Subway in Liverpool

The lad practically laughed in my face what I thought I was getting is a kids pack he gave me a 4inch tuna sub with nothing else for £3-50 he said you needed to add add ons . But in the kids meals you should get a sub a fruit shoot and a gummy pack . Not best pleased want b coming here again.

Went in for a coffee they said machine broke that's been like that for 18 mouth now why can't they get it fixed

Showed up 15 minutes before closing time and doors were locked.

Ordered a delivery of a plant based steak sub, as I don’t eat meat for a number of reasons. However i was given meat. After two bites of the sandwich I got a chunk that didn’t feel plant based and upon inspection it was steak, I had pulled it apart to check and it wasn’t soft or squishy like a plant based option would be as it was tougher and more difficult to pull apart but when it did it was fibrous and the chunks had an imprint that you would get on a steak. There is no doubt in my mind this was steak, I had my son check it too who tried it and said it was chewy like steak. My sandwich had a lot of salad and sauce on it which is great but due to this I was unable to tell at first as the pieces where smaller like you would get in the actually steak and cheese from subway - as you can imagine I am horrified as now I have actually eaten after being completely meat free for a long time and without it being my choice! I tried to call the store but with no answer after ringing out for 3 minutes. I wonder how many others have had this done to them and more so the people who have allergens to red meat.!

Food and staff good, However there has been no hot drinks here for months! The hot drinks machine is broken and staff say no one is addressing the problem. Very poor indeed for an eating place.

Honestly atrocious. Ordered two six inch subs. Wrong sauce, wrong bread, no cheese and missing a cookie. I don’t understand how staff can be so thick. It’s a butty?

Got the order completely wrong. Ordered two different subs and they seemed to splice the two orders and just not include certain fillings and sides. I needs ma' cheez and ma' cookies maaaan! Not hard to just read the ticket lads!

Local to my work, service is always terrible.

Came in today, and thoroughly unimpressed with the establishment! Massively slow service, the sandwich was 90% sauce and had barely any salad in. Not angry, just disappointed

The worst subway ion Liverpool. A lot of items was missing to make the sandwiches. The place was really dirty. I asked to use the toilet but it was closed. It was 3pm and when i sat at the table to eat the clerk said i couldn't sit down because he had already cleared the tables to close the place.

Great food, good service 👌 can't go wrong really.

Twice I have came now and youse have been closed at half 6 when it say 7pm need to change the closing time

This place smells so good. Sandwiches were fresh and delicious. Service was good.

The shop was lovely and clean and the staff we're lovely too. Sub was really good.

Subway has always been my favorite

I love subways but hunts cross is not a favourite of mine. Although the staff are lovely they never seem to have what I want.

I visit this store (huntscross store) at 13:48 29/10/2019. I recieved my food cold, my hot drinks cold and the shop was a mess, there was 4 staff on and the store wasnt that busy. One of the girls had to be reminded more than once to make the rest of the order. I am unhappy with what I received, and to say I also work for the same company just upsets me.

Ice machine broken and long queues. Nice sandwich though 🙂

This subway is perfect like some other subways but this subway has something other subways don't have which is staff who are very helpful, friendly and polite

Subway is a subway nothing I can really say about the place. Average buttie but when your hungover it ticks a couple of boxes

Subway!!! Excellent Job - My sandwich was built to order, and perfect in every way. The bread was soft, and fresh, the veg had good flavor, and when back in the area, I'll certainly be back again

Louise was great! Very good customer service and made me and my friend feel welcome. She's like the Mum I've never had. Highly recommend this Subway!

No hot sandwiches after 6pm. Not good at all. Understand half an hour before closing but 2 hrs before. Totally unacceptable!!

Never again. Went in for breakfast sub, 9 o'clock, saturday morning. Its been open 8.So nothing ready. Ok just a coffee then. Sorry no coffee.

Amazing customer service! Very speedy in making my food and polite through the whole process I was served by jamie & liv who where both upbeat and a true asset to the company!

Gutted i had to give them a 1 star just to leave a review . Walked out of here after i asked for a foot long with chicken , the man serving put on 2 small scoops then took some off . Wasnt even enough to fill half of it . I asked for the rest and was told i would be charged an extra £1.50 . Will not be using this branch again !

There where 2 staff members a Man and a Woman ,unfortunately I didn't get names ,but for the half hour or so we where there they couldnt do enough for you ,super friendly ,a very enjoyable visit ,I would go back there anytime ,we called in on Sunday just after 5 p.m. if either if you read this we thoroughly enjoyed your banter ,a credit to Subway

The sub was as great as ever, shout out to the girls behind the counter too, very friendly, especially to whomever classes herself as the queen of cutting onions, she was a particular highlight 👌🏻

Quick service, even at peak times. Delicious food and a good variety of choice. Could be tidier in the customer area though.. Floor always seems to need brushing and empty tables have wrappers and food left on them from previous customers.
