I'd give this place 10 star's if it were possible! I visited with work colleagues as we were based in Otterburn and travelled past daily. It was so good our group went 2 day's in a row. The Thai food is amazing.......I mean out of this world, the cakes awesome and the service faultless. We were a pain with our credit card receipt requirements but the guy (assuming owner) was very accommodating. He would even take our take away orders in advance of us finishing. I am gutted to live so far away as I would definitely visit regularly. Yum, yum, yum, yum, YUM!

Food always unreal - shame they’ve taken the burrata off the menu. Service not amazing this time round. Caesar salad is a must.

What a great historic inn. Great impression, place was very busy for Sunday lunch. Staff friendly & good service. Food very good Had the Roast Sirloin of Beef, parsnips, mash & roast potatoes, Yorkshire pudding and vegetables. Gravy. Ordered cauliflower cheese that's an extra, wasn't impressed not much cheese sauce, bit dry. Definitely be returning

Was highly recommended this restaurant from a few people and said they have never had a better meal . Had booked a table to have a meal with friends had to cancel table as friend was poorly. Decided to get a takeaway I wish I hadn’t had chicken pakora it was a diced size bit of chicken in unseasoned large amount of batter . The chicken Shri Lankas chicken wasn’t cooked enough , sauce tasted like it was out of a jar . The Bhuna was so spicy hot I couldn’t eat it . Didn’t want to post a picture of my bin cause that’s where it went . Bag of crisps for tea it is. Very disappointed ☹️☹️☹️

Great food full of flavour, piping hot and made to order. Best Chinese in ponteland. Good prices too. Salt and pepper chicken is banging and their munchie boxes look unreal!!!!

A warm welcome by the bar staff was brilliant, food was great, catered to our needs as the portion size was huge so we asked for adult small for some people.

I was here to set up floral installations for a client's 40th Birthday celebration. I treated my team to lunch while we were working. We were taken to a window table and looked after perfectly by Keith and Wes, we all ordered ceasar salads, 2 opted to have the grilled chicken extra and I opted for grilled halloumi extra and 2 sides of fries. Our food arrived within 10 minutes, all served together, extra drinks ordered which also arrived quickly. We all ate our meals and agreed excellent portion sizes, a nice coating of caesar sauce - too much and it's sickly to little and what's the point!? But here the chefs have got it just spot on. The fries were perfect too and not a scrap left! We didn't have dessert simply because we had to crack on and work creating floral fabulousness. The Keepers is a really well set out space, light and airy, great views and comfortable furniture. The toilets are spotless and all areas are very clean and well set out. All the team are super friendly and helpful.

05/04/2025 Chicken kebab last night was amazing. The garlic sauce (as always) was amazing. Best tasting garlic sauce I have had in a long time. 15/01/2025 The chicken kebab wraps are fantastic! The chicken is marinated and cooked very well, and the garlic sauce is up there with some of the best I've had! It doesn't come 'wrapped' as you would expect, so a knife and fork and a few napkins are definitely needed! Update - 16/12/2024 The chicken kebab marinated in Masala sauce is both spicy and delicious! Could do with an extra pitta bread though. But plenty of chicken and salad. Delicious! Older Review: Needed some quick calories down me, so phoned ahead and ordered a half pounder cheeseburger and a quarter pounder chicken burger. Both were delicious and the salad in the burgers was lovely and fresh and crunchy. It's the first time I've used Lorenzo's and it certainly won't be the last. The food was great, as was the service. They also have tables inside, as well as a bar serving alcoholic drinks such as beer and wine!!

Absolutely disgusting!!! Just had an order for family both pizzas burnt to bits I mean black crispy burnt. How they thought it was acceptable blows my mind. This is my 4th order since new opening and been very disappointed every single time. Definitely will not be back to give them my money.
