Burger King in North Tyneside

First time ordering a Burger King online and i was impressed, i will be ordering again.

Forgot all of the dips despite it asking nicely in the “order notes” for them to not forget them. Other than it being shan to try and eat chicken nuggets without a dip; the point is that box is important.. it’s where you put info about allergies and all sorts in there.. they shouldn’t just be ignoring it.

Large fries missing from order, delivery driver wanting a 4 digit code which I didn’t have and said no to the order number that was on the bag of food and my emai, then wanting last 4 digits of mobile number, why? Ordered paid for and address given!

Last time was awful didn’t get the right order and this time was disgusting when I bit into the chicken royal it was stringy and horrible

Touched base with the mates in Burger King, staff were delightful and ever friendly, burger was fresh and hot, what more could u ask for.

What a joke. Everything wrong. I ordered 3 meals only 2 sent with fries. I ordered 2 Coke Zero, sent 1 Coke Zero and 1 Diet Coke. I asked for two bbq sauce got none and I asked for no mayo on the chicken royale. Totally disappointed with this

My bacon cheese burger had no bacon !! Wasn’t the same so I give it to my dogs

The manager is lovely, she is very helpful,extremely polite,and always go's above and beyond for my child who has a condition. Lovely staff and a lovely environment for family's.

what a difference since this place got new manager food is amazing not like the rubbish it used to be keep up the good work

Nice clean place, food was great and came quickly, the staff were amazing and helped with my order as I wasn’t sure what I wanted.

Nothing wrong with the food here but the place was not well kept. Tables dirty, food on the floor, no one going around clearing up while we were there (45 minutes). Toilets fine though.

Popped in after galavanting around north shields and I wasn't disappointed, I was served by I think her name was Sarah (black shirt blonde hair) and she was so lovely. I wasn't sure what to get and instead of humming and arhing that I couldn't make my mind up she helped explain the different burgers and which one she liked too. So I decided on the plant based (her choice) and by god I wasn't disappointed. She came over for a little chat while I was eating to see how I was enjoying it and she was so polite and funny. No request was too much for her, got me sauce and salt when I'd asked. Would definitely come back even if it was just for a natter and a quick drink if Sarah was my server again.

Delivery was initially missing the drink when it was delivered. It was on the receipt so staff had not given the driver it. The delivery driver was great, went back to the restaurant and came back with it. Thank you

food missing from order and no straw for drink

The original order said delivery time between 30 and 40 mins it was over an hour. I understand that if the restaurant is busy then this can change if this was stated at orfer point though then no issues. On delivery the food was stone cold and presume this had been sitting in the reastraunt for a while before pick up. usually OK on previous orders, disappointing on this occasion.

Incomplete order on 2 items, really cold, not quite cooked through plant based whopper with maybe ten fries. I’d even tipped the driver. Here’s a good tip for you though: order food from somewhere else if you want your food cooked properly, the food you ordered and it delivered at a reasonable temperature.

I have not received this order & have paid 33 pound & waited 2 hours 😑

Just ordered a chicken royale and I came across a hair in my food.

Half a box of fries and a stone cold burger. Fries missing. Someone wanted an early finish. I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money here.

Absolutely stinks off something not right. like they've cleaned the place with a rotten mop and dirty water.

Part of the order missing upon delivery and staff in store are rude and useless wouldn’t correct the order told us to request a refund because they were closing soon, so if you want half your meal delivered and fancy a trip into store to get no help what so ever order here :/

Always a good experience in this particular burger king ,staff are always friendly ,service is fast which is what you want for fast food! Food is always hot and tasty ! Be back again soon !

Why does it say food has been delivered when it hasn’t? This is the second time this has happened for Burger King and we heard nothing back the first time. We have waited for over an hour and have had no phone call and heard nothing. I am really not happy at all

No food wrong order sent refused it , they gave my address and phone number to all orders in just eat I have random people I do not know ringing me asking for there food and they all know my address !!!!

Ordered 2 whopper meals with fries and onion rings, while the burgers and onion rings were great the fries were missing from both orders.

Food was piping hot and tasted great. Was really impressed. It was delivered very quickly as well 👍

Proper righteous. No more McDonald's for me and the tribe. Even the fries were meatier than burgers from other well known burger vendors. Best buns I've seen in ages,will be coming back.

Went into North shields burger King. Fancied a quick burger nothing special. The culinary gods in the kitchen handed me back a burger that tasted heavenly. The likes of which have never been seen in the known universe before. I felt like the food critic at the end of rattioute, happy memory's flashed back to me as I was filled with a wave of euphoria. Gordon Ramsey himself would bow down to the cooking demons in that kitchen. Tried to put more stars but turns out 5s the limit they deserve at least 50.

Received food it was all very nice unfortunately I was missing some jalapeño bites I ordered 9 and only received 6

this is the best burger we have had in a very long time hope it's going to be like this all the time as has been rubbish food has been total rubbish salad stuff brown food cold burgers rubbish but now it's got new manager food is amazing not rubbish well done keep up good work

Ordered over an hour ago! To then get my order freezing cold and half my order missing! Never had an issue with this Burger King until today!

Took ages, then when I received our order there was a note from management saying 'sorry, we couldn't add cheese to your burger because you didn't pay for it.' Number one; that option isn't available on the veggie whopper, second; you didn't even include all my order! You left out our sauces and this has to be the fourth or fifth time you've done so, so you owe me!

I am writing this on my brother's behalf because he is deaf. My brother isn't brilliant at spelling and emails. My brother is brilliant at lip reading. Well here goes this. My brother went to the North Shields Burger king which he goes to ofter. It was just after 6pm he bought his food and went to sit down. There was others sitting eating. A girl came from around the counter and told him he couldn't sit in and eat. He told her he has bought his food and wanted to sit and eat it. The girl went into the back where there was about 4 staff on phones and chatting. A man came around from the back and slammed a chair into a gap. He didn't even look at my brother and he didn't even speak to him to explain why he couldn't sit in. Also the main doors where locked so disabled customers couldn't even get in if they wanted. The side door was unlocked but there are a few steps to climb. This is not good Customer service on so many levels. I have contacted Burger King and have been told that the North Shields Burger King is a franchise but they would pass my email on to the franchise owners. I have contacted Burger King twice now but have not heard anything from the franchise owner. My brother is going to go to the chronicle. It seems Disabled customers are not welcome at this restaurant. 😒.

First order was mistakenly ordered from South Shields store instead of North Shields came 2 hrs later but only drinks no food and no explanation I re ordered from North Shields this time and it was on time but the complete wrong order the delivery driver wouldn’t take it back I had to drive to store and order food for the third time not happy would like all my money refunded for orders and some sort of compensation for time wasted etc. regards Stephen

Chips were freezing. Burgers were not nice. Payed for bbq sauce which we never got. This isn't the first time this has happened!!!!

The food came very quickly. Slice of cheese I ordered was missing from the burger. There was a large chunk of lettuce which was inedible and the fries were too salty.

All of my food arrived cold and the driver arrived at my house before he collected the order. Disgraceful!

Waited over an hour for three meals, which I accepted as it’s Xmas Eve. However when the food arrived I was missing two of the three burgers?! And apparently the only option I had was to request a refund? Tried contacting the restaurant via the number on the Burger King website and it’s not even a connected number…. Brilliant!
