Best coffee around. Food always superb, soup today was delicious. Friendly atmosphere, just wish they were open Sundays and Mondays.

Had takeaway pizzas this time. All 5 pizzas were delicious, hot, fresh tasty, this is one of my favourite takeaways and restaurants.

Absolutely fantastic mushroom pizza from Baked on Board. Fantastic experience, sitting on the canal cut eating freshly cooked pizza. Thank you.

Nice little takeaway, and good food. I’ve been many times before. A drink can was missed from the order which I had to go back for very frustratingly, I wasn’t offered any discount or free item as an apology but was instead told ‘sometimes we forget to put them in’.

Had an excellent bacon barm and cappuccino. Well worth a look in, very friendly staff and dog friendly too. Rest of the menu looks good too

Had three wonderful light meals between us which were all great value and tasted exceptional. Very friendly staff and diners in the cafe. Even able to get a bag of sweets to take away. Would highly recommend to anyone to pop in for refreshments when in the local area.

We had Sunday dinner here and it wasn't great. The beef was very fatty, incredibly stringy and difficult to cut, the broccoli undercooked and the carrots and parsnips overcooked. The swede mash was lumpy and the gravy was so rich as to be overpowering but I know that can be a personal opinion. The menu stated it comes with cauliflower cheese but it did not. The pub itself is gorgeous and the staff friendly.

We had our first gluten free fish and chips tonight and they were delicious. The batter was so light and the fish wholesome. We will be back for the next GF evening.

Birthday lunch today was first class. Panko breaded calamari with garlic mayo, fish and chips, rack of lamb, bread & butter pudding. All was superbly cooked. I’m booking our Christmas party there later on in the year. The pub has undergone extensive renovations and has a very homely feel. Wood burner, Farrow & Ball colours, wooden floors, excellent service and plenty of parking.

Amazing dinner. Had liver and bacon and my partner had a steak pie. Great value and home cooked. Staff and customers very pleasant. Will be back. Thank you

We were travelling from Liverpool to Banbury in Oxford to visit family when we saw the sign Cafe . We turned round at the next roundabout and parked up and went into the cafe . We ordered scrambled egg on toast and coffee so while we were waiting we went outside to the lock and witnessed 3 barges using the lock it was very impressive and challenging. The food from the cafe was also good and the young girls serving were very good and pricing was good too.

We went here for a new year's eve lunch, myself and my daughter are both coeliac, we've always loved coming here for food when the previous owners had it so thought we'd come back. I ordered a gluten free sandwich, when it arrived I asked if it's gluten free and the waitress said yes, 5 mins later the waitress came back to say they need to take my sandwich away to check that it's gluten free, she came back to apologize because it wasn't gluten free, I'd already eaten half of it!! She said it might not be that bad because it's sourdough!!! My new year's eve was ruined because I spent the rest of the afternoon/evening ill, in pain with my stomach, feeling lethargic and sick, I've been coeliac for 16 years and this is NOT acceptable.

We attended the festival of transport in Audlem and called in for breakfast at the Bridge Inn. The food was excellent, big portions and very good value with coffee or tea refills. The staff were very attentive and friendly and we will definitely go back again when we are in the area.
