absolutely terrible service, calling names on the phone and took ages to come

AVOID ORDERING FROM HERE!!!! My partner ordered food after a really long stressful and you just want to chill and perk up the mood she ordered food and when it came the driver handed the bag the salad was all over the bag and showed the driver he completely disregarded his by shrugging his shoulders and walking away……after biting a meat feast pizza I almost snapped by tooth after finding a bone in the pizza and called the restaurant straight away as I was very displeased with this and person in the store was very rude and called my partner a liar saying that she had called in before because the garlic sauce was missing (WHICH IS A LIE) she didn’t call the restaurant she had only told the driver that the sauce that she paid for wasn’t with the order that made me even more outraged and wanted to be compensated for this and also insisted that they checked the pizzas and apparently there was no bone when the food was delivered the store manager or whoever it was was very rude and said to take it up with just eat and they’ll refund it as he no longer wanted to speak to me and wasn’t going to answer the phone…. First time ordering from here and very well will be the. Last and please AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I can't speak about delivery service but every time I visit this establishment food is always fantastic, generous portions and always spot on,pizza is beautiful 👍👍

Food from here is very nice but when i order a kebab it's never got all of the salad on, you either get all the salad or just red cabbage, white cabbage and onions, there's afew times the garlic sauce and chilli sauce is all over inside the bag with the lids coming off.

Ordered food at 8-15 delivery was supposed to be 9-05 we waited till quarter past and then phoned shop to which my wife was verbally abused down the phone and was told cancel order they then said it was on way we waited till 9-30 to which I went to the shop to which was basically fobbed off to then be told he cancelled my order this isn't the first time it's happened but won't be going back staff are rude and abusive and care obviously by review as it's happening

ordered food at well before 8pm it had got to 10pm and still no food. rang the place numerous times no answer and then when they finally did said “they was nothing they could do about it” and then hung up the phone. awful

Spend well over £40 and took over 2 hours to arrive, rang to chase and the prat on the phone just hung up - DO NOT ORDER FROM THESE JOKERS - poor service, poor food, and takes hours - ordered a chicken kebab think they were waiting for the eggs to hatch and it to grow before they killed and cooked it

Placed order via Just East. It was marked as delivered, but never arrived. I was home, curtains open, lights on. No call from delivery driver or restaurant. Restaurant had closed by time I called them. Waiting on response from Just Eat. I see other reviews mention order left on doorstep. My food was nowhere to be seen. Edit: delivery driver states handed to a girl stood in street, and didn't knock on my door. Says he assumed she lived at mine, despite her not being stood on my front, and didn't confirm name on order, or her address. Manager told him never to do again, and replaced my order.

Never will I go back again! After waiting what seemed ages i had to ask to be served everything was a bother to them Plenty more shops near by use them!!!!!

I have been a customer of Anglo Pizza Forest Hall since it first opened over twenty years ago. The food has always been good and I recommend all their fasty food.

The man in this shop was so rude last night we visited this place to order pizza and wow we witnessed the guy shouting at his staff storming around pacing the floor. We asked after 20 minutes if we could be served the small dark haired man shouted at us around 7pm that they were very busy in an aggressive way so we left very shocked plus hungry!. It looked very unclean and had a Very bad atmosphere! we will never visit this place again it was very hostile and scary to be honest 😳 I'm shocked this is a public service in Forrest Hall.

Absolutely disgusted that they leave the people who walking in for food to make just eat orders done ordered food at 7went at 840 and still hadn't even started my order even though we are regulars I will find myself another pizza shop

food great but service was shocking, after asking if they were still serving they told us yes, after asking for 3 kebab wraps they told us they had none and to leave and go to another shop despite us willing to order other food, after arguing back and forth eventually offered to do our pizzas. food was decent but awfully rude, won’t be back

Had a donner kebab and chicken kebab delivered tonight it was absolutely delicious, it was hot and delivered on time spot on!!! ⚠️ordered again tonight what a difference a week makes we ordered our food it was delivered wrong I phoned to advise it was wrong and was told the missing things would be delivered I'm still waiting 5 hours later shocking service don't bother using them!!!!

Delivery guy dropped the order off on my doorstep. Didn't knock! We call an hour later to question the delivery and was told it was outside. Obviously the food was luke warm. Only noticed the burger after 1/2 way through. Disgusting.

Total disgrace £31 ordered 18.23 part order arrived 1hr30mins later driver was going back and picking up rest be straight back 5hrs later 3phonecalls he on way finally 4th phone call we won't be coming now asked for refund they said no worries we will sort you out next time you order after 20yr there won't be a next time I said he replied no worries then and hung up

Never had a problem from here. As far as pizza shops so the food is good, and the kebabs are better than most. Definitely on a pricier side but the meal deals are worth it

Very poor attitude, have been a customer for years but enough is enough, sick of the bad service,made to feel its my fault and because it's my problem and if I don't like his service order else where, customer of over 10 years but no longer ( owner not staff ) a total arsewhole

Incorrect order. Missing items and other items substituted. Contacted them and they refused to sort as they recognised they had sent the wrong order, they had no intention of honouring the order. Disgusting customer service, not even a courtesy call to say they were changing the order. Avoid at all costs !!!!

