Delivery time kept changing even though it said the courier was there. Plus was missing items.

every time I order from here half the order is missing will not be ordering again incompetent staff absolutely pathetic

Good but 2 items were missing! Just eat are awful , make it so hard to complain and don’t make it easy for refunds or understand . Disgusting service from Just eat! Store was good though , thank you Asda

I can not believe you have done this again. You have made hundreds of deliveries to me and more than half of these deliveries have had items missing. How hard can it be to pack a list of food. Unbelievable

missing two out if 7 items, one if them was the whole reason ordered it on here. paid more than I would if instore and didn't get everything, it's a joke

Placed the order at 1.30 and it never turned up until just before 3. And 1 item was missing from the order. It wasn’t just eat’s fault was Asda as the driver was at the store for over a hr

The time is terrible, just kept changing later and later even though it stated the delivery driver was there. Delivery driver also tried to deliver my items to someone else.

This is the second time within weeks that I’ve either got the wrong shopping or items missing. Some kind of system needs to be put in place as clearly the drivers are either holding back shopping as the bags aren’t sealed and gaged with the items to stop this from happening !! This is not on , as now not being well and now missing the ingredients to cook my dinner and will take days to refund !!

Everytime I order from just eat my order is missing items, don’t understand how it’s so hard to read off of a receipt and put it in a carrier bag ??? Unless it’s the drivers as your bags are not sealed either

Wrong order was delivered to me and the delivery driver is deny any responsibility for the mix up. I’m extremely angry l, my only conclusion is he has dropped my order of with somebody else! Bang out of order! He had better see a fit punishment! I even tipped!
