Perfect Chinese Takeaway in North Tyneside

Food was amazing, large portions, and lovely staff and driver, best Chinese in North Shields, highly recommended 👍

i have been going to perfect since i was the wee-est of bairns, and not once have they let me down. I tell my friends from down south and all over the country really that i never bother getting a chinese takeaway when im more than three miles away from this place, because nothing compares. I would recommend the cantonese chicken and chow mein, or the chips curry sauce and rice. I always have a fantastic time when i order from perfect, and have never had a late/unsatisfying/cold meal. long live perfect!

Amazing every time proper decent food

Perfect Chinese is very good. I have enjoyed every meal I have had from here, that's been quite a few.. 😊.

We have used this takeaway many times and the food is always of a high standard. Quick delivery and lovely staff. Favourites are House Special Curry, Beef Chow Mein and chilli and garlic ribs. Tried Singapore rice which is also lush.

Deliberately spreading orders out into separate portions to charge more money for products. Rude staff refused to do anything about this. Avoid. Should of stayed with my regular

Not happy I really fancied a Chinese but no answer on the phone so I had to have a nasty pizza instead not happy perfect Chinese your not so perfect after all

Waited over an hour and food was cold

Ordered our meal at 18.08 it arrived at about an hour later, unfortunately chips where old / cooked twice so it spoilt the whole meal for myself and my husband

Ordered our food at 5:45pm and told it would be an hour and 15 minute wait, ok it’s a Saturday night so we were understanding of that. An hour and a half later and our food had not came, we decided to leave it a few minutes before calling the takeaway and low and behold the driver turned up, took payment and left. Went to plate up and there were 2 dishes missing! We tried to call the takeaway and no response, just kept ringing off the hook. 15 minutes later and the rest of the food in the oven trying to keep warm, my partner decided to drive 3 miles to the takeaway as there was still no answer of their phone. Only to get there and be told that he should have brought all of the food back and that he was a liar!!!! They began speaking in Chinese so he could not understand what they were saying to him and ignored him when he defended himself - RUDE!!!! Why would we leave our food in the oven and drive 3 miles when we are starving having waited nearly 2 hours to get our 2 dishes which amounted to about £9 if we were lying?! Also seemingly messed everyone else’s orders up too as there was a queue of people outside complaining about the same. Absolutely disgusting and will never spend our money here again - go to Harmony Chinese in North Shields (much nicer staff who have never once messed an order up and if they did, would certainly apologise for it). Partner is back home now 40 minutes later with the 2 dishes he demanded as we had PAID for them, rest of the food warm but dry and spoiled our whole meal. Thanks ‘Perfect’

Fantastic food with delivery available. The food is fresh and piping hot. Nothing is too much trouble and staff are wonderful

We were regulars fo years. Still pick something up whenever we're nearby. Fluffy, crispy chips, meaty ribs, tasty sauces, generous portions.

Had my first ever Take away from here yesterday and all I can say is wow amazing. Good sized portions cooked to perfection, will delivered well packaged and warm. Will definitely be back for more.

Me and my sister ordered chips, curry sauce, noodles, rice and prawn crackers all for just £9.80! Staff were very friendly and only took 10 minutes.

Today xmas eve collected two curried meal The meal contents were fine,Howeer the curried sauce was very thin with no taste what so ever Could this be because place is busy I don't know , However we are left with two meal we are unable to eat.

Ordered meal, chicken and mushroom curry with chips and house special fried rice. Very simple, phoned an hour before we required the meal, food arrived 15 minutes late. Opened cartons to discover instead of rice we had noodles, so hungry we tucked in, only it was so salty it was inedible, we are very disappointed. Thank god it was a Wednesday night not a Saturday when busy. Don't bother useless you love salt.

i have tried many chinese takeaways and find perfect to be the best.The lady on the telephone is very nice the food is lovley (try salt and pepper chicken) very nice and it is a good price, I would recomend this takeaway . They also deliver which is a bonus

We have been using this place since moving in over 12 years ago. Best Chinese takeaway about. Lovely staff, prompt and courteous delivery people and great food. Consistently good.

Used this take away for the first time ordered chicken fried rice chips and Peking Sauce, chicken was horrible couldn't eat it tasted like it had been reheated! and rice bland chips were obviously recooked to nothing fresh! Only good point was Peking sauce which was yummy

Nothing more I can say but just perfect. Good quality food which you can never get sick of eating very nice staff and drivers. Never late. Give it 1 try and youl be hooked

Lovely service when placed order over phone for delivery. Food arrived quick and drive was cheerful shame bout the food tho the OH got chicken chow mein the chicken was chewy and like rubber as though it had been made up then frozen and reheated again a got chips and carton of curry sauce chips were lovely but the curry sauce was minging and tasted like power from a tub/ packet you can pick up from a corner shop. I most certianly will not be using these again or recommending them to anyone else. This is the worst I have ever had to the point a binned it after just eating 2 chips with the curry sauce on.

I have been having takeaways delivered from here for several years now, always in perfect order, great menu choice, my favourite is the house special mixed meats fried rice with a carton of curry sauce mixed into it, always delivered on time with friendly drivers
