The best restaurants in Saughall and Mollington Cheshire West and Chester North West

We're lucky that this is our local tea room. Food, service, and atmosphere all excellent. The cafe is hidden behind d the village hall but well worth finding. Plenty of free parking. Warning, It is very popular, so it's best to book!

Ordered afternoon tea for 2 adults 2 children via email. Was asked in advance a preferred time of delivery. We opted for 12 noon due to having two little ones to feed, but was told they couldn’t deliver until 1.30 so I’m not sure why they asked for a time if they couldn’t deliver for a specific time in the first place. 1.45 came my husband called to find out where it was in which the lady didn’t seem to know anything about our order. Was told it would be here soon. Fast forward 2 more hours and 2 further calls to them. It finally arrived. I ended up making separate sandwiches for my children because of this 2 hour delay. When It finally arrived I was pleased with the quality of the food and it was nice. Would I order again from Mollys tea rooms! Absolutely not! I’d rather give my money to the many other tea rooms in the Chester area which offer the quality AND prompt service.

Hygiene was awful doesn’t look like they even clean the place with crumbs all over the floor first thing in the morning used to be a nice Greggs but gone down hill since last time Ive.been

Friendly, traditional village pub with good beer, but watch out for low ceilings if you're over 6ft tall.

I used to live right next to this spot so I used to go all the time. Now that I moved back from Portland, I’m excited that I get to go here consistently again. Food is always fresh, and the atmosphere is always calming. It’s perfect for studying or getting work done, or perhaps just having a relaxing morning. I really like the deli that it’s attached to, as they have so many incredible options to choose from, especially in the bakery department! Big fan of their crêpes but this time I chose to get one of their sandwiches and I was seriously impressed!

Excellent Takeaway, Food is always good, only complaint is the chips are quite often dry, like they've been cooked for a while then kept warm. This is our Local Chinese takeaway and we always use their Service, I would Highly Recommend The Far East in Saughall.

My wife and her cousin enjoyed a very lovely lunch experience. The food and service were first class. However, on driving out afterwards, the car was severely and expensively damaged by a steel post inserted into the entrance/exit to the car park. The car park entrance has been severely restricted by large wooden flower boxes and steel posts, allowing only one vehicle at a time to pass through. The posts are at low level and not easy to spot when driving. I find it quite difficult to see what advantage has been gained and a completely unnecessary hazard has been created. I recommend that these restrictions are removed before another guest suffers in the same way.

We've just had a wonderful few days at Inglewood Manor. Although we visited Chester and other interesting places, the hotel was the highlight of our break. The hotel is full of character and history. Our bedroom had a nice view and the bed was very comfortable. Facilities were excellent overall. We dined in the restaurant on one night and it was top class. The food and service were amazing. The service throughout the hotel was excellent, all staff members were friendly, pleasant and professional. I read reviews before booking this and amongst the reviews there was mention of the decor being a bit "tired". I'd have to agree with that in part. Certainly in our room the carpet was crumpled in the middle of the floor. Apart from that, it's a very old building and deserves to look tired!! I would recommend this hotel.

Absolutely delicious. Delivered in under 20 minutes. Amazing service, amazing food, wonderful delivery driver. Couldn’t ask for anything better!
