Further to prior reviews: 1. Burger King marginally more expensive than Macdonald's? This has always been the case and should be common knowledge now! Order was expensive?? It's a MOTORWAY SERVICES, if you don't know this by now then maybe you shouldn't be driving on motorways, or anywhere for that matter. Today's experience was very pleasant indeed, shift manager (Sean I think his name) helped me no end to get sorted with a voucher code from a survey, he may have noticed I wasn't in the best of health and so seemed quickly went from talking it through with me to doing it all for me at the checkout. Order and food was prompt and very enjoyable, well done to all the staff. It isn't the first time I've come here and certainly won't be the last. Praise always where and when it's due.

I didn’t recieve the chips I ordered I don’t received loaded fries and only 2 normal fries turned up so I’m missing 2 fries and missing 1 burger

Order a 2 double whopper meal deal and don’t get any chips with either meal, no nuggets sent paid £34 for 2 burgers n 2 drinks

Just ordered £50 of food for the whole family and ordered at 8:50 was told it was going to be here by 9:30, sat here and no food and rang the place up to a illiterate woman on the phone taking the whole situation as a joke and laughing about it.

It's Burger King not a Michelin star restaurant. This Burger king wasn't busy, my wait time was no surprise. The staff seemed to interact with everyone well, especially one who had an order query. The food was up to BK'S standard. The atmosphere was as cosy as a motorway service station can be. I'll say well done to BK at Charnock Richard northbound.

Burger and drink no problem. Service was reasonably quick. But £6.38 for a cheeseburger and medium coke! You can get a quater pounder, coke and fries 🍟 😋 for that price in a McDonald's.

Have not had a BK meal for years as non close to where I live. expensive (motorway services) and absolutely pathetic crispy bacon( it was all rind and drip white, crispy my a**e ! No mayo, bone dry and tasteless, chips hardly any. No wonder BK are struggling. Never again.

Today I orderd cheesy Bacon loaded fries ( time 11:20 order no. 342). Very disgusting !!! After one hours I need to do emergency stop for vomit. The food was stinky and most likely old. That was my last time in burger King.!!!!

Best burger I’ve ever had with them

Ordered on the touch screen, fairly short wait for the food. Burger and fries were not very warm and as usual, the burger looked nothing like the pictures, with only a fraction of the fillings. It was OK though and the lady serving was very good. The hygiene level was also well maintained.

incorrect food (Ordered & paid for Aberdeen Angus Burger got chicken royale) very limited choice of drinks (no milkshakes) food barely warm, and staff lacking in manners will not be going there again!

Very slow service, backlog of 25+ orders and 30 minute wait. Staff were doing their best but they're clearly understaffed. Avoid if you want 'fast' food.

The place was very busy. The food was a bit tasteless. Not impressed.

Fast service and lovey food, lovely friendly staff, a welcome break after a long drive. Watch out for New Dyson hand dryers in toilets which are weird as they tend to blow the water from your hands into your face, not very hygienic

Never really used B.K. Too much hickory on the burger! Reminded me of a terrible BBQ I had in Texas. 🥴. But I must say the chips were nice it's a pity there was so few of them. 👎

Does what it says. Was quite busy, and STILL the vegetarian option is indeed an option! Why most motorway franchises don't carry it I don't know, it's a real shame. I realise touch screens to order the meal are the rule rather than the exception, but the establishment seemed a little understaffed and I was (usual moan) only carrying cash, which was obviously not liked, as the face to face ordering station was unmanned. A missed sale, but judging by the queue I'm not too much of a loss....

Stood there for 5 minutes waiting to be served or try and catch someone's eye. Wasn't busy one car in the car park. Gave up and left. Fast food my arse.

4 out of only 6 touchscreens working at all, and the 2 remaining ones very slow and had to be repeatedly pressed to get anything. Terrible idea, unhygienic, slow and frustrating.

Dont go here if you want to use the app or the offers..they don't accept them. Don't waste your money, drive to another branch.

What a waste of time. Worst burger King meal I have had. I understand places are short of staff but wheres the staff management at. Happy to take your cash but if you have 30 minutes of your life to waste then fill your boots. By the time you get the food it's warm not hot. Don't take my word for it go and enjoy the experience for yourself.

Very poor service the guy who was doing the orders was rushed off his feet had to wait over half an hour for food only one of there machines for ordering food was working the other to not working. Plus side food was good.

Hardly ever get to eat a burger King (none where I live). Was looking forward to 2 whopper cheese burgers. All salad missing, only a lonely tomato and mayonnaise! I was so hungry I ate them anyway, not impressed! Last time I had a burger King it was equally terrible, this time whoppers cheese without any cheese or pickle. Have it your way, my arse! You can't even have it their way (as advertised).

Milkshakes came all spilled down the outside of the cup, absolute mess to clear up. It didn't look like the workers even tried to wipe the cups, let alone replace them. Waited for 20 mins for the food and still didn't even get it all.

This was one of the worst experiences of my life the tills weren't working properly and messed up nearly every order and the line was so long the only saving grace was the girl who served us she was lovely and apologised for mess that was happening

Dined here Saturday 21sat August at around 7pm, a little blonde lady served us as was absolutely lovely. It was so incredibly busy, but she kept her cool and was professional and lovely even when other guests weren't. She smiled and carried on. What a credit to this business!

Pulled in to escape the nightmare of the M6. Everything is twice the price than it usually is Food was at least hot and fresh.

Ridiculous wait times, food was cold and poorly made, drinks were warm, and for some reason my burger had two tops instead of a top and a bottom.

Burgerking is unremarkable but it was pretty cool being over a motorway

Took 40 minutes to get our food, and it was missing the sauce included with the fries. They were serving about 6 people every 10 minutes and by the time we were served there was 32 orders waiting. The staff serving were moving incredibly slowly and throwing food into the bags and handing over ripped and crumpled bags. Horrible service and really didn't taste very good. Also the price is inflated for a service station so an Angus burger, tiny small portion of fries, and halloumi fries and a drink was £13.50. Terrible, just get a snack from Waitrose.

Would give less if possible. Understaffed and the slowest I've ever been to. Definitely will avoid. You pay a premium for it being in a service station and it is far worse than a usual burger king.

Service station fast food. Ridiculously busy and no seating. Nearly a 30min wait and items missing. Staff were polite and helpful but it was clear they were run off there feet and the ques did not seem to be easing so whilst this is not a glowing review it was obvious the staff were giving it all they could, they just needed more bodies
