Fat Boys Kebab & Pizza in Cheshire West and Chester

Ordered 2 large chicken kebabs and 8 hot wings. The kebabs were very small for the price and didn’t taste of a lot. The wings were one of the worst I’ve ever had. To the point where we both tried one and binned the rest. They had a very odd taste

Not sure how this place has got good ratings. Called in last night and the place looked grubby, and the staff couldn’t look less interested. Doner kebab was really poor. Asked for salad and it was mostly onions. The meat wasn’t very hot either, and the Pita bread was stale. Definitely much better kebab places in and around Chester.

Wow wow ! I've been here many times and absolutely think we all should shout out for our local business that really do excellent. The food was worth the 15 minutes wait from these lads who cook as you watch. Outstanding meals here put the big companies to shame. Many thanks Fatboys for the massive effort you put into our meals. 🙏

Love the speed of service and the taste. Pity they forgot my "no cheese" request for the burger on my most recent visit.

Should be renamed to fat bugs because what in the world is this massive monster?? There was another one flying around and the photo does not show how big this bug is but believe me it was intimidating. The food also gave us all stomach issues. I don’t understand why when we went in and saw the beast laying there on the ground we continued to order. Regardless, the service was nice and the man as wiping the counter, maybe it’s just the floors that don’t get deep cleaned🤷‍♀️ also the man who served us let us amend donner pizza. Mushrooms on a donner pizza seams a little blasphemous but my guy substituted it for jalapeños like I wanted. Highly suggest it!

No space for dine in but shwarma tastes great with enough meat and salad inside, heavy food enough for dinner, halal meat too.

The best kebab I have ever eaten in my life, I have never had such good quality even in Turkey.

Absolutely awful. They didn’t put the correct salads as requested, the serving was very very small. Really poor take out.

The food was really good especially the kebabs

Burger was dry, Curly fries and onion rings were soggy, curry sauce was watery and the kebab bread had gone off as it was dry and crumbly

Order a meal for the family, felt like it was rushed , burger was ok ,chips were overcooked and hard, could of got more for what I paid for with a McDonald's. Lesson learnt.

Have ordered on many occasions. Food always ready when I collect. Very tasty food. Good portions. Can't fault it

Very disappointed with my food Oder. Had to wait almost 2 hours to receive our food to find that some of the Oder was missing and most of the food was cold. Delivery drivers are doing two many deliveries at once hence while people are receiving cold over priced food

Ordered at 19:00 for delivery 7.1 miles away ( Paid £8 for delivery in accordance with the 8 mile limit) Order was accepted by 19:02. Email sent at 19:46 to reject the order, I phoned to ask why its been rejected. Apparently the 7.1 miles are to far and could not delivery. we were left without food and highly disappointed.

Ordered 14inch bbq chicken pizza 6 little pieces of chicken sweetcorn on it don't like sweetcorn also it's not meant to be on it pizza was cold rang the. To come back and get it told by staff not to ring them again or use them still waiting for them to collect it and give me. Y money back

I can honestly say that I am very impressed with the quick and efficient service and the quality of the food is excellent we really enjoyed our mixed kebab and pizza and appreciate your excellent service Steve and Jean on the Dutch barge.

Ordered a pizza which was messed up.. Left a review, however, I got a call from Kriti to remove the review because she could get in trouble for that.. Being a good hearted person. I removed that review. However I order today again, believing everything should deserve a second chance, yet they messed up again.. Very dissatisfied. Food was poor quality. Not properly cooked. Cold when received.

Good portion sizes at a reasonable price. Would recommend.

IF I COULD GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD 😡😡 order got accepted at 6:20pm. Received my order at 8:24pm. Estimated delivery was 45 minutes. I rang the restaurant to ask where my order was at 7:20pm, he said it would be 10 minutes driver on his way. No show by 7:55pm, rang again, he then said it wasn’t ready for delivery and will be 10 minutes. When arrived it was freezing cold like it had been sat in the car for over an hour, I rang the restaurant for the 3rd time and he was very rude to me, saying they are really busy and I should put it in the microwave, started shouting at me because I said delivery was 2hours, he denied this and I told him I have the proof in the email, which again he denied. I asked for a refund as I didn’t order cold food I then got shouted at once again by the man. He called me rude and obnoxious for asking for a refund for my food as they are busy, no offence but they shouldn’t accept orders if they aren’t going to deliver hot fresh food and on time that is not the customers fault. Once he said he was going to refund me he also said I am not aloud to order again he will never accept my orders as I am rude for complaining about my food which was cold. They are an absolute awful company to deal with.