Sloppy mess delivered within 15 minutes of ordering. Rang and complained and I was promised a replacement, had to ring back 3 times before cold pizza was delivered 3 hours later

Ordered kebab and chips in the shop, half an hour later they still hadn't started on our order while Just-Eat orders churned out. After asking for a refund they eventually started on our order. Their staff have no ability to multi-task. They also have no communication skills to speak of. There's a reason they don't take card payments, imagine it's all off the books.

House special kebab usually excellent. But sheesh meat gets less and less. Recently received three with zero sheesh meat whatsoever, even after including a message asking them to check. But no sheesh and no response. It is a shame, the food is good and I've used them lots. I expect better.

Everyone deserves a second chance.... Well, I gave Anglo one and immediately regretted it. Average pizza, soggy base, unfortunately will not return for a third disappointment.

Very average. Had an overpriced chicken kebab last night. Very basic for the price £8.50. Chicken kebab consisted of chicken pieces wrapped in foil, some chips, a pitta bread on the top and a tub of garlic sauce. The chicken was tasty, but a bit on the dry side.

Both times I've eaten from here have been unreal pizza dough is fresh cooked perfectly 😋 also kababs are lovely the salad is perfect aswell. Overall amazing friendly staff. Quick delivery also. Thank you Anglo pizza

If you can't deliver a pizza, then don't say you are going to. We've been waiting for hours for our food and repeatedly called the restaurant and had no answer. WHY DID YOU ACCEPT OUR DELIVERY IF YOU WERE NEVER GOING TO DELIVER IT? Not to be dramatic, but we're bloody starving and even if you had have said "we can't do your order" at least we could have cooked something or ordered from someone else. But so far, all they've done is STOLE £30 from us and gave us no food. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE THEY ARE SCAM ARTISTS

Extremely poor service pizza still hasn’t turned up 1 hour and 40 minutes. Rang the shop numerous times to be told there busy and will be there in minutes We are still waiting. Attitude of shop assistant very unhelpful.

The collection happy hour here is very good, big pizzas for little money. Pizzas are of a good standard. I'd recommend ordering via their own app rather than JustEat. You get better offers that way.

Used to be decent at anglos but it’s went downhill recently. Had a chicken kebab tonight and it was awful. Chicken was undercooked and slimy it wasn’t nice at all. Chips were overdone and all for the pricey sum of £13. I’ll go elsewhere from now on

Bad pizza. Soggy, spongy, and far too thick. Low quality ingredients and a lack of care. Also overpriced at around £8.50 unless you hit happy hour. Not recommended

Leaflets have been left outside flats in Forest Hall and are blowing in the wind. They should be delivered inside blocks.

Asked for garlic sauce separately and instead they put it all over the chips. Got a chicken burger and it’s loterally bread and chicken, no salad, no sauce.

Worst pizza I have ever had. Pizza base not fully cooked. On the plus side the garlic sauce was lovely!

So i order chicken kebab and a 9" seafood pizza online. Within minutes they ring to say no chicken is available. We re-order a 14" hot and spicy pizza, chips 2 dips and a can of coke. The guy clearly says he'll only charge a tenner due to no chicken being available. Bonus..... 45 mins later the delivery driver arrives with a 14" hot and spicy, cheese garlic bread and a 9" seafood pizza. No chips no coke and it's almost £16. This isn't the 1st time this has happened either. Absolute helmets at Anglo Pizza they haven't got a clue. The pizzas were rank and not one call to apologise for the mishap!! Think I'll order from best bite from now on. Oh and I forgot to mention.... No dips!! Clueless

Foaming I'm a very regular customer. Placed my order at half 9 and asked for the delivery for 11.00pm. 11.15 no show rang them up to see what was happening. VERY RUDE RESPONSE. Said they were very busy and kept calling me darling. I asked him not to call me darling but he kept doing it to a point when I raised my tone and he started telling me not to shout! Plenty more kebab shops around here DARLING

Food great Customer service 100% was a horrible snowy night couldn't get a taxi for 2 hours he asked his driver to take us!! I will always order from here now on fantastic business

Just got calzone which was undercooked. The wrap had to be re done cos they made a chicken with chips and garlic sauce instead of chicken with with chilli sauce and salad. When I got home it was cold and I believe they scraped the chicken from the wrong wrap and reused it on the new one. Very disappointed and will not use or recommend again

Absolutely atrocious customer service - on being given the wrong order we were told it was our fault for asking for a garlic bread with cheese (person doesn't eat cheese) and hung up upon three times. We were shouted at and were told to return the unwanted pizza to get our money back - 1 star is generous. Will not be returning - stay away!!
