We are always met with a smile and served delicious food in a friendly setting, our favourite Asian restaurant. If the restaurant is too busy we use their take away service.

Lovely white tablecloths , a great Irish welcome and fabulous food , will definitely be back. 4 of us had set 2 menus and it was all delicious and plentiful!

We've used Chopstix now for a few years and I have to say, the food and service is consistently excellent. Not once have we had a bad dish.. that's pretty impressive in my books.

Great food, nice evening, shame about the rude Irish woman. We’ve been a few times now, the food has always been great. However the Irish lady who works behind the bar seems to enjoy being rude. Not sure we’ll return.

Yet another brilliant evening at Chopstix. This time we was the new year in at this fab restaurant. The food was as lovely as ever, the service excellent, great atmosphere & company and live music to boot. Overall a superb evenng out.

We went for my fiancé 30th birthday meal with family. 13 of us and not one of us could fault it! Great value for money, generous portions and food is well past takeaway standards. Can’t believe I’ve not been here before!!!

Great food, eaten in and takeaway, not had a bad meal.

Live in the area, so went in here for the first time yesterday 7th November. Lovely restaurant, but being a vegetarian I noticed a very limited menu. Set menu for vegetarian and that was all. I ordered a side vegetable dish, of the two available, explaining to the waitress that I didn't eat meat, and could I have it as a main. So I ate a very simple meal. When we got home and looked at their website, they had a large choice of vegetarian meals, on a vegetarian menu! Not sure why we weren't given that menu, but next time I'll ask for it.

Fantastic food, huge portions, great staff, fantastic owner/front of house. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough, food was fantastic, loads of it and a huge choice. We had set meal B and it was like a banquet. Food ticked every box, but it was service and charm that made the meal. 100% recommended and will return.

Brilliant take away, especially gluten free menu

the food was excellent, the two ladies were really nice to us and it was also cheap. Totally recommend it!

I ordered a takeaway this evening as I will be going out later tonight. As always the food was on time, excellent quality and the service friendly. We enjoyed the Prawn Satay Skewers, Lamb Bowl and the Sizzling Fillet steak. I've been going to Chopstix either for a meal or takeaway ever since it opened and still find it the best Chinese restaurant this side of China Town, Manchester.

What a lovely evening we had with our friends from Bentley Motors. The food was absolutely divine and the service from all of the staff was impeccable. I haven't a clue as to why some people have left negative comments for this wonderful restaurant, what hateful and miserable people they must be. We had the best service with the best food, and that went for all of us who shared the evening. Well done to all the staff, thanks for making our night so good. ☺

What a night. Brilliant and swift service, lovely staff attending to all our needs and the best Chinese food we have ever had. My wife and I had a banquet for twom which was more than adequate, the variety too was brilliant. Very generously sized portions too. There were 9 of us in total and every one said it was the best Chinese meal they'd ever has. Congratulations to all of the team at Chopstix, you made our night real special and we'll be back very soon.

We had a set menu for a celebration meal. The starters were ok but two of the four main dishes were inedible. The chicken in the satays and sweet and sour was tough and the vegetables were limp.

Oh my lord! Where to start! Service with a smile would of been nice. On arrival we were shown to our seat quickly, the waitress took my drinks order and they were brought pretty quickly, I ordered a double gin but only got a single. The starters were brought out but not removed from our table before the mains were brought out. I had ordered Grilled beancurd in peking sauce with egg fried rice. Now, the egg fried rice was lush but let's be fair it's rice with egg! My Grilled beancurd wasn't grilled and it was sloppy, it fell apart, it was slimey, the sauce was like homemade gravy that had sat for a few hours and started to separate and I'd been given the fatty layer! I obviously didn't eat it. We didn't get offered anymore drinks. The staff clearly wanted us in and out as quickly as possible. The staff stood in the door way watching us as if we were small children not grown women. It was an awful experience, not a nice atmosphere at all. We requested the bill and went to pay, to be told to go back upstairs to pay! The cheek! We refused and all paid individually down stairs. I complained to the waitress about my meal and her response was that she wasn't the correct person to tell! What? Sorry but as a consumer spending my hard earn money, I don't care who I complain too, pass on the message! I think its quite clear that this place is not able to cater for larger groups or they don't want them in and when they do, they want them in and out as quick as possible. I certainly won't be going again!