Another visit to this Wow takeaway. Once again thoroughly fresh food cooked in front of you by a great time of enthusiastic guys. The food is always hot & cooked to perfection. My Sis & I asked if we could sit in to eat as it was cold outside. No issues whatsoever we were treated like we matted. Well done again guys 👏 ..Thank you..fantastic!

Awful kebab. Meat tasted nothing like a normal doner taste. Garlic sauce was absolutely disgusting, and they'd drowned the meat in it. Not the friendliest attitude from the staff either. Safe to say I won't return.

ordered from here, very good restaurant and suitable for fine dining. took the missus here to celebrate the anniversary and she loved it. top place. was disappointed tho as one of the workers asked for a slice of our pizza.

Great delivery service , Always well within estimated delivery time . The only kebab that we actually eat all of . The only other is caspian. Plus their pizza is my favourite extra order as it is my treat breakfast the next day .

So we moved to tarvin a bit out of the way but only one of 3 take aways that will deliver to us. We used them for a year and they started not to put the sauces on the kababs we asked for and payed extra for. So went to someone else, we loved fat boys used them so much when we lived in hoole, they have all ways been the best. So after a year tonight we ordered one, two kababs and 3 side chips £27, they came dropped off the kababs but no sides£20.40, the receipt just said two kababs but the online email had had all the sides £27 pounds spk to the man on the facetime and he said is that what the receipt said, but it wasn’t what the online receipt said or what had come out of my back, £27 came out of my bank, sent all the food back because it would be cold waiting for the sides to come. Make sure you have all your order before the driver leaves, after a few experiences they are trying to make money by not giving you all the food, showing the receipt they have on the bag but not what has been taken out from you bank, make sure pay cash, but then you can’t use the 10% at checkout. Make sure you don’t fall in to a tape like I have.

DISGUSTING and that just their attitude. So this is a kebab house, so that is pretty much what they're going to be good at, right? Wrong...... Pretty simple order really. One large kebab. One mixed folded kebab and a cpl of pizzas. In their brilliance what they actually sent was 2 just standard kebabs with not a fold in sight. (Yes they got the pizzas right....slow clap for that) So mistakes happen no biggy let's fix this. Phone the shop back up and his attitude was tough, nothing he can do about it. Wasn't prepared to even listen just rude and aggressive throughout. This is what you get for trying somewhere new. Needless to say we will be sticking with the Caspian in Chester great service great food.

Ridiculous. I’ve ordered food from here many times without a problem and when it was delivered one time it was cold so i put a complaint in through just eat and now they won’t serve me because I told just eat that my food was cold. Daft.

Reheated fatty awful food, chips brown from being reheated over and over again, pizza cheap cheese and tasted of cardboard. Most ended up in the bin

worst fast food place in Chester I ordered food from here last time and the food was freezing cold I tried to order from Just Eat and they cancel the order I called them and they was crying over it because I made a complaint on just eat

The mixed lamb kebabs and Donner kebabs were simply delicious. Delivery was extremely quick. Extremely glad we found this place. Will order again from them.

I don't usually like food from kebab shops unless I've had a skinful of alcohol but Fat Boys is exceptional, in particular they do a folded kebab which is kind of like a Calzone but with a ton of kebab meat.

They have "delivery" but I am 3,1 miles away and they cancel my orders always. What mean delivery, next door delivery??? Never try order again is basically a shame.

Food is great, good delivery time and never had an issue - Staff can be a little blunt and not the most welcoming, but they're far from rude or nasty.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE I have had many orders from Fatboys but tonight we made a mistake online order, Burger was missing our fault. The food was also cold/disgusting, I spoke to a very rude man who said he was to busy to help and we lived in Tarvin ( £3 i paid extra as per there delivery terms), I was happy to pay for the missing burger, he refuse to help and again said he was to busy to talk to me THE CUSTOMER ! my wife then rang up and asked to speak to the manager which confused them as they seemed to be confused who the manager was !!!!!! terrible customer service.

