The best restaurants in Stockton-on-Tees North East

Took a friend her to celebrate a milestone birthday. I have no grumble with staff or the service, staff were all lovely and our server was very attentive and friendly. Personally, I think the hotel is looking a little tired so not as luxurious as I’d hoped and for £28 per person the afternoon tea was not that exciting. 5 fingers of different flavoured sandwiches, standard fillings and a selection of tiny cakes and savouries that didn’t blow me away. We had a lovely afternoon and were well looked after but I’ve had nicer afternoon teas for a fraction of the price in slightly less “premium” locations.

first walked in and stood at the front waiting to be served for around 10 minutes. 4 or 5 workers looking at me, i then ordered something which was 4.99 on the menu and 6.99 was put on the card machine. one i corrected the worker, she started making pizzas for delivery when every other worker was doing the same. took another 15 mins to get a small dessert made. won’t be returning.

Says that they offer alternative milks but but when asked if they have any they say no well then take the signs down. Not impressed

Had scampi and chips twice, children's fish and chips and a few drinks. Came close to nearly 50 quid. The food was fine but nowhere near worth that price. The location is this place's best feature. Away from the busy town centre so a bit quieter.

My granddaughter and I visited kfc at Teesside park today. We went to order at the counter as my granddaughter doesn’t like the sauce on her burger and wanted to ask them not to put it on. The young woman behind the counter refused to take out order saying we had to use the machines. She was pretty rude! I explained why we wanted her take my order but she was adamant she couldn’t help. We left and went to the one in Darlington where they were only too happy to help. Really shoddy customer service, we won’t be back.

Only 60 minute parking before a fine is issued. Do not bother calling kfc as they don't appear to want to help their customers. I did wonder why parking avaiability was plenty full. Wasted time and expensive meal.

Absolutely disgraceful service and attitude from staff, more interested in talking to eachother than serving customers and when asked a simple question the attitude look and snapped sarcastic reply was out of order. Sort your staff out and let them no it's their place of work not their social club. Customer service ZERO

Wrong item delivered, called the store to be told to keep the item and a driver would return and collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one. Nobody returned, contacted head office, what a waste of time! 3 weeks later and still haven’t received a refund? A company the size of dominos cant refund a simple £7?! Absolute joke, waste of my time and money! Never again dominos

Delivery driver rang once instead of knocking on the door and then was called back immediately but started yelling, name calling and giving abuse. Was promised a free meal next time, but didn’t take my name to follow through on this empty promise. Only go here if you want incompetent workers and to be spoken to like rubbish!

Ordered as we often do - wrong order delivered . Phoned to give them the opportunity to put right unfortunately they were not interested at all. Won’t be back. It seems customer satisfaction is not very important here.

1 staff working while the rest are doing just eat orders cue is out the door and none of the staff are bothered 20 mins waiting in a Cue that I walked into 4th Shocking from such a big chain something needs putting in place
