The best restaurants in Cullercoats North Tyneside North East

Visiting the Salt House for Sunday Lunch with family and friends was the best choice made. There was a very warm and friendly welcome from the staff on entering the restaurant and, this carried on throughout the whole time we were there. A great atmosphere within the restaurant, along with a menu to suit a variety of peoples tastes and cooked to perfection went down a treat. The restaurant was busy but, we never felt rushed and food was delivered in a timely manner. We will certainly be returning and thanks goes to the hosts Mark and Shelley and, of course their hard working staff for making our experience one of the best we have had as a group.

Love the omelette’s martin cooks. Recommend a 3 egg cheese omelette with bacon and sausage. Awesome. Service is always great. Lovely little place on the marden

Very nice food, but a couple of the staff were rude and unapologetic for the fact our table wasn’t anywhere near to being ready for us when we arrived.

Fab spot along the coast for brunch! Loads to pick from on the menu as well as plenty of different coffees. Reasonably prices good portions and very tasty food.

Love this place, I'm normally really picky but had the bubble and squeek vegan breakfast and was very impressed..gorgeous little cafe and friendly staff

A great value meal, quick service and good food. Lovely friendly staff work hard to ensure everything is as it should be !

Went with friends for tapas and cocktails. Great atmosphere, lovely staff - so friendly, amazing food (especially the mussels and chorizo but all good), and the best cocktails - I had the Espresso Martini - so good. Will definately be heading back soon.

Stopped off for coffee and cake after a morning stroll at the beach. Nice welcome (wouldn’t expect anything less from a Geordie 😂) and cake n’ coffee were spot on. Look forward to the next visit

Visited today and no Gluten free treats again 🙁. My second recent visit with no Gluten free treats available! It's a shame because I live the coffee.

Great local pub and reasonable prices

Superior local sandwich shop, excellent selection of food available at a good price. Freshly cooked hot sandwiches with quick & friendly service. Well worth visiting, just besr in mind it can be busy at lunchtimes as it is quite popular

Went here with my daughter in law for lunch , ordered a chicken wrap with homemade chips. Absolutely beautiful will definitely be back.

A very popular pub good for and great choice of ales and wines and to watch sports

Great Burns Night. Food was delicious and catered for a dairy free customer. Great service and atmosphere. Haggis cooked to perfection as we're the needs andctatties. Excellent menu . Fun evening including toasting the haggis. This is a lovely place to eat as food always freshly cooked and tasty. Nothing is a problem.
