goodd enough.

The items I bought weren't in stock so they substituted for others and wrote a lovely note, thank you so much :)

Food is okay. Always hot which is nice. Only issue is, they always forget things or don't have stuff in, which is annoying. And they never offer an alternative, they just say it's not there and wait for you to respond.

Food was damaged by drink over everythink

Deliver driver was very rude because I couldn't hear him knocking there was just no need for how rude he was it said contactless delivery so he could of easily left it on my door step
