Greggs in Cheshire West and Chester

Hygiene was awful doesn’t look like they even clean the place with crumbs all over the floor first thing in the morning used to be a nice Greggs but gone down hill since last time Ive.been

Expensive for a cold pasty. Was hungry, didn't die. So three stars.

Food was Terrible. Luke warm/cold sausage roll . Bacon 🥓 cold 🥶 in roll. Will not be eating at this place again

Decent food prices creeping a little

Well I've been to Greg's at a petrol station before and it wasn't a great experience as the staff were poo so wasn't really expecting much out of this place. However..... the 2 ladies working where very cheery and happy and ready to serve with a smile. Wasn't a wait at all. Ordered and got my sausage rolls. Only thing is they were cold. Typical Greg's don't keep there rills and pasties warm which is annoying. But the sausage rolls were good even cold. Can't go wrong with a sausage roll really!

Product is always good but the staff are so slow so make sure your not in a hurry

Stop here for toilet breaks don't use Greg's just the Asda

I sometimes visit here with my mate for s coffee and some yumyums and mmm very yummy, staff are amazing and always very happy to help with any unique requirements that you may have, great value

Worst greggs I've ever been to asked if he had any thing hot and was told no there not allowed to sell hot food or they have to pay hot food tax joker 😒

Food can be cold most ov the time

Good food and clean surroundings

It's a busy shop in the morning, staff are always pleasant and efficient

Customers packed in like sardines. Majority of people not wearing face masks. Difficult to park due to sheer volume of vehicles. Apart from that typical Gregg's products cleanliness etc. I think they need to have clampdown on face masks as I'm not keen on returning for this reason. I realise distancing is impossible on this site but it must be high risk for transmission of covid.

Excellent take away snack food and service at great prices

The supervisor working the morning shift this bank holiday was absolutely lovely and provided great customer service.

Greggs at garage was yummy as ever. The vegan steak bake us my favourite by far. I had a savoury and hot drink deal for £3.10, never disappoints :-)

Staff always polite and helpful
