Delicious piping hot food delivered in around 25 mins very polite man and called my phone not to disturb the household maybe but much appreciated and don't believe all reviews I'm really glad I ordered thank you 😁

Good food but don't bother getting it delivered. Past two times they've said it would be 45 mins and an hour and a half later it still hadn't arrived. Shocking delivery service

It was late (past midnight) on my way home..KFC was closed and found Nabzys. Food was good but the gravy is no match for KFCs. Service was quick.. no major issues. Price was good, better than rival would visit again.

I come from Stoke-on-Trent and I check online to see if I can get some food but I find out it’s a best place to order your food because it’s very tasty and clean. Thank you guys for doing your hard work.

Delivery took 3 hours, no apology, never waited so long for food in my life, I appreciate they were busy but they should never accept or take orders on if they know they can’t handle it, the average time it said it was going to arrive was 16:50 to 17:10 and it arrived at 19:20 never again. Boneless meal is £10.50 and it comes in a tiny box worth half that at a push. Unbelievably extortionate prices for mid tier food.

Absolutely massive difference in quality between chorley branch and all the other Nabzys branches. The other branches are consistently delicious, quality and good service. The Chorley branch is consistently poor quality and service. Disappointed too many times now.

Good food, although it can be very greasy. Good for a KFC alternative in my opinion!

Food was cooked well, we had chicken but it was greasy and not crispy on the outside. But you got plenty of it.

Literally cancelled my order after an hour of it saying they were preparing it on just eat, waited up all night for this, to be let down, and they arnt even shut for another 30 minutes.... what a let down. This is how you lose a customer for life. If you had declined the order from the start, fine I could understand, but I was sat up an hour to then have it canceled after it was accepted. I recommend dont risk it, now nothing else is open, I couldve ordered from a nice resuarant now my choices are gone.. thanks alot

Quite possibly the most expensive greasy, dry chicken, burned chicken strips, and over cooked chips dripping in hydrogenated fat that had solidified in the bin. The kids hated it after 1 bite. So I basically threw £43 in the bin. I cannot stress enough about how awful this meal was. If you like over cooked greasy food, then you're in for a treat. If you like food to be cooked how you would expect, go to KFC, This place isn't even cheaper. I had to go after getting this pile of, well lets say "Bin Rubbish" I can't recommend anything as even the mushroom garlic bread had about 4 mushrooms on it. Pic of Garlic bread is basically rubbish cheese melted all over it to remove any taste, if it actually had any to start with. Just don't waste your money. If you do go, then god speed!!!

Food and service here has taken a massive dive over the last 12 months. It used to be a really good takeaway for something fast and with a decent taste, but now the service isn’t great and the food is awful. Gravy has changed and isn’t as good. Chips taste like they’ve been sat there for days. Really disappointed.

I had order quite a big order tonight and the driver took over a hour to delive claiming he couldn’t find the address however I was stood outside and he had turned on the street and left in the end I have to go out my way and walk all the way to a pub to get the food and then it was freezing I contacted the restaurant and I’ve never been spoken to so rudely in my life he was screaming down the phone and the issue has not been resolved to this day , honestly worse takeaway I have ever been

Fries always taste like cardboard. Very poor quality and no crunch at all.

Shocking I order from these and have been for months now but tonight was the last time i will be ordering I placed the order at 4:16 Only arrived at 6:10 phoned up at 5:30 she told me it's out for delivery should be few minutes still was not with us by 5:50 so phoned up at 5:55 she said the was busy and there was other orders before mine witch I understand but don't say that will be with you in a couple of minutes and 25 minutes later still not there then to use the same line again and Said should be a couple of minutes then another 15 minutes then he finally arrives with the food and trying to blame the weather that its bad no mate most the paths are clear now as it has rained all day took the food in only to cold soggy chips that have been sat in the bag for far too long and cold pizza this is a joke the woman on the phone very rude and not experienced with dealing with customers please get back to me regarding a refund

After waiting 2 hours for food got to be the worse burger I have ever tasted and was freezing cold. Never again

NABZYS pizzas are sooo nice. My son is nearly addicted to the chicken supreme burger and says it’s the nicest burger he’s ever had. Really clean friendly staff. 🤟🏼

Can't beat it for a takeaway tthe pizzas and chicken ate as good as most takeaways and half the price, delivery is quick too and always a nice driver.

Very nice food and staff but DAY LIGHT robbery, it's totally clear they are banking on the crisis it dosent mean I won't go again but unless your hungry I'd avoid being robbed or "wallet theft" a burger meal coats average £3 and that's with a variety of quality drinks INCLUDING rubicon here they charge around 5 pounds and very cheap budget drinks. I assume a case of drinks cost around £7 for 24 and they charge around £1 can Personal opinion and experience nothing personal...please think about people's finances before your profits

Just received a 3 piece chicken value meal and a supreme burger meal. Both the chicken and the burger where great. But he'll guys. Lay off the red salt. 2 portions of chips in the bin, it was like eating pure salt out of a tub, with a slight taste of potato. People like to taste your food, not the condiments.

