The food was delicious, very clean restaurant and the staff were excellent. We will definitely be back to this restaurant.

Went for a leaving doo from work. Cannot fault the food. Really nice, tasty and as described. There were around 10 of us and we had calculated how much we each owe for the bill. They came around to collect the money and said we were over £20 short? We each put more in thinking we had made a mistake. Afterwards we each chucked a few quid in for a tip. When we looked at the bill again, we seen a ‘discretionary service charge’ of £27? What we were actually short for was the ‘tip’ they had already added to the bill!! Disgraceful. We asked for some of the money back and got £20 back since we actually tipped twice. STOP PUTTING TIP’S ON THE BILL!!! If people feel the service was good and want to tip? They will!!

Amazing Cuisine & Superb Service! In Newcastle, LEZZET is a real treasure. The mix grill was full of taste and diversity, and the grilled meats were expertly cooked. The dish was brimming with true Turkish flavors. But it was the service that was truly remarkable. The manager, Sherif, was outstanding. He took care of every detail and made us feel extremely comfortable. He was kind, considerate, and very passionate. That degree of care is uncommon. We will very certainly return!

The food was fabulous, everyone enjoyed their meals. I thought the car parking was not good and the loud background music was OTT as it was difficult to hear each other. If they sort out the music I would visit again

I had a delivery unfortunately topping all sloppy on my bolognese pizza making it not nice. Cut unevenly. Ordered a Greek salad too not much of it and mostly all tomatoes. Usually can't knock the quality usually amazing. Our family have been going since 2015. Not been able to past few months.Thankyou for Amici for rectifying my order.🙂🙏✨️

I ordered for sezhuan dish but get sweet and sour instead. Taste of all dishes is bad compared to before. Nothing recommended.

Always a yes from us! Regular customers kids love the pizzas, husband loves the nan kebabs, I love tikka rolls, speedy delivery and good prices👍

Waited 50min for delivery but didn’t arrive after 6 phonecalls , could not find our house, it’s the only bungalow in the street , useless

On Sunday the 17th of November i thought I would treat my granddaughter for a Sunday dinner. Going of some great feed back we managed to go to the ship inn at benton we arrived 20 minutes before we were booked in and that's when the nightmare began .a large group of youths were outside making a racket and rather obnoxious to customers arriving let's put that to one side on entering the pub we were met with a rather un warm welcome the waitress was more interested in what her boyfriend had been up to the previous evening. We asked for our table and were met with a load of faul mouthed cheek from her saying we had arrived to early so that to one side made our way to the bar to order some drinks the warm welcome continued there i asked for some drinks and was blanked coz someone she new was there and served him first I accepted this and eventually got served. The drinks were over priced and served in dirty glasses. We were told our table was available so went to sit down only to find the previous customers dirty plates and drinks were still on the table we asked could they be removed only to be told to chill out and when she had time they would clear up .eventually we got a clean table and waited to order our food .we ordered Sunday roast x3 after waiting another 25 minutes it turned up well it was disgusting under cooked served on dirty plates and basically wouldn't let a bog eat of them i complained yet again about the food and was met with a barrage of cheek I told my partner and granddaughter we were leaving .as we were walking out the door I managed to look into the kitchen witch is in a right mess and looked very un clean I will never be going back there and would strongly advise others to follow suit in my opinion the place needs shut down and new staff in place horrible horrible atmosphere horrible staff and basically stay well away from it please Please people if your after food go else were the ship inn at benton is a total nightmare
