Highly recommend, staff, food and atmosphere were just fantastic!! 3 course Sunday lunch £18.95,. Lovely homemade lentil and veg soup, delicious maple roast ham and roast beef served with roast and mash potatoes and 5 different vegetables!! Parsnips, cauliflower, carrot and swede mash and leeks in a creamy white sauce. To top it off Hot Chocolate Fudge cake and cream. Will be returning soon!!

La habilidad que va a efectuar sus tartas de cumpleaños es insuperable y el sabor tan bien como se ven. Cualquier cosa puede ser hecha a partir de una foto de la imagen. Absolutamente magnífico.

Our first visit to Rathlin Island and of course we availed of The Hungry Seal! The food was absolutely amazing, we were in chippy heaven. The chips are probably the best I've ever had and the battered sausages to die for! The other half had the haddock supper and claimed it was the best he's ever had. Decent portions, the price is up there but not much different than your average chippy to be fair. The girls were lovely and had the food ready in good time. We would take a trip back to the island just for another feed at the Hungry Seal lol 10/10 for us! (Not my picture, found in Google search)

Nestled amongst woodland in close vicinity to bowling green & tennis courts. The setting is very quaint, snack type menus were very good & service polite, friendly & quick. A very enjoyable cafe, largely outdoors on a sunny day. It will be our go to cafe.

Having a walk around Maryport in the sunshine and my husband said he fancied an ice cream, not much fun for me as I no longer eat dairy products. However I was pleased to see Not one but two vegan ice creams on offer and gluten free cones ! Ice creams all round and they were excellent!! Lovely service too , definitely call in again

Great little micro pub, great atmosphere and nice to chat to the locals. We wandered in here after a visit to the Taggy Man for pies! A lovely selection of craft beers, ciders and ales await and the staff and locals are a great bunch - all super friendly. Many thanks!

The Killie Club is the previous Sports Bar at Rugby Park and is located in the Frank Beattie (main) stand. It’s recently been refurbished with lovely new decor dedicated to numerous Killie legends. I’ve visited several times post-lockdown, mostly at weekends but also for a few early dinners after work and I can’t rate the place highly enough! Scrumptious food, great value and excellent friendly service. The girls work so hard and all Covid measures are immaculately adhered to. To book just drop them a message on Facebook (under ‘KillieFC Hospitality’). You can sit inside or out in the beer garden on a sunny day and if you’re lucky enough you might even spot a few Killie players! I highly recommend their loaded fries, sweet potato fries, soup and nachos (which they often have on as a special) and of course the world famous Varani Forum ice creams! They also do lovely toasties and have a brilliant value kids menu so ideal for all the family (they are open from 12pm-9pm most days with food served until 5:45 - just be aware that on home match days behind closed doors just now they aren’t allowed to open those days due to SPFL Covid rules). They have a special curry night coming up this week so it would be great to see more theme nights in future e.g. Mexican, Italian etc. They often do fantastic drinks specials such as a bucket of 10 beers for £20 and cater well for vegans with special falafel balls and vegan ice-cream (would be brilliant if they could do gluten free bread too). All in all I can totally recommend a visit to the Killie Club - if you’re looking for a safe, friendly and great value place for some food or just a round of drinks then head over the Rugby Park...you won’t be disappointed!
