Domino's Pizza - Ingleby Barwick in Stockton-on-Tees

Wrong item delivered, called the store to be told to keep the item and a driver would return and collect the wrong item and deliver the correct one. Nobody returned, contacted head office, what a waste of time! 3 weeks later and still haven’t received a refund? A company the size of dominos cant refund a simple £7?! Absolute joke, waste of my time and money! Never again dominos

I had been travelling all day and returned late I ordered Domino’s for my family and waited, and waited ….. I decided to call the store as it was now 22:40pm I was automatically transferred to another store and informed the call handler that my pizza hasn’t arrived yet track my pizza stated ‘enjoy your food’ I was asked if I’d ordered from Ingleby I confirmed to be told that I haven’t got my pizza because the store is closed. I asked why has my order been accepted and my money taken? Again to be informed ‘coz it was on line, you’ll get a refund tomorrow’ I replied that this does not help now as I haven’t received my food my reply was ‘tough’ and the person put the phone down on me! I submitted a contact us form and got an automated reply stating I will get a refund in 5 working days absolutely shocking. My husband then had to go out and search for a pizza shop that was open another £30!!!! To say I’m disgusted is an understatement!

The store is not open 24 hours as stated but accepts orders. No contact is made, even when after opening and you'll have to fight for a refund. Pizzas are below average.
