Had a lovely lunch here today with my parents. Food very tasty and fresh. Love the quirky interior and the owner is very welcoming. Great to find a new place to lunch close to home. Will definitely be returning. Looking forward to trying the homemade tiramisu next time. Excellent value.

Great food, wraps are amazing and seasoned chips taste great. Chicken shawarma is my go to order but also love the cheese garlic bread. The portion size is very filling with the wrap and chips :)

What a hidden gem! Afternoon tea today at The Coppertree Cafe. Choice of 3 sandwiches, fruit scone or lemon and blueberry with clotted cream and jam, a cheese scone, steak or corned been pie or quiche, and a choice of freshly baked cakes! I went for lemon slice and Nutella cake. A macaron and unlimited tea and coffee. All of this for £12.50!!! Can’t believe theses lovely ladies bake everything fresh each day and they have only been open for 3 months. They also do a range of home cooked meals homemade broth, chicken curry etc! I would definitely recommend a visit!

A lovely shop with delicious ice cream and sorbet, as well as the most wonderful staff! Having been turned away from another ice cream shop due to my 5yo niece’s milk allergy, the staff at Ross Gelato couldn’t have been more accommodating and kind. She quite literally jumped around when they brought her an ice cream with toppings just like the others. Thank you so much for making a little girls day!

Went to Delights on Thursday for our dinners I got chicken curry with rice it was lovely and a nice sized potion my husband got chilli with rice he's said the chilli tasted nice and it again was a nice portion will be going their again

We had afternoon tea here on Friday it was an amazing experience, the food was delicious, there was so much we had to ask for a box to take it home as we just couldn't finish it! The staff are lovely and friendly and best of all I could take my two little dogs with me, they got a puppuccino which was lovely and they enjoyed their treat. We will definitely be back soon. El lugar no tenía ambiente, los camareros mano cero personalidad, la comida era medicore. El pollo a la crema estaba tibio, pasta que debía tener tocino, pero solo se podía encontrar con un microscopio. El camarero me quitó el tazón, me lo buscó en las entrañas y me mostró un poco de tocino minúsculo y me lo devolvió, ¡fue como una búsqueda del tesoro! Cócteles y dobles sabían como si no tuvieran alcohol en absoluto! Navidad sí, muy decepcionante. No volverá.

Nos complace utilizar un restaurante local independiente para la comida de cumpleaños de nuestro hijo. La comida era excepcional y recomiendo totalmente el grano gastado en este sentido. Fue un día muy frío con un viento del este que redujo la temperatura exterior a quizás cero en Sunderland. Lamentablemente el restaurante en sí estaba incómodamente frío. El propietario / gerente explicó que todos los calentadores estaban encendidos y no se podía hacer nada más para rectificar esto - bastante justo. ¿Tal vez los dos radiadores podrían moverse más lejos del edificio para evitar la pérdida de calor a través de las ventanas y la puerta? Sin embargo, en un día menos frío, habríamos tenido una visita impecable.
