The best restaurants in Benton North Tyneside North East

Ordered via just eat, nachos with tomato and cheese, order arrived within time scale but received cheesy chips, phoned Anglo and as soon as advised address straight away was told we had no nachos left so sent over cheese with chips instead, said why didnt you call to advise you didn’t have them, response was contact just eat for refund, that’s fine asked if they question it I’ll give them a call back to which I was told any future orders would now be declined and hung up on

Not impressed with the staff in this store, they lack customer service skills. I came into the store amd greeted with a flustered staff member, he was rather rude when I said what cheese would I like, I am slightly hard of hearing and mistook what he said, I was laughed at. Then he put the sub in the oven, before i could say what I wanted he wrapped it up. I said, I want toppoings on, he said "you could have said" I don't appreciate the snappy attitude as a paying customer. I do get the fact, that the man working there was flustered probably overwhelmed and stresed. Subway should have more staff on, but I think better customer service training is a must here. Subway staff in the killingworth store are brillant.

The quality has changed at last! the food is fresher and tastes even better! and is defiantly worth paying extra for. The portion sizes are great, ideal for sharing between two!
