Was just looking the place up to order again, can't get enough. This is my favourite place for burgers in Liverpool. My favourite is the beef brisket burger (messy hands and all). I've only ordered for delivery, and it's well worth every penny!

Just had a takeaway of sweet and sour chicken, and a starter box. We basicaly threw a large part away as it was so unpalatable - the ribs were dry, the rice was greasy and the chicken was dry and stringy - it did not taste as if it had been freshly made and cooked - will not be going back there

Had a problem with my dine in order on todays visit. When Katie asked if everything was OK on her lobby checks, she hen resolved it with a smile and worked constantly to check people were OK, and the lobby was spotless . So I'd like to thank Katie for "saving" my visit today :)

When through the drive thru asked for a wrap with just cheese on it, come all the way home and its got everything on it, i had to come all the way back with the receipt and a picture of the incorrect wrap, explained that its wrong and the reason im back is because it was for a autistic person who has sensory issues and is fussy with foods, the shift runners then proceeded to go to the other shift runner on shift (Shannon Duffy) and try hide her face with a bag so i couldn't hear or see what got said and she said 'apparently they are autistic' Shannon then said 'bulls***' an started laughing, other shift runners started to become rude over the fact that i didnt bring the wrap back. i asked for my full meal back due to the fries now being cold and i was refused because i didnt bring my food back. This is absolutely not acceptable customer service from a shift runner - not once was a approached with a polite manner, the manager on duty was rude from the beginning. I am a team leader in another restaurant and i am aware of health and food safety standards which were clearly not being followed - Shannon was there chewing gum with an open mouth (this could clearly fall into yje food that she was working with and become a physical contaminant), she then proceeds into go kitchen and fails to folloe handwashing procedure as she does not wash her hands at all when entering the kitchen and put buns in the toaster. She also failed to don a hairnet and cap - which is procedure for kitchen even for shift runners. I am so disappointed in the service I have received. I have been a regular customer at this branch for years and even working at those branch previously.

Dear Dominos Customer Service, I am writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with the recent experience I had with your service on 19.8.23. To my utter shock and disbelief, your delivery driver arrived at my house at the outrageous time of 1:30 AM. This timing is completely unacceptable and disruptive to my household's sleep schedule. Moreover, this is not the first time this has happened despite me contacting the store, visiting the store and explaining to the drivers. I do not eat Dominos, I do not order from Dominos, Instead, your drivers deliver someone else's food to the wrong Address, my address, which is not even close to my location. This experience has left me frustrated, inconvenienced, and questioning the professionalism of your brand. People rely on timely and accurate deliveries, and this incident has shattered my confidence in your company's ability to meet these basic expectations. I kindly request that you take immediate action to rectify this situation. I expect a prompt resolution that includes: An explanation for the wrong address delivery time and time again. A commitment to prevent such occurrences in the future. I trust that you will take my concerns seriously and address them with the urgency they deserve. If these matters are not resolved to my satisfaction, I will be left with no choice but reaching out further to your head office and sharing my negative experience with others, if this is to happen again all food delivered here will be discarded and your brand will be damaged by not only my feedback but another disgruntled person who has not got their food.
