KFC Buckshaw Village - Munro Way in Chorley

Much better than the last 2 KFCs I went to. Not perfect, but good enough for a quick refuel.

Chips under cooked. Two different coatings on chicken. Both rank. Mostly bone and gristle.

Jack was really friendly and very welcoming. If anything he deserves a promotion or pay rise!

Food is fine but you only ever get half your order, when you order delivery. Order came with entire meal missing last week, this week all meals are missing fries. They deliver fast but obviously in such a rush that they don’t check they have actually sent your whole order 🙄

This one is always miles better than the one in Chorley. Clean, reasonably quick to prepare food and the staff are pleasant

Alway s 7freshfreeeesh food and friendly, service quick and good still hot and tasty when home, just check for sauces in bag

Dont know which of the girls it was but whoever served the first window at 10:15pm was absolutely immature, i stutter and misspoke to which she proceeded to laugh with her college and then mock me as i continued my order. Highly unprofessional, people like that are the reason some of us are uneasy to speak in public.

I am not happy with kfc anymore, they recently brought back the original wrap and i lost that wrap ages ago and was happy you brought it back, it is the most tasteful beautiful-lest wrap ever, and today i went to kfc to get it, and it was gone. I am extremely mortified with this that i cried, as a customer i will no longer go to kfc as i am a fussy eater and thats all that i ate from kfc, please take my message into consideration and bring this wrap back!!!!!!

Decent KFC clean and well cooked food

The customer service is not very good (the customer need to step back a lot) the food, hot drink, is always warm or cold if you order online or in restaurant! Starting I will you 2 starts out of 10

I think that they have 6 legged chickens because i always get rafts of legs when ordering a bargin bucket simply cut a chicken into 8 pieses 2 legs 2 breasts 2 thighs 2 legs simple

Walked out without service our initial experience was so poor. Rubbish and food all over the tables, crumbs and mess all over the floor. Asked if we would be served at the till, was refused service told you to use the kiosk or no service

Definitely something wrong with the food, wiped out everyone that ate that night with stomach pains and sickness. No issue with service just the quality.

Worst chicken ever. So dry had to leave it. The seasoning well what can I say, belongs in the bin for the fries.

I usually have a positive experience at this KFC, thanks to the friendly and quick staff who always provide great service. They're attentive, welcoming, and keep things moving efficiently, which is a big plus. However, my last visit left a bit to be desired. I ordered a large meal through the drive-thru but received a regular portion instead, despite paying for the larger size. To make things worse, the fillet was missing a part of it and no straws. The chips portion was also regular. While the service is excellent, some attention to order accuracy and portion size would go a long way. I hope these issues were just a one-off, and the overall experience improves next time.

Nice and clean with a modern feel but ultimately chicken was fat laden and soggy. If we had been eating in we would have asked for replacement but it was taken out.

We go out of our way to order from this KFC because it's always so much better than our local one in chorley.

The cashier Niamh was exceptional in her customer service skills. Very polite, very knowledgeable, and even offered us a better deal. Very impressive 👏

I do not recommend this place, the burger is not good, the fries are weak

Rude customer service from Kelsey on the drive through window. She needs to take a leaf out of Anne’s book, who is much more friendly and helpful.

The stuff are too rude they don’t help at all and they can’t they making the people take responsibility of there mistakes

Take my grandson here every Thursday. He has special needs and there is one stand out member of staff who is caring, kind and compassionate. Think her name is Kristina she goes out of her way to make us welcome and always remembers us. She has been so helpful whenever we have had any issues. Many thanks

If you order takeaway check your meal before you leave...we ordered two 3 piece meals and for each one given 3 legs in each....called up to question and basically got told you get what you are given....disgraceful customer service...seems they could not care less about the quality of food they serve or responding to customer complaints...

Guys, what the actual hell?? It tasted nice, but the portions of chicken were tiny. The chicken strip was about a 3rd the size of a normal one and the 'zinger burger' was literally all coating. What a waste of a tenner.

Well to say this place was dirty would be an understatement. The tables had dried foot stuck to them. The floors were disgusting even had food up the walls. I've took pictures which don't show the true extent. On the upside the food was hot and tasty just wonder what they kitchen was like. !!

After a wait of about 25-30 mins, not one bit of the type of chicken I asked for in a big bucket, what a team 🙄

Awful waste of money! The food was cold and soggy. The chicken tasted tough and like it had been sat there too long. Ended up with a cherry Pepsi instead of Pepsi and flat, not an ounce of fizz. Just disappointing and wouldn’t go to this KFC again.

Worst KFC I have had. Pale in colour and greasy. Only 1 at drive through and sat there so long turned engine off. Then was told/ mumbled next window. Same thing at 2nd window, nearly drove off as waited so long. Wish I had drove off, most of it was thrown away, left

Ordered food! It was freezing! Called KFC they tried to blame UBER, when the driver was on time. Poor food, poor service! Will not return.

Food supplied cold and tasteless. £19.55 two chicken sandwiches and chips. Had to return so cold . Came back little better . I will stay away in the future. Staff indifferent.

