The best restaurants in Chorley North West

I've never ordered from here before but can honestly say the food was amazing I got the double cheese burger with chips and a drink it came piping hot and the burger was delicious I will definitely be ordering again never tastier a burger like it 10 out of 10 thankyou

We were at a family wedding here yesterday. The venue, the food but particularly the service & the staff attitude and attentiveness were absolutely perfect 😍 I would highly recommend it to anyone thinking of a wedding venue. It couldn't have been better 😊

Not good at all tables need cleaning proper, knife and folks dirty the whole place needs cleaning won't be returning always liked morrisons cafe but last couple of time have not been good

I have only just realised on looking at the menu, I was over charged by £4.00 for my takeaway meal. I had the special fried rice which was undercooked and had tiny pieces of meat and about two prawns. It was overall tasteless. I was recommended this place. To be fare the chow mein and the duck pineapple my son and his friend had were reported to be delicious. Usually special fried rice has mixed meats and prawns. In it. The pieces of meat were that to tiny apart from the chicken which I could identify as chicken. I would not go back again personally due to the meat overcharge and the poor special fried rice.

Abrupt bar staff, we were told that we couldn’t eat outside because it would make our food cold, I explained we only wanted a cold sandwich which they agree to make despite them being on the menu along with other cold options, he made it out like he was doing us a favour! We were then told that we couldn’t have chips on the side because it was a bank holiday unless we ordered a separate bowl. The sandwiches then arrived with a very small amount of salad, made with cheap bread and awful pre-grated cheese from a bag and to top it off we were charged £21 for them! Awful we won’t be returning, however the spar down the road serves lovely hot food that they will allow you to take outside.

A fantastic pub with good food, excellent ale, and great service. The food is always homecooked and fresh.

Visited for a my birthday tea after finding you on the Compare the Market rewards app. Noticed you were dog friendly so the decision was made. When we arrived we were greeted by a very professional man at the door who clearly welcomed us and the dog and very kindly sat us out of the way a little so the dog wouldn't be a problem to anyone else (She sat and didn't make a sound at all while we were there). The food and drink was excellent, the service was excellent too. We both said we'll definitely be back and possibly choose this as a venue for friends and family too. Thank you.

Much better than the last 2 KFCs I went to. Not perfect, but good enough for a quick refuel.

8 of us arrived without booking on a sunny day. Plenty of walkers and pub was busy. Lady serving on bar bar explained it would 30/40 mins before order could be taken. We got our drinks and enjoyed chatting while waiting. The food was worth waiting for, it did not take long to arrive once ordered. It was delicious. Most had the cheeseburger with chips and salad. Cooked just right. The clean plates showed how much the meal was enjoyed. Staff was friendly and professional. Nothing to much trouble. Hope to return again soon.

My elderly father ordered a rose instead of white and paid before the drinks were poured. When asked can we change bar tender said NO Not helpful. Very un Christmassy

Unfortunately poor experience… waited a very long time in the queue with only 2 customers in front of us. Only wanted 2 take away coffees… charged extra for alternative milk - I never understand this as the cafe doesn’t use the ordinary milk so take that off the price then add on alternative milk price… eventually got coffee to take in walk … no cup sleeves but it turns out that didn’t matter as coffee was only lukewarm anyway. Will not be returning! Expensive and poor product 👎🏼

Profiteering from charity walk We were charged £15.15 for 4 Half's of moretti This seemed excessive, especially as jingle all the way is a charity walk for derian house hospice
