Bridge Inn in Cheshire East

We attended the festival of transport in Audlem and called in for breakfast at the Bridge Inn. The food was excellent, big portions and very good value with coffee or tea refills. The staff were very attentive and friendly and we will definitely go back again when we are in the area.

First time visiting Audlem. Me and the wife had a lovely walk along the canal and decided to have some lunch. We got to the pub about 1 with our dog. As we walked in we were met by a very interesting dog apparently called Stan the pub dog. He was very friendly and ended up sitting with our dog :) Not many were there but the locals were very friendly and we had quite a giggle with them. The landlord seemed a bit quiet and was on his phone a lot of the time. The beer was very cheap and not too bad. I think it was about £2.80 a pint and these days is very good. Especially as we went to the Shroppy Fly next a bit down the canal and the drinks were over twice the price. The food was very nice well cooked and again great value. The landlady did the cooking and was very polite . Thank you for a very nice few hours. We will be back.

we had a fantastic night karaoke disco nice to meet all the locals sang our hearts out . food was fantastic all homemade food staff friendly and lovely

Had the fish and chips and big portion of garden peas . Also onion rings cooked nice and crispy Was very tasty . Staff great thank you Looking forward to coming back soon

Friendly staff and good price beer x dog friendly kid friendly what more do you want or need from a village pub ? 10/10 from me

I have been in many times and have always found the food to be good and reasonable priced and so are the drinks.

Stopped at all three pubs / restaurants on offer in Audlem eventually settling for dinner at the Bridge Inn. We were warned - a local told us about a Sunday carvary he had recently which was at a reasonable rate of GBP 5:00. When he complained about something (can't recall the detail) the owner (not known for her friendly demeanor) responded 'what do you expect for 5 quid?' Fair enough and suffice to say our experience in food and hospitality was similar - so cheap and nasty can be expected - you get what you pay for after all. We had the chicken curry - the chicken pieces were hard to spot! All very bland.Patrons and their dogs were sweet and friendly though. We do however recommend that you stop somewhere else for a bite to eat!There is a lovely spot just further up the main road.
