Cracking Hot food & super fast service.

Brilliant service, lovely staff and very helpful. The item we wanted was out of stock and man named niall was very happy to help and offer many different options. All the staff were very efficient and very nice.

Attended here to have some dinner. Was told they had no beef burgers left. Comical. Also cannot use the app

Due to the restaurant not the driver, food freezing cold and half the portion of fries missing

My order was missing. Only one bag, not 50 pounds plus of order. I need a refund before 7 days.

Delivery time kept changing, food only started being prepared 25 after order was placed. courier was waiting in store for 15min, when order did arrive, it was cold.

Had a rough day and decided to treat myself with some BK today. Place wasn’t busy and Saad was being trained by his colleague Scott. Both guys were quirky and funny which made me forget for a second about the hardships of the day. After I ordered I barely dropped my belongings at the table to learn my food was ready! Everything was nice and hot. Next time I’m at Charnok Richard I’ll strongly consider popping in for a Memphis BBQ again.

was told delivery would be 17:55 it turned up about 18:30 1 and half hours after I placed the order .. food was good tho

Lucy served me, approximately 4pm on Sunday afternoon outstanding customer service, huge smile, lots of eye contact, very polite and friendly whilst remaining professional. Not very often you see a genuine smile and interaction. Pleasant interaction. Front of house area clean and tidy, tables cleaned as tables vacated. Food was freshly prepared.

Freezing cold when it arrived and took forever to arrive

over an hour late and they only sent half the order. the delivery driver was lovely and he gets a 5* but burger king is definitely a zero star.

The core temperature of the food delivered was cold, the order arrived not inside insulated delivery bag and outer packaging was wet from rain.

Food was Stone cold when it arrived, had to warm it up. Milk shake came with no straw, not impressed for a meal that cost me nearly £20

Once the food finally arrived it was freezing cold. as they had put freezing cold drinks in the same bag as 1 drink was frozen the chips Were under cooked and the burgers very disappointing for the price I would expect better quality I'm never ordering again and would prefer my money back as it all went in the bin

For some reason Burger King don’t give the correct amount of chips with the order. We were missing 2 portions for 2 meals today. Last time we had 1 portion out of 5.

Terrible. Food wasnt even that good never mind the fact that there were dead flies all around us while we were eating!! Worst cleaned place I've ever seen. Took ages aswell. Wrote a letter to them telling them about the dead flies and everything and they didn't even reply!

Very expensive for poor quality food, had better onion rings from a supermarket freezer aisle. Delivery driver was very nice.

Further to prior reviews: 1. Burger King marginally more expensive than Macdonald's? This has always been the case and should be common knowledge now! Order was expensive?? It's a MOTORWAY SERVICES, if you don't know this by now then maybe you shouldn't be driving on motorways, or anywhere for that matter. Today's experience was very pleasant indeed, shift manager (Sean I think his name) helped me no end to get sorted with a voucher code from a survey, he may have noticed I wasn't in the best of health and so seemed quickly went from talking it through with me to doing it all for me at the checkout. Order and food was prompt and very enjoyable, well done to all the staff. It isn't the first time I've come here and certainly won't be the last. Praise always where and when it's due.

Just ordered £50 of food for the whole family and ordered at 8:50 was told it was going to be here by 9:30, sat here and no food and rang the place up to a illiterate woman on the phone taking the whole situation as a joke and laughing about it.

It's Burger King not a Michelin star restaurant. This Burger king wasn't busy, my wait time was no surprise. The staff seemed to interact with everyone well, especially one who had an order query. The food was up to BK'S standard. The atmosphere was as cosy as a motorway service station can be. I'll say well done to BK at Charnock Richard northbound.

Burger and drink no problem. Service was reasonably quick. But £6.38 for a cheeseburger and medium coke! You can get a quater pounder, coke and fries 🍟 😋 for that price in a McDonald's.

Have not had a BK meal for years as non close to where I live. expensive (motorway services) and absolutely pathetic crispy bacon( it was all rind and drip white, crispy my a**e ! No mayo, bone dry and tasteless, chips hardly any. No wonder BK are struggling. Never again.

Today I orderd cheesy Bacon loaded fries ( time 11:20 order no. 342). Very disgusting !!! After one hours I need to do emergency stop for vomit. The food was stinky and most likely old. That was my last time in burger King.!!!!

Best burger I’ve ever had with them

Ordered on the touch screen, fairly short wait for the food. Burger and fries were not very warm and as usual, the burger looked nothing like the pictures, with only a fraction of the fillings. It was OK though and the lady serving was very good. The hygiene level was also well maintained.

incorrect food (Ordered & paid for Aberdeen Angus Burger got chicken royale) very limited choice of drinks (no milkshakes) food barely warm, and staff lacking in manners will not be going there again!

Very slow service, backlog of 25+ orders and 30 minute wait. Staff were doing their best but they're clearly understaffed. Avoid if you want 'fast' food.

The place was very busy. The food was a bit tasteless. Not impressed.

Fast service and lovey food, lovely friendly staff, a welcome break after a long drive. Watch out for New Dyson hand dryers in toilets which are weird as they tend to blow the water from your hands into your face, not very hygienic

Never really used B.K. Too much hickory on the burger! Reminded me of a terrible BBQ I had in Texas. 🥴. But I must say the chips were nice it's a pity there was so few of them. 👎

Very slow service at 7.30pm. Had to wait 20mins for a double bacon cheeseburger. Would have gone to KFC if I'd been told of wait time!