Never again, this is the 5th time I’ve not been able to get a coffee with my order, last time they said we turn the coffee machine off at 10pm for cleaning, the place only closes at 11pm, tonight went again it was 9.45pm and they said the coffee machine had been turned off for cleaning, I told them to turn it back on because it’s not 10pm yet but they wouldn’t, ended up not getting anything and went to McDonald better coffee anyway. Won’t be going back there useless is not the word. P.S went through the drive through which closes at 11pm

Ordered a ten piece family feast tonight for delivery. Seven of the pieces were drumsticks. Not impressed! Would like a bit more variety in the pieces next time please. Not worth £24.99!

SERVING UNCOOKED CHICKEN! How can you not cook chicken properly when it's being shoved in a fryer?! Get it sorted out. By the way, chicken isn't supposed to be pink when served to the customer, this was yesterday.

On this occasion, a small amount of fries in the Colonels Original Recipe meal but not usually 😊

Ordered a Trilogy Box. Delivered without the burger. How? Am Not happy. Terrible service.

Ordered a few times from here and they seem to always get something wrong but tonight I received the wrong order altogether, which meant I had to take it back to receive the right order, I ordered for delivery so I didn't have to got out surely they should bring me the right order and take the wrong one away 🙃 won't be ordering for delivery again ill be going in and checking my order before leaving from now on.

Food was great but if you eat in the toilets need a clean and no tables were clean either.

I hadn't had a kfc for a long time so was looking forward to it but I was very very disappointed it was awful! There was about 12 greasy chips and cold over cooked chicken pieces and hot wings. I ordered mighty box for one. It will be along time before I go there again

Don't even want to give this place a 1 star ! Attitude of one of the girls serving was beyond terrible ! Manager was not management material ! Couldn't even sort their own mess out. Just order from kfc Chorley. 100% better than this place!

Not the best only ordered one lunch box with corn no lettuce no mayo to take away people where coming back with their orders while I was there checked mine gravy not corn mayo and lettuce on burger and when I got the corn was out of date not the best

Would highly recommend this KFC, which was quite but very nice, the food was excellent, and the service was brilliant also, and it will definitely be going there again.

firstly, the sharing 6 piece bucket, fries, drinks were excellent, however the cleanliness of the place was not, I had to clean the table to use it, food debris was all around on the floor, half the restaurant was full of teenagers who were just camping and not dining, so this was my 1st visit to this place and probably will not return to this KFC

Big difference in prices between the app and within the restaurant. Served quickly, checked the items at the till and one was missing... All sorted. Group of kids in there but not unruly, a few couples eating. Just a few too many tables left that needed clearing out cleaning. Otherwise I'd accept this as the usual KFC standard.

Food ok. Drink was poor, supposed to be watermelon, couldn’t taste watermelon whatsoever. Staff were friendly enough. The place was very quiet for 2pm on a weekday.

I have never known a team of more incompetent people, than those working here. I far this year they have managed to miss something off my order 5 times. Tonight they have missed the chips from a meal - who is being employed here?

Never to busy so get your food quickly.

Cosy . good place for getting fast food..lots of space.

Overall, pretty disappointed. Food was as you would expect but the self service terminals all went down at the same time then there weren't enough staff to take orders so there was a big wait. Order was wrong when I got it but I'd waited long enough by then.

If you want to receive the wrong food then this is the place to go never get the order right about time they actually got staff that could do there job

Everytime I order they always miss something from off my order that I have also paid for. KFC you need to sort tour staff out in making sure all orders are correct.

This KFC appears to be actually able to function as a restaurant which for KFC is remarkable. Meal prepared and served rapidlyz efficiently and most of all correctly. My entire family were completely bewildered having received the food shortly after ordering we were lost for words. There was no awkward waiting around for ridiculous amounts of time waiting on things being cooked whilst the staff just casually look a bit lost for something to do. None of that. Perfect. Head office should be seeing this and replicating what buckshaw do. I will be making it my local despite living 30 miles away as it will be quicker in the long run than using my local. Bravo.

As far as KFC goes this one seems to have all the menu down to a T great tasting, well cooked, not as greasy as alot of the out there and the gravy is always nice and thick 😋 would recommend over all the other kfc's in the area.

Disappointing food disappointing order totally wrong

I would say one of the best relaxed KFC restaurant to have visited and the staffs were tremendous in their service. Again I must say the rest of the customers like myself looked cheerful 😊. So definitely my one-stop next time I am in Chorley.

Been here today. The server on the drive-thru was really good. He was really helpful. I gave us the best deals that were on so we could get the best out of what we were asking for and was able to help me with an issue that I had with the blue light card and the KFC app but he helped either way. The girls at the collection window were helpful in getting us a cup for little boy that was with us as he has funny little ones and they were helpful and kind and accommodating which was great and made the experience a lot easier with a very small demanding child.

Going through drive through girls at the till more interested in talking to each other that serving. Missed items we asked for had to check and go into get. Seemed distracted

Definitely one of the better KFCs in the region - others are filthy, not great service, slow and tired looking This is actually one where they take a bit more pride and offer better service, it's definitely more modern looking and welcoming for sure. It was featured on a TV show a couple of years back for good reason.

Nothing unique here but you cannot deny that KFC wings and thighs are great tasting and value.

Took a client for tea sat outside on the grass, when he finished no napkins, wipes. Also, couldn't eat his beans as no spoon in the bag?

Mainly use the drive through but have used in store on occasions. Every visit, the order has been correct and the food has been hot. The price does seem to be very in in comparison to other fast food chains but you do get more compared to them. Even though slightly more out of the way I will go here before going to the branch in Chorley.
