We decided to try Sri Lankan cuisine. Before going there, we checked their reviews on Google and were disappointed. However, we decided to try it anyway, and you won't believe it, the food was really delicious and portions were generous. The fried rice was particularly tasty, and so was the Koththu. We will definitely visit this place again.

Chicken fried rice is fantastic

Absolutely disappointed. First they gave me the wrong order. Ordered mixed chicken tikka( meant to get 3 different varieties) but they gave me just one tikka thigh. Meat was undercooked and very bland. Chicken curry and rice meal- didn't get any chicken at all! Just plain rice and veg was given. Food tasted bland and sad. What a waste of money won't order again. Horrible.

Worse restaurant in Liverpool, very rude people staff

Disappointed with the food quantity. It's a mere decency to provide the minimum quantity of food when u post special offers rather than fooling the customers. #Valentines day offer kesari quantity was not even equal to the salad that u had served with the biriyani. U post stuff showing great deals but when we purchase especially when it's a Take out, we are literally cheated.

Today i have ordered via under eats , the items are fried rice , prawn fry, appam curry. Appam is totally rubber , its tastes very badly. The fried rice spice and tasteless. Prawn fry is also very badly fried and not good.

Had really worst experience here. The old one was far better than this. Ambience was also not so great. Now a days Luxmy food limited has lost its hand on the regular taste. This one is seriously not worth visiting. The old one would be best to visit. Rice was too much oily

I ordered chicken chukka, I loved it. It was amazing. Will surely try all the other food options available at luxmy foods.

Expensive all the time Trying to over charge at their convenience I would not recommend this place for reasonable price and tasty food. My experience avoid this place all the Time try some other place

I recently visited this restaurant and had a wonderful experience. I particularly enjoyed their kottu rotti which was bursting flavours and beautifully presented.

we order starters masala dosa, chicken fried rice and gobi manchurian .it was cold ,no taste .we putt all the food in bin it’s very very bad experience

Delicious food at an affordable price. Strongly recommended for people are who are eagerly waiting to enjoy authentic Indian cuisine. We ordered Biriyani and chicken fried rice which had an amazing taste.

We catered food for a birthday party. The chicken biryani was good, but the rolls, samosas, and vadai were super tasty.

Bad behaviour from staff , high price for food

We tried their buffet option on one Sunday and we felt it had decent varieties for the price. The taste was good. However, we were there around 7 pm but most of the food got over already and they were ready to refill only a few varieties and said that day was a rare case as they have conducted a party on the noon and hence the food was over soon. Anyways, I would like to retry the same buffet on another Sunday but probably will reach a bit early. Update: Tried their buffet on another Sunday but a bit early this time (around 4:30 pm) and happy to say all varieties were available as advertised and the only suggestion is to improve their refilling capacity as we always had to wait for the dishes like chicken 65, parotta etc., to be refilled.

Absolutely disgusting food try to charge £4 for a can of coke they got from shop next door lamb curry was all bone gave them £30 which was more than enough cause we left the bones on plate , then harassed us for another £7.50

Tried chicken fried rice....was very tasty... reasonable price.

We had the chicken biryani and idiyappam (or string hoppers in English) both of these were delicious, with just the right amount of spice for south asian eaters. You also get a really good amount of food. There is also a south asian food store next to it with all the essential and vegetables being delivered on Mondays.

The chicken briyani was undercooked. Mutton devil was too hard to chew. Worst food experience.
