We came here after our Long Day duty and we did not regret because the Foods were superb and filled our tummy. YUM! This is our 3rd time coming here

Great food, wraps are amazing and seasoned chips taste great. Chicken shawarma is my go to order but also love the cheese garlic bread. The portion size is very filling with the wrap and chips :)

I’ve visited several times now for takeaway. The welcome and the team there are incredible. Easy to order (especially on-line whereby you can get discount). The girl taking the orders is very pleasant and very helpful, especially when explaining the benefits or ordering on-line. The food is absolutely fabulous and great value for money. They are not shy with the portions. Well done to the team there, long may you continue there.

The first time we ordered was because my 16 year old grandson wanted to try it. Ordered the box meal via the app and got a 25% discount. However, the food arrived and was not hot although once put into the oven to heat, it was fine, there was a good selection of char grilled meats with bread, rice and dips. The following week, we got together as a family of 4 at my daughter's and since she lives nearer to the takeaway, we figured the food would arrive hotter than last week so we gave it another try. We ordered again via the app at 6.15 pm and got the £40 meal for £30. After an hour when the food didn't arrive I called and was told they would sort it out and call me back. I waited another 30 mins and called again. This time I was told there was no order for delivery at the address . It transpired that my daughter had made a mistake when ordering and paying with my card, that she had changed the delivery address from mine (the billing address) to hers, but hadn't changed the postcode and the delivery driver had gone to my empty home at Southwick instead of Pennywelll!. I asked the lady from the establishment what would happen now and she said ther was nothing she could do as it was our mistake. By then the money had been taken from my bank account! My argument was then, when the delivery driver got no reply at my empty home, why didn't they then ring us, they had the telephone number, then the whole sorry mess could have been sorted sooner?! They then agreed to deliver the food to the actual address we wanted it delivered to but again it didn't arrive! After another hour and a further 3 or 4 phone calls iwas told the driver was 3 minutes away, he didn't actually arrive until half an hour later and you've guessed it, by this time the food really was stone cold! I won't be ordering again!
