Yumi's in Cheshire West and Chester

The place is very clean and food is mostly fresh food is great but they put cheese on my burger I didn't notice till I was almost finished I'm very lactose intolerant not the best way to spend a Sunday night stuck to a toilet 😅 but the food is great just wished they not put cheese on my food after I seid no cheese

Hawaiian pizza totally bland. Pineapple had no taste at all. Cheap tasteless ham, which to add insult to injury, had pieces of bone in it. Cheese bland. So Margarita was totally tasteless also. Would not recommend.

Most of items in the order had an unpalatable aftertaste. could not go though them and they were all binbed. ordered pizza from different place after as to not ruin a child's birthday. No refund or consideration offered. avoid.

Wrong order delivered. The shop were rude when we asked for the correct one. What did arrive was poor quality. We were told not to touch the wrong one as it was going back (hopefully not for resale!) Undercooked doughy pizza and cheap nasty toppings. Wont be using them again.

Really bad :( the chips were over done with no potato in them at all and not even the nice crunchy type just hard. The burger was dry and the chicken was dry and over cooked. The chicken burger was the only semi edible thing. And that was dry too.

fab food apart from chips ehich were very hard but overall fab value as had offer on and no food was forgotten which is a big thumbs up for us as a family of 7 👏

Not chips but skinny fries so be aware. Odd with gravy. The 'cheese' in the jalapeño bites was white sauce and unpleasant. The donner meat was amazing.

Food is now an absolute rip off. Used to be a great place to go with tasty food and at a reasonable price. They threw their priced up sky high though the other week and now it's a rip off. Avoid until they make their prices realistic.

Food arrived freezing cold. Not fresh, and salad didn’t taste fresh on kebabs. Chips were awful, spicey chips basically tasted like eating powder

First time ordering. Never again. I kow my takeaways in the local chester area . This one is not good.The donner meat was hard. The chicken was hard an too dry. A sprinkle of salad on the mixed kebab.!!! Pitta bread was rock hard. Chips were wet and cold. Chicken burger was cold and i was not prepared to re heat it. Shocking for the price!!! The delivery guy seemed peed off. Hardly spoke. Maybe it's cos it's late at night. But who knows.. after looking over the reviews seems the earlier you order the better. Will not be ordering again

Our local Kebab takeaway (Jeff's of Kingsway) has recently closed so we were looking for a new takeaway delivery kebab place within the area. Yumi's delivered within 50 minutes and the food was still warm. The kebabs were an expected size and the fries were a good portion: thin and crispy. I had a Donner kebab and my wife had a chicken and we thoroughly enjoyed the meal. I would definitely recommend. Great value, quick service for a Saturday night and very tasty!

Doner meat was missing from the burger, just came as a double cheeseburger which was disappointing as was most looking forward to that part. Still decent anyway.

don’t know why yumis is rated so lowly, ordered here many times and have not once had a bad experience. Pickup is always quick and effortless and service is always 10/10. much better than the other takeaways on garden lane.

i like to order a yumis every once in a while, i can’t say much about the menu because i get the same thing every time but the garlic bread is amazing, but guys if you see this pls bring back the soft chips

Ordered for a schedule delivery at 23:05 as no one was in before that had a notification at 10:30 saying it’s with the driver ALL THE FOOD COLD missing chips with the burger deal couldn’t read the order notes disgraceful got spoken down to by restaurant the restaurant is going downhill food wasn’t edible

Food was lovely however the shakes were spilled all inside the bags as they weren't secured enough and made a huge mess, also the shakes were not labled which was utter chaos. Aside from the shakes making a complete mess and the stress with cleaning that followed, it was lovely.

First time ordering from here and we are so impressed. The food was hot, fresh and full of flavour. Brilliant protion sizes for a brilliant price. The onion rings were crispy but not overdone,Bergers were juicy and perfectly cooked with lots of fresh salad and the right amount of relish. Dlivery driver was a really lovely and rang me when the doorbell wouldn’t work wich we were greatful for. Faultless! Thank you !!!

Chicken kebab arrived with no salad or sauce. I tried to get in touch with Justeat but as usual their customer service was non-existent. App advised to click the "I'm unhappy with my order" but that option wasn't even available on the app. Food was lovely minus the kebab.

my milkshake was spilt everywhere, i payed 5 pound for this and i only had half the milkshake to drink.