From making the original booking to having the meal, the service & the way we were treated was very disappointing from start to finish! We were obviously not welcome and the manager & staff made that perfectly clear. They couldn’t get us in & out of the place quickly enough. We were not given or even offered any prawn crackers though the tables opposite to us were and not asked if we wanted any further drinks after the initial order. Most of the food was distinctly average & some not even that good! For some unknown reason, they obviously don’t like serving larger groups! Just awful!!!

We arrived and there was 4 of us , I had already dropped of a balloon for the table so as soon as I walked in we were on a table for 2 right next to the bar not a good start, we were moved straight away to upstairs the table was ok but there was no air-conditioning and it must of been 30 +up there was a little unit but did nothing it did spoil the night a bit , but the food was lovely and will go back but not when it's warm staff our not the best to be honest could do lots better with customer service

Finally a gluten free Chinese restaurant. Food was of excellent quality - if really quite expensive. Staff were polite, place was very clean. Would definitely go again. The ONLY Chinese food I haven't had a bad reaction to!

Some of the best Chinese food I have had in the UK I had fork dumplings, shredded beef and egg fried rice with a side of crispy seaweed. Staff are very friendly,decor is lovely only slight complaint is the gents toilets are a little small. But worth five stars all the way.

Possibly the best Szechuan sauce I’ve had in my life

Really nice food and I am very glad I got a recommendation to try this restaurant. It is a little more expensive and they don't deliver - but it is worth the extra effort to get food as close to the quality (fresh) and taste of food in China town.

Very quaint chinese, very nice host/manager, nice food

Went to Nantwich for the Easter weekend and was recommended from my brother to get a Chinese. My fiancé is gluten intolerant so I was a bit optimistic, however thankfully he did! The gluten free menu was fantastic and tasted no different to normal. Sweet and sour chicken with chilli beef and a couple of egg fried rices. The starters were unreal and I would highly recommend the salt and pepper chicken.

Where do I start? Chopsticks quite simply is the finest Chinese restaurant in Cheshire. We dropped by on the off chance they could accommodate us. The refreshingly professional Irish front of house lady gave us the warmest of welcomes. She was genuinely interested in our comfort and ran a very tight ship. The rest of the staff were equally diligent and friendly. They couldn't have helped more, despite shortages due to Covid. For food, we went for a set menu, compromising of chicken satay, seaweed, calamari, satay chicken, hoisin duck, sweet and sour chicken, crispy shredded beef and king prawns (to name a few). We finished with coffee. From start to finish, the service and food served was impeccable. The portions and quality were outstanding. We'll be back for sure.

This is one of if not (the) best Chinese restaurants I've eaten in. The service and food is exceptional, think Michelin Star Chinese food and that's what you get

Went for my birthday (26th June) with mum and dad. Was quiet at 7pm but slowly it got busy (a lot of takeouts!). Food was excellent - hot, on time and very yummy. They even surprised me with a slice of birthday cake to say happy birthday- thankyou for a great night x

Lovely little restaurant with good service and tasty food

My wife and I have been going Chopstix since before we were married. It has always been top quality food, the waiting staff have always been brilliant and attentive. My one and only criticism would be that the tables on the ground floor are a little close together, they always have been but that said the food has always more than made up for that. The prices, while not cheap, are reasonable for what you get. If you want a fantastic Chinese meal you really can't go wrong

I honestly don't understand all the positive reviews. The food was all very very bland and uninspiring, especially given the cost! I'd much rather pop across the road to the Takeaway and get much better quailty for half the cost. Yes, I realise, by 'sitting-in' there are increased overheads from the likes of Staff, Heating, Lighting and equipment etc, but NO, it not acceptable. The Spicy Platter sharer starter was particulary bad. The photo doesn't do the taste justice. No mention of the Seafood in the ingredients and again overcooked, rubbery items. Only positive was the Seaweed, which of course isn't actually Seaweed. ⅔ of our initial Main choices weren't available and then to add insult, we were informed that the Scallops, at last minute, were "not completely available" and "would we like to try something else". The scallops themselves were tiny, overcooked and tasteless (and we've had Scallops in many fine dining eateries). Furthermore, not once were we asked if we wanted anymore drinks, probably because the "Irish Front-of-House", as described in other reviews, seemed more interested in chatting on the phone and mooching over the apparent regulars. I will definitely not be returning, but sometimes it proves wrong to be curious and follow other people's recommendations.

