Tucked away on the edge of Durham Kane industrial estate (but the full on the way in!) this little cafe is a haven of peace. Simple menu including sandwiches, paninis and salads. Friendly staff. Lots of free parking.

My church 🥰 I love the atmosphere and vibe of this place, everyone is so warm and welcoming. The team do a great job every Sunday conveying the message of God without being too preachy. Oh and there's the singing, lots of singing 😀

Got a takeaway Pizza 🍕 along with a burger and loaded fries would definitely recommend

We really enjoyed our visit to The Waiting Room: a delicious, nutritious, colourful (& very filling) meal, served in a very friendly manner in a nice location. They did a great job of veganising our meal and coped well with our nut allergy questions / requests. We’ll definitely be back and highly recommend the restaurant.

I stayed in parkim ayaz hotel for 10 days. Really nice hotel lovely grounds, staff all very friendly, nice rooms. Met a lovely man called Selami tattoo man in the hotel 4 of us got really good tattoos at an excellent price thanks Selami highly recommend,

Cracking pub, cracking price, one mishap a while ago, which was pretty much rectified within minutes - owners lovely people and bar staff top draw 👌

There is no "atmosphere" as such- because it's a takeaway!!! The staff are always nice though.

We had afternoon tea today and it was absolutely lovely. Our waitress Libby was very attentive and made it a very pleasurable experience. Nothing was too much trouble and the setting was perfect.

I visited last night for the pirates of peacock event. The serving staff and actors worked extremely hard and we had a fantastic time watching the show. We were very disappointed with the food however. When I queried the whereabouts of my food, after waiting for 90 minutes, the manager Matt was rather abrupt with me and lacked sincerity when dealing with my query. Other staff were very polite and accommodating so this attitude was disappointing from the individual in charge. My food arrived at 9pm (30 minutes after the rest of the table) after 2 hours from being seated at the table. I therefore had to eat my cold food during the show and after my friends had finished eating. This prevented me from fully enjoying the show.

We were accosted by the owner because we spoke during a performance by a band. Never given a warning and told we were not welcome at the pub. Owner was aggressive and abused us for not being local or loyal customers.
