The best restaurants in Collingwood North Tyneside North East

We ordered Chinese food along with Paneer curry and they had the authentic Indian taste. We all loved the food and will surely order again. Order was delivered on time as well.

First time for myself and my three friends. Lunchtime special, 3 courses. Fantastic. Food was amazing, service by Charlotte was excellent and the restaurant was immaculate. Well spaced out and very accessible for wheelchair users. Manager was very helpful with information on upcoming events. Absolutely 100% recommend a trip to this fabulous restaurant. Thank you to all the staff.

Read the reviews, most of which were positive, and thought we’d give it a try. First & last time. Bought several items, including stotties, loaf cake, millionaires shortbread, florentines & Viennese whirl. The only passable items were the bread and the farmhouse (fruit) loaf - although even this was way too soft and just fell apart when trying to slice it. The shortbread was tasteless and seemed to suffer from a lack of quality ingredients. The florentines were also underwhelming. Too thin, too little chocolate, over-baked & lacking the unctuous texture it requires. Didn’t even try the Viennese whirl although my wife pronounced it ‘disgusting’, so I’m glad I didn’t.

Tasty food , reasonable prices , family friendly , definitely recommend.

I would like to say a massive Hats Off and a massive thank you to one member of staff in particular for helping me today at odeon, Cora was kind, friendly, honest and helped me with any worries or concerns I had, I even had trouble looking for which screen I needed to be in but she guided me to the right one, Thanks cora

Just had a Donner pizza. It was magnificent! The other half had Donner kebab with chips and sauce, also excellent. Delivered nice and warm to local Village hotel. Can't fault it ( and I'm hard to please)!

Place needs a lick of paint and some seats need attention but the food, service and staff were spot on. Well prepared food very tasty and hot. I would say as far as buffets go its one of the best ive had. I would definitely recommend and definitely return

Had a really good meal there tonight as it was my husbands birthday on Wednesday so we decided to go for a meal tonight

The good review is for the service at the till and the coffee they make. However I prefer to eat my cake in peace and not have the older lady who cleans to sweep over my feet to get the crumbs she said. Couldn't she wait until I had eaten it? .. better still wait until your customer leaves. Also she picked up the large brown puffy stool and dropped it very close to me as I presume it belongs to this table I'm still sitting at. But once again she dropped stool with a bang and not very pleasant experience. Can someone in management have a chat with her. I'm assuming it's the same older lady who doesn't like you to sit at a table unless it is cleared and wiped. Past experience from friends. Oh dear.

Fantastic Sunday roast. All fresh vegetables and homemade yorkshire pudding.

Food was amazing, large portions, and lovely staff and driver, best Chinese in North Shields, highly recommended 👍
