Thank you very much to rude young man at the popcorn counter that abruptly shot my daughter down when she asked about purchasing from the counter. Her first time visiting not knowing the process. A simple instruction informing her that you needed to purchase from the kiosks would have been fine, not the abuse she received. You should really check your staff. Well done. Absolute joke.

Came to see Coraline in 3D, 3D effects weren't working so ended up just watching a blurry movie. Disappointed

Missing order my son was looking forward to an ice blast, delivery driver said just request a refund, would rather have my son have an ice blast, absolute joke!! Don’t order from here are you will have missing items and they don’t care one bit.

Just used the Costa, beware though it's a franchise and drinks are priced at Motorway services level, M&S cafe nearby nicer and better value.

This cinema really needs a revamp, everything feels old and unclean. For the price you pay it should be better.

4.95 for a large coke is already not great, but when it’s flat and took over 10 minutes to receive it considering the place was empty and i had only ordered the two drinks.

Staff are always so helpful and fun being going there for years. Parking great.

Food a bit expensive but a good cinema

Only complaint was that lights weren't turned on when entering or leaving after film. Thought was dangerous just relying on phone torch to see the way!

The imax is the screen to see with its recliner seats and tables for your drinks. Seats are starting to look at bit worn now but all still functional and comfy. The whole cinema was spotless with staff doing a great job.

First visit to Silverlink Odeon IMax to see Dune 2. Cuppa and some grub in Costa, Ben & Jerry's ice creams followed by great film. Really impressed with the cinema and amazing reclining seats and huge screen, lovely friendly staff, service and cleanliness etc All in all a grand afternoon out 😁xx

Ordering the food and tickets is quite weird and disconnected. Other than that it's good for a cinema, has an IMAX and plenty of parking plus surrounded by lots of stores and a fiver guys

Went to see the new ghostbusters movie food and drinks were overpriced but the one that really annoyed me was how dirty the seats were the cup holders were covered in sticky stuff the chairs were covered in dirt.

Another wonderful experience at the odeon. I paid about a fiver for a medium sized several days old dry as sand popcorn - i saw Dune 2 but I don't think it was a tie in. I also had to ask the very sweet staff to turn off the lights in the cinema because they hadn't turned them off from their cleaning job. At least I know where the switch is now if it happens again... Overall £20 for ticket drinks and popcorn and for that all I had to do was ask the staff to prep the room and throw away half a tub of popcorn. When this place sucks it really sucks.

Excellent screens, very tidy. Only downfall is the ridiculous prices for food and drink and the v.i.p chairs need upgrading as they are no different to regular chairs nowadays. V.i.p should be recliners in this day and age, when you pay extra. You should receive extra, the only difference was a slightly different head rest. But you can rest your head on regular chairs. And the food! £20 for a drink of pop and popcorn is absolute robbery. Popcorn is one of the cheapest things on the planet to make and the world has surplus amounts of corn in it so the price should be very low. £5.99 is more than enough for drink and popcorn. £9.99 for nacho or hotdogs and drink. Lower the prices of food and you will get so much more people coming back to the cinema. I know this is not just your company, it is all cinemas.

Large cinema with plenty of screens. In addition to the usual concessions, has a Costa Coffee (not a 'propper' one so can't use Costa gift cards) and a small bar. What irritated me is that you literally cannot order concessions from the counter, even when it's dead and nobody about. You have to traipse to the front, answer a billion questions at the kiosk, give a DNA sample and only then, will it let you order a bottle of coke.

Great cinema, comfortable and relaxing. The film we saw - Migration - was surprisingly entertaining. My 7-year old granddaughter laughed all the way through.

Every thing is excellent. But adverts before film are far to long and far to many. Went on for approx 30 mins far too long. Other wise cinema very good.

I specifically went to this cinema so we could watch the film with subtitles (my mother is hard if hearing). I check online and it states that the movie is going to be in subtitles. I try to ring up and check and get greeted with an automated voice message that tells me to check online and hangs up. I check at the desk and I am told the movie will have subtitles. The movie starts and does not have subtitles... I go to complain TWICE at reception and they tell me they will try sort it out just to get rid of me. The entire movie plays out, was a great movie, at the end my mum asks me what happened as she wasn't able to hear a thing. Despicable, I'd try get my money back if I could be bothered. DESPICABLE

Great facility- but almost punitive prices on food and drink! However the staff are all great and helpful and it’s great having an iMax so close to home.