First class food and service everytime. The best gluten free menu in Nantwich and our go to place for family celebratory means. Highly recomend and the gf Vietnamese spring rolls are a must!!

I have eat here a number of times and its amazing my partner wanted a take out and I said no, as hes not been before. You have to sit in and experience the restaurant first and as always I was right. 🤔From the staff, food (told him not to order so much) it was as always first class. It's now his first choice of dine in. And we will now do take out. Thank you x

As a coeliac who hasn't been able to have Chinese food in a number of years, I was so thrilled to find a Chinese restaurant with a full dedicated gluten free menu! Both my partner and I were thrilled with our food and portion sizes. We would both highly recommend!!

Our first date night since the lockdown has eased and it was not a disappointment. We have ordered a couple of takeaways this past year, but Saturday evening was our first time dining in the restaurant. We were allocated a great table. Service was excellent and the food was delicious. We often over order (don't we all in places like this?!) but still managed to make room in our bellies! Most definitely well worth the wait to dine in here and a highly recommended local independently owned restaurant. Thank you.

We cannot thank chopsticks enough for preparing a completely gluten free takeaway and enabling my 9 year old daughter to have her very first Chinese takeaway ! My daughter has a very sensitive form of coeliac disease and was able to east noodles, rice, sweet and sour chicken, seaweed, prawn crackers and crispy duck with lettuce wrap. Simply excellent !

Great good. Made to order, but never made for time of collection. First time it was 12 minutes later and yesterday it was 25 minutes later. Maybe they could say collection between 1800-1815 rather than 1800 exactly to avoid disappoint. On the whole though, very nice food. Not overly salty and not greasy

Tried a lockdown take away, Chopstix was superb. Booked a slot, emailed order, ready on time. Everything was really flavoursome tasty and excellent ingredients.. We will be going more often.

Locals say it's the best, my experience is slightly different. My Singapore vermicelli were fine, charred too much but ok, chicken black bean sauce not so tasty and a side of egg fried rice not so eggy. Vietnamese rolls were GRILLED?! since when.. Ordered a MIX of chicken, prawn and squid when in reality was 95% chicken strips and nothing else. 30 quid spent including some other sides and they were on time when I came to collect it but the flavours were not up to the expectations.

Tasted okay, but very expensive for what we got unfortunately! 😒 Staff not very friendly. Won’t be back!! Much friendlier and tasty round the corner! ☺️

prebooked the evening meal having viewed the menu on line aand decided it looked good. Attended at allotted time and was shown to seats by masked staff following CV19 checkin. Menu offered. two veggies went for set meal, which they enjoyed every course. I had pork dumplings starter and garlic chicken mains. beautiful every mouthful.Loved the meal and experience. would certainly go back.

Just ordered my first order from chopstix as it was recommend from friends...I travelled 10-15mile and I will definitley by far be ordering again! The food was so fresh it tasted out of this world, when I arrived I was greeted by a lovely lady at reception which made this whole experience even more better! Had a chicken satay which was well below par so let manageress Jacqui know and she organised a £10 voucher and cooked a chicken pho for me next time I was in. If you live in the Nantwich area and like chicken and Chinese food then try the pho it's absolutely fantastic 👏

Chopstix is one of my families favourite Chinese restaurants to visit on a special occasion and then just because..! Even though they have a limited menu at the minute, like all places, there is still plenty to choose from and even a separate vegan menu with lots of choices! Can’t rate this place enough, even under these strange circumstances all staff were happy and help and made us all feel comfortable and safe throughout our evening.Thanks to the owner Jackie and her team! We will be back soon!!

A disappointing evening from the outset where the owner could not even offer a simple acknowledgement & appeared stand-offish as she walked past us as we awaited seating.Whilst food was the usual quality standard, the service was far from it. We waited an hour and a half after our starter to receive the main course. We have always recommended this restaurant, but tonight was a let down and we won't be back in a hurry...
