Pound Bakery in Chorley

Just visited. Food ok gave £2.00 for £1.60 pastor. No change given as I was told I gave the correct change. I didn't. Won't go again.

I went in here for the first time, and wanting a quick snack I asked for a sausage roll. The sales assistant told me I could get 2 for a pound so I did. I have no idea what was given to me, but it did not taste like a sausage roll. It was disgusting. I took one bite out of one, and threw the rest of it and the other one in the bin.

Speaks volumes, when u have to queue for a pie shop so buy for the fridge and to freeze, , Not going to freeze again as etter to plan fresh for next few days of family eats and treats..

I don't visit this place alot (not good for the figure) but it really is good value and the staff are friendly enough. It makes such a difference when people are nice

Quite a selection of hot and cold snack food, also a few bakery products. Cheap and cheerful tasty food.

What can I say, cheap and cheerful. Two pies for a quid, can't go wrong really. Drinks are well priced as well. Plus you can get a kids pack for a £1 with pasty, cake and drink. A thumbs up from me.

yes its a bargain,i love the vegetarian sausage rolls (and i am not veggie) the curry veg sausage rolls are fab too. the best thing about this shop though are how lovely and friendly the staff are, even when they are run off their feet.

Perfect location close to the market means you can pick up a hot snack to walk round the market with. Nowt fancy, just good old fashioned grub for a quid. What more can you ask for?

Great service and very good price at 2 things for £1. Have had cheese pasties which are ok. The sausage rolls are cheap tasting. For the price you can't complain

The pies are amazing, such value for money and very yummy. At £1 for two pies what can I say? The fillings are "full" and plenty of meat in the potato and meat pies

If you go here, go with a £1 coin, the pasties are especially good and for £1 it's difficult to complain. Right in the middle of town, easy access and great staff.

Food is all very cheap but is hot, quick and filling. Staff are quick and efficient. Good to grab food if you only have five minutes.

A big hit with regulars who frequently buy their lunch here. I found the bakery to be clean with great staff however the food was mass produced and nothing different to any other bakery