First time at the Odeon for a while. Always booked tickets on line, but now you do food as well and when you get there you check in and wait for your number to be called, like McDonalds, for your food. So supper efficient for everyone, but sad to see this will have lead to less jobs as no need for tills or ticket sellers, but that's happening everywhere. Staff supper helpful and pleasant. Lovely and clean cinema.

The cinema experience is always very good, the seats are comfortable with good leg room. The downside is the food area, it's too expensive for what you get. It's all done via the screens at the front door as you enter the foyer. The cheapest item they had was a magnum ice cream. In these current times they are seriously taking the P with the cost of basic treats. My advice is go to the local supermarket on the way there and buy your treats, save you being ripped off.

Love how close this to me. I'm a limitless member, paid £5 to upgrade to the IMAX recliner. Worth the upgrade

3 of us went to see a film there. Seats are really comfortably and quite a range of food to buy.

A bit shabby, messy floor, no ice for the drinks etc

Driver got lost so ice blasts were melted

Absolutely love that these now deliver food arrived hot and I’m in Heaton so wasn’t expecting it to but it did and it was lush nachos were amazing and hot dogs canny only one small thing asked for sauce on one of them and got none but apart from that great

Went to see Oppenheimer and the seats were very comfortable. There were only a handful of people in there but that didn't bother us, really enjoyed the film.

We seen the Oppenheimer in the I-max screen, the seats were a little worn but really comfy, the picture was great but just found the volume a little too loud and slightly muffled at times. Other than that all good.

This mainstream cinema chain, much like any other, carries an air of uniformity, where an almost Kafkaesque bureaucratic sameness presides. But amidst this ordinariness, it is the very act of movie-watching that regains its significance. When the velvet curtains parted and Kubrick's "2001: A Space Odyssey" began, the sterile, echoing vastness of space consumed me. The deliberate pacing of the film, juxtaposed with the relentless nature of modern life outside, was jarring yet soothing. As the monolith stood, stark and unyielding, against the vast backdrop of space, it reminded me of the monolithic structures of these chain cinemas in the vast backdrop of our cities—both markers of a society's progression, and yet both so enigmatic in purpose. Emerging from the darkened hall, with HAL's voice still resonating in my ears, the harsh lights of the cinema chain felt even more alien. The juxtaposition of art and commerce, the sublime and the mundane, was ever so apparent. Here, in this unassuming chain, the essence of cinema still survives, waiting to transport its next viewer into realms uncharted.

Plenty of parking and shopping nearby, plus a good choice of cinema food venues around. Cinema nice and clean, and prices for food and drinks are normal for what they are. On this occasion, we chose the Monday evening tickets for £6 each as we wanted to steer clear of the weekend traffic and was a good option as the film wasn't all that!!

The screen we were in stunk of pee like the men's toilets next to them, the movie was okay and the staff were nice as well.

First time I’ve been to a Odeon in many years and first time at this venue and it was amazing I loved the IMAX experience with the recliners. It made the 3 hours movie easy to sit though.

I went to the odeon yesterday with my daughter. we ordered food n drinks off a warm,kind young lady,she helped us out by getting a tray and giving us a little gift for ruby (my daughter),asking if we could manage,great smile and personality,I think she was called Vanessa,well done going that extra mile.😁

IMAX screen very good, recliners, clean and tidy, seats comfortable. Some very strange situation happening with the snacks where you're forced to pay for them before you get admitted to the counter, sad when companies trust a machine to give a better sales experience than the staff, or perhaps they don't trust the team to handle card payments. Either way, very weird. No bottled water available. No toilet roll in the ladies loos. Beginning to think 3 stars is too kind!

Tried booking Oppenheimer in imax for Tuesday next week, after the web page decided to refresh ended up accidentally booking the Monday showing instead, tried everything to get in contact for a refund with no luck. complete nightmare to try and get a refund as a guest.

Seats of a cheap cinema, prices of a luxury cinema. Go to an independent if you can, they're better in every way

We saw scream unseen and it was absolutely brilliant. Cinema is quite small so got very busy very fast. Also no parking near the cinema at all but it’s expected during school holidays with Barbie just being released

I took my Granddaughter to see The Little Mermaid in IMAX. Booked tickets on line and ordered pop corn and drinks online too so no queuing. Not a cheap day out with a little one but we enjoyed it.

Friendly staff. Foyer and auditorium are always clean. Always a good experience. Just a shame the Odeon Website and App aren't as great.
