It really does depend who is serving when you visit - there is a girl who looks so miserable I don't know why she doesn't get another job...... The food is okay and just what you expect from Subway

I know you don't spend alot of time in Subway (unless you eat in) but man - if you don't like people and aren't friendly, then get a job somewhere else. Called in for sandwiches and the girl serving couldn't have been less cheerful or polite if she had tried. It really does put you off going in there

Mainly friendly staff and pleasant, however staff on a Sunday let it down. Items on this day are restricted and have offered only cold subs. No explanation as to why this is. Unpleasant experience

Everything is great about this pub..This is our 6th visit, It's a bit off the beaten track but well worth it. Food was lovely and there was plenty of it. We decided to have a pudding which was to die for but it was far to much for me and I didn't feel hungry all the next day. Will definitely be going back.

13 St. Thomas's RoadWent at opening time on a Saturday in January, so it was quiet but still a few tables booked.. so the atmosphere was down but meant our food came fast and fresh to order.. Can’t really fault the food at all, was all fresh and you could see the effort that had gone into the preparation.. I had the sharing platter which was only £17.50PP; 3 big ribs, 2 big wings, a large portion of pulled pork & pulled brisket, homemade smoked sausage, fries, ranch beans, coleslaw & a handful of pickles.. If I had one gripe it would be the brisket not being sliced and kept whole but it was still very nice and tender when pulled. You get 3 homemade sauces at the table, Tennessee BBQ, Honey Sriracha & Carolina Mustard… all 3 are superb. The host/owner is very nice welcoming lady with plenty gusto and a great sense of honour.. Will definitely return!
