ASDA Cafe in Stockton-on-Tees

Says that they offer alternative milks but but when asked if they have any they say no well then take the signs down. Not impressed

Didnt deliver, i have watched carea footage of delivery nan putting shopping back in his car and driving off

5 pizzas missing from order. Struggling to find who to contact and how. Also charged 60p for 1 bag and no receipt given.

Majority of my shopping was missing but no mention on my order that the items were out of stock

I left a note to remember the gluten free things and also gave a tip. My order came and I had no gluten free items on it! I then had to go into the app to request a refund for the items that didn’t show up as it wasn’t automatically given. That will take up to 7 days.

Missing items and refused a refund so I’ve paid for something I didn’t actually receive and messaged just eat to get the reply sorry on this occasion you won’t be getting a refund! How can they charge for something that hasn’t been delivered is shocking won’t be using just eat again !

The time is terrible, just kept changing later and later even though it stated the delivery driver was there. Delivery driver also tried to deliver my items to someone else.

Some kind of system needs to be put in place as clearly the drivers are either holding back shopping as the bags aren’t sealed and gaged with the items to stop this from happening !!
