The best restaurants in Nantwich North and West Cheshire East North West

With an established ice cream place on the edge of Nantwich, opening a small independent ice cream shop in town is a brave move, but the ice cream/gelato if you’d prefer is fantastic. I’ve not had a flavour that was anything less than awesome. There are about 10/12 flavours, but with a good selection there seems to be something for everyone. Milkshakes made to order while you wait, using any of the ice creams available, are the best ive had. I’ve not tried the coffee but the machine looks impressive. The staff are friendly and very patient, when you’re standing looking at ice cream wondering what to have. It’s my first and only choice for ice cream in Nantwich.

The Swan is a stunning country pub placed in a beautiful village. The food, drink, service, and atmosphere never fails to impress us, and neither does the amazing variety and value! It’s one of our favourites and our go-to place!

Food great but service we waited 40min for main meal waiter asked if I wanted a drink then didn't bother to bring it then at end of meal they just took our stuff from table without asking and folded our table cloth while we still had drinks felt like was being forced out to get others in and the Irish women there horrible to staff

What a lovely little fish on our travels. Clean and tidy. The staff were great and very knowledgeable on the products. The food was amazing. Will definitely return qhen we are back in the area

Hosted a baby shower at Bench Congleton and just wanted to give a big shout out to Molly and Liv. The day from start to finish was brilliant, nothing was too much trouble… even when we needed to re-arrange the room to fit the decorations in! The whole team were on hand throughout delivery a personal service tailored to us. The food as always was gorgeous, 21 meals all out hot and in a timely manner! Would definitely recommend to anyone wanting to host a party! Thanks again Giselle 💜

A lovely little hidden gem of Nantwich! The menu looks interesting with some variety of authentic flavours. I had the beef birria open burrito and I'm so happy it was beef shin rather than just brisket. Refried beans instead of slaw would be a good improvement though 👀 Décor looks cute and comfortable, perfect for a humble date night or brunch outs. I look forward to coming back with friends 😉

All day breakfast still only £4.95, tastes good and served by real human beings. The location might be a little off-putting to some - in a corner of an indoor market building - so it's for a good bite to eat rather than posh dining. I bet most of the users have bus passes

We had a lovely dinner on Valentine's night. I so enjoyed my starter which was crab & lobster salad. We shall be back when the weather warms up.

Great food from this quirky little gem of a town centre cafe. There’s no rush here to get you out they even have table games like connect four to keep you busy. They don’t do hot meals but rather tasty sandwiches with generous portions of content. The milk shakes are so so good made with fresh milk and ice cream. Highly recommended 10/10.