Normally a great place to go to, but bad experiences are a pain to deal with. Our order of 2 pizza meals arrived cold. Called up and spoke to a very rude individual who accepted one pizza was cold but refused to accept the other one was too ( despite them both coming at the same time?) Was on the phone for a good 10 minutes before they ended up replacing our order. We dealt with a new member of staff we hadn't spoken to before, don't know if he was having a bad day or something but something had certainly miffed him off. Left a sour taste in our mouths after this experience, may not be back

Ordered at 6.05 via the app, incomplete order arrived ahead of expected time (6.50) I rang the shop and i was told the rest of my order will be delivered asap........45 minutes later the under cooked (pink in the centre) chicken burger and luke warm gravy arrived and went straight in the bin. Very disappointed.

Wings and Chicken piece was nice. Fries were pretty good too. Chicken fillet burger was chicken steak so that's cost them a star off and the fact that the burger could fit in the palm of my hand makes them lose another. Also I was given no sauces or napkins. Otherwise OK.

They can't read. Ordered from them twice now and asked for no salt and twice they've delivered with salt all over the food. Rang them and they denied it. Not happy and won't be ordering again!

The best pizzas in town. The topping were delicious and spread evenly. The food was smoking hot straight from the machine.. the spicy wings are top class, my kids loved their popcorn chicken. The price is reasonable and they offered a further %15 discount when u pay through their website.. the delivery driver was very polite and the food was delivered right on time..

Just ordered 3 pieces of chicken and a 14" pizza. absolutely spot on and also cheaper than some of the other places in Chorley. Amazing food. My only gripe is that I ordered online and the website didn't update us when our order had gone through, so we almost ordered from somewhere else. Other than that, excellent.

Well where can I start on my experience with Chester chicken. I'll start with the positives. Delivery time was very quick arriving 20mins earlier then expected, when you see the state of the food you'll understand why. The chicken wrap cost me £3.50 without chips, I was expecting a decent size wrap with plenty of sauce but what I got was somthing completely different, 2 burnt strips of chicken with no lettuce just a few strands of what looks like the grass from the back garden. So I rang up expecting something to be done about it, the answer I got is "what do you expect me to do about it I don't see what the problem is, if you want a refund you come bring it to me" I'm sorry but that's not acceptable, I wasn't expecting the ritz but I was at least expecting some chicken in my chicken Wrap. If you don't like the catering industry anymore then get out of it.

Delicious fish and chips. Will be back.

My uncle ordered on Sunday and was told the food would be delivered within 45 mins which seems a reasonable time, After an hour he called up to check up on the order and was told the driver would be outside his house shortly, waited another 15 mins and rang a few times to no answer, and then in total about 1h 30 later the driver called to tell my uncle that he was outside his house, but he was at 114 rather than 144 so my uncle called the shop and complained another time, and said that the food would be cold and he didn't want it anymore. Really unhappy with the service provided and to take the wrong information for a customer is really annoying Especially after waiting 90 minis to see no food turn up and also your driver going to the wrong house Genuinely upset with the service provided and the lack of knowledge of the drivers wheres about too

Came chesters the other night, and my visit was not pleasant. The customer service was appalling! I came in approximately 20 mins before they were about to close, and got denied of service. There policy is ridiculous they should keep serving customers untill the closing time. Alternatively he should of at least given me an different option what I can eat, due to closing soon. On top of this while discussing with me he answered a phone order and took it, did not deny service to them what so ever! Rude staff who need sacking. As well as that he tried claiming his 3 star food hygine had nothing to do with how clean and tidy his kitchen is, so this shows the company does not care about the way they prepare food. Apparently it was due to structural features, nothing to do with food. They clearly have no respect with food and hygine.

I like the fries they're really good I'm a vegi so there's not really much I can choose from but my partner has been here twice and he enjoys the food, I usually steal a few fries

If anyone orders chicken from Chester be careful, because we ordered from them last night and received pink chicken so rang them and they said nothing is wrong with it and they put food colouring in the chicken 😠 My girlfriend is 35weeks pregnant what a put off! No sorry or refund, nothing.

food Is awful and too greasy also once saw a worker wipe his sweat with his hand and then continue preparing the food which people are eating. No wonder its so greasy.

don't have food from here they could make some of the chicken at the start of the day but serve it to you at midnight also they use lard to fry the chips and chicken and pizzas have a horrible cheap cheese

Still a pretty good place. It used to be amazing but a few years ago the chicken quality dropped a bit. Any of the boneless chicken is still the same, fillet burgers are awesome. Pizzas are very tasty. Probably really bad for you but taste so good.