Asked for sweet chilli, gave chilli ... also doner meat only needed cpr to revive it back to being a lamb as it wasn't cooked after asking for it to be put on the grill longer as they have a tendency here to give you the doner semi raw/cooked 🤷‍♂️😪

Good value, really good donner kebab, the small was enough for me. Came with good salad and generous helping of French fries

tonight we put our order in and i came in reasonable time but it was stone cold . my partner had a chicken wrap and it was as if they had just taken it out of the fridge so she rang them up to complain and the spoke to her like a piece of s***. they said what do you want us to do about it and was passed round 3 different people who were all as bad as the first one they would not offer a replacement or refund what they did offer was something extra (they didn't say what) free on the next order! we have been using them for the last 4 years and they have slowly got worse. tonights order will be are last.

I have tried the Kebabs here they are excellent. Go for the mixed kebab box of you are hungry , Their pizzas I can't comment on but it always seems busy.

We came in just as they were closing and they were nice enough to serve us still anyway, we love them they’re so cute and were very kind to us. Lovely people love u for life xxxxx

They don’t care if somethin fell on the ground they put it right back in the fryer! The guy keeps touchin the chips pickin it up and down as if it’s his own food!! Now that’s what I saw!! God knows what’d be happening back in the kitchen !! It’s disgusting !!

Previously I had a burger meal from this establishment and I specified the burger to have no jalapenos on it the burger came with jalapenos on both occasions. It happened on two occasions and the second time both the telephone operator and the delivery driver were extremely rude and have very little respect towards there customers . I will not be ordering from this establishment anymore because my previous experience with them have been awful. This is a establishment that I would advise to avoid.

Ordered two doner wraps tonight and chips. Prompt service , but , chips have changed to very cheap thin versions which were cold. The temp. Of the order was Luke warm

Food is always good and the guys that work there are always really polite and helpful, have been regulars here since I moved with my partner a couple of years ago and wouldn’t think about going anywhere else!

If I could give no stars I would. Absolutely disgusting food, chips were rock hard, the burger bun was hard, the pizza beyond dry that chewing it was foul. I phoned to inform them of the very poor quality and all they said is you are not having your money back. They said as we are so many miles away it is our fault, in my opinion if you cant maintain food quality you shouldn't offer delivery that far. Save your money, avoid the rudeness and go somewhere fresher and better quality for money.

Ordered a chicken burger, did not come at all, instead we got a slice of cheese in a bag?? Rang up to sort it and was told I did not order any of this despite having them confirm my order 3 times over the phone. Very rude staff, told to check receipt, we didnt even get that either... Ordered from here before and it was wrong then too, thought I would give them another try, never again.

The delivery was made through my partner over the phone. It was quick and exactly the way we ordered it! But when it arrived it was over cooked!! Flat bread was like a crisp and chips tasted like they had been re-fried. Gutted at this so much 😩😩

Asked for some toilet roll through the toilet door as I got cought short the lad though me a piita roll as no toilet roll left

A very nice Kebab shop for takeaway. I used to visit this place often during the last 3 months. Staff are nice and place looks so clean in addition to nice food with variety of selections.

Pizza is massive like if you can finish a super to yourself you should probs go hit the gym and sort your life out mate... you animal 🦔

Ordered a combination kebab, doner meat was awful, tasted like it was dregs for day before and was tough to chew. Chicken was much better. Pitta was over done Ordered online and collected and paid cash, wasn’t until I got home I realised they overcharged by 50p. I will avoid this place in future

Absolute disgrace.... we rang and placed our order at 6pm and were assured that it would be with us at 7pm. We sat and patiently waited until 7:30pm - no phone call, nothing, so we rang them to be met with the reply “don’t worry darlin’ driver will be with you soon......” so again we patiently waited. Driver arrived at approx 07:50!dropped off the food and demanded “petrol money”!!!!! We had already paid for what was owed..... so when informed the driver of this he simply replied “ ok I will let you have that one!”.......... when we opened the food it was the wrong order and freezing cold.so we rang the restaurant to voice our concerns to be met with the response of “you will have to take it to the judge ........ it is not our responsibility to offer a refund!” DO NOT GO TO THIS ESTABLISHMENT........ they are a disgrace!

This is our go to takeaway when we want a family takeout. Delivery is always on point and the food hits the spot whenever you have a need for a decent kebab, pizza or kids nuggets and chips!

I wrote a rather scathing review last year so thought I would review again. I still haven't had a delivery after the poor experience, however if you go and collect the food is lovely. Fresh salad, well cooked tasty meat and the staff are pleasant too. We enjoy a kebab from here, not bad value either portions are generous.
