The food was nice enough but the peas had a strange taste, good portions and the food was only just warm enough to eat, any longer and it would be cold.

Sadly this order was a complete disappointment. we have never ordered from here before but as it said it would be delived within 25 mins we decided it was a good time to try. We ordered sausage, chips and gravy, the chips were dry, lots of shards and the sausages were like leather, however, the gravy was ok. I wish I had stuck to our regular because in the end it took 50mins for such a simple order.

I've ate here in the past and it was delicious. I've just ordered here again and the look on my face says it all. The chips were obviously re heated from the day before. The boiled rice was incredibly rubbery as if that had also been reheated and the rest of my order was stone cold. Just eat have refused to refund me. I've got to say I'm very disappointed.

I pre ordered for delivery at 7.15pm came stone cold and when questioned delivery driver said what do you expect you pre ordered it 2 hours ago doesn't matter to him if we reject order he still gets paid.

This is becoming my favourite take away, consistent high quality hot food, thank you

Working in the area and fancied a fish dinner. stopped here. purchased: Cod, Large chips, Large peas. Service: served by 2 males, polite, friendly, on leaving he said enjoy your meal :) Hygiene: place looked very clean to be fair! Food: well im a takeaway connoisseur lol 😆 esp the amount i eat. Fish, i ordered lightly battered it came, nice portion size crispy batter with perfectly fried flakey white cod. Chips: Large portion of old school chippy chips, cooked lovely and tasted great. Peas: not too thick not too runny. oh n green lol :) You can tell I enjoyed it...... before and after pics says it all lol all in all a nice little chippy. just over £12 in price. Definitely go here again if in area. 5*

No happy at all, they forgot items and after we called and asked them about it said they cant deliver it and if i wanted it id have to come and collect it. Even tho i paid for delivery. Rip off

Waiting 15 minutes for a large chips because they hadn’t peeled the spuds. May as well have fired up the air fryer. Costco rotisserie chickens gone cold. Thursday night ruined.

Fish always lovely however chips looked old and tasted like warmed up. Ordering from here is not cheap - a bit disappointed. Weve had some lovely fish and chips from them in the past.

Order was delivered promptly, however food quality was not great. Fish was OK, curry didn't taste of much. Piece of chicken was all bone, hardly any meat on it & was extremely dry & difficult to cut (was overcooked). A very expensive meal & half of it went in the bin I'm afraid :(

Came into the shop to get some tea for me and my family. I was greeted by Helen who was very smily and polite. She helped me with my order. Would definitely recommend here not only for the food but for a lovely experience. Would definitely go back because of Helen

First time ordering food arrived early, hot and the fish was lovely

Came in on Saturday 20/04 and was served by a really welcoming and friendly older lady with short blonde hair and glasses. Had a salt and pepper box which was amazing thanks to her suggestion and my husband had a beautiful lightly battered fresh fish we both thoroughly enjoyed our food and the service was speedy. All the other staff looked very happy in the environment! Couldn’t recommend this fish bar more and will definitely be returning!

Great food and fast friendly service. Worth every penny. Staff here at the moment are lovely. I haven't liked going out since a recent bereavement but the girl really put me at ease.

This is the 2nd order we’ve had delivered and on both occasions the orders have either been wrong or items missing

Ordered and was told delivery 18.35 - 18.55 actually delivered 17.25 after standing on dr step for 10 mins after driver went to wrong address. Order cold and missing portion of chips and prawn crackers. Shop never answer phone DISGUSTING require refund

At last a fabulous chippy in Ellesmere Port. Everything cooked to perfection. Battered cod probably best I've had, and I'm really picky. Delivery was fast and food piping hot. Cheers for our lovely food.

Absolutely freezing by the time it arrived and the estimated time stayed at 18:02 until it arrived at 18:45. Clearly been sat in the car going cold.

wasn't aware maon came with an option but was automatically given boiled rice. had already paid for boiled rice and chips wgere one could have been included. no ask of salt and vinegar to be on chips so received them plain. disappointed and feel added cost was pushed on me due to lack of content info
