Burger King in North Tyneside

Is this place closing down been for a week inside closed and looks like workers equipment

I sometimes come here with the children but they sometimes have the seating area closed off. The member of staff didn't offer that it was for renovation or anything. Just reasons... The children are then disappointed.

Excellent service and catered for my disabilities and stayed very attentive the whole service

Got food delivered, burger and fries cold!

Missing parts of my order again, don’t understand why orders are not checked before dispatched from the shop.

Absolutely abysmal service. Our order turned up, after sitting down with our food we discovered half of it was missing. We both had half a meal each! The drink I also ordered was incorrect and the food was freezing cold. There is a checklist attached to the delivery bag (for workers to check the order and none of it seemed to be ticked off.) We tried to get in touch with Burger King North Shields to find there phone number does not work so no way to contact them at all!

The fry’s were cold and the burger was too

Burger King has been my all time favorite but it’s so sad how you keep people waiting for over 2 hours for an order that was said to be delivered between 10-15mins.so it feels like you deceive people by making them think they will get their order in less than 20mins.please do better.mind you,this wasn’t the first time this happened.

I like the coffee a lot. It is very good value and better quality than Greggs and on a par with Mcdonalds & Subway (Also very good). The burger deals on Wednesday and Mondays are good and the salad always fresh (All my life). There is plenty of space inside and Iv'e never seen any trouble. The app is not as good as Mcdonalds and has a glitch that needs fixing. You cannot scrol along the rewards on the first row when you reach 150 points. Newcastle airport BK offers free cold water at their drinks machine and I would like to see this here as well. My kids also enjoy visiting. It's a wonderful life

£33 for 3 chips and 3 double cheese burgers is quite expensive and we didn't get any napkins or most importantly ketchup! Please ask staff to make sure they put ketchup in the bags please.

Order was wrong again. Never had a complete or right order from Burger King North Shields.

Staff was not trained or not bothered !!!They give me my sandwiches but forgot about my drinks .I understand if they are busy but was empty. Whooper was edible , but bland and not really taking your socks off .If you thinking about to go there don’t be bother as is not worth it !!!!

First time ordering a Burger King online and i was impressed, i will be ordering again.

Large fries missing from order, delivery driver wanting a 4 digit code which I didn’t have and said no to the order number that was on the bag of food and my emai, then wanting last 4 digits of mobile number, why? Ordered paid for and address given!

Forgot all of the dips despite it asking nicely in the “order notes” for them to not forget them. Other than it being shan to try and eat chicken nuggets without a dip; the point is that box is important.. it’s where you put info about allergies and all sorts in there.. they shouldn’t just be ignoring it.

What a joke. Everything wrong. I ordered 3 meals only 2 sent with fries. I ordered 2 Coke Zero, sent 1 Coke Zero and 1 Diet Coke. I asked for two bbq sauce got none and I asked for no mayo on the chicken royale. Totally disappointed with this

My bacon cheese burger had no bacon !! Wasn’t the same so I give it to my dogs

The manager is lovely, she is very helpful,extremely polite,and always go's above and beyond for my child who has a condition. Lovely staff and a lovely environment for family's.

half the meal is missing no burgers

Nothing wrong with the food here but the place was not well kept. Tables dirty, food on the floor, no one going around clearing up while we were there (45 minutes). Toilets fine though.

Popped in after galavanting around north shields and I wasn't disappointed, I was served by I think her name was Sarah (black shirt blonde hair) and she was so lovely. I wasn't sure what to get and instead of humming and arhing that I couldn't make my mind up she helped explain the different burgers and which one she liked too. So I decided on the plant based (her choice) and by god I wasn't disappointed. She came over for a little chat while I was eating to see how I was enjoying it and she was so polite and funny. No request was too much for her, got me sauce and salt when I'd asked. Would definitely come back even if it was just for a natter and a quick drink if Sarah was my server again.

Delivery was initially missing the drink when it was delivered. It was on the receipt so staff had not given the driver it. The delivery driver was great, went back to the restaurant and came back with it. Thank you

The original order said delivery time between 30 and 40 mins it was over an hour. I understand that if the restaurant is busy then this can change if this was stated at orfer point though then no issues. On delivery the food was stone cold and presume this had been sitting in the reastraunt for a while before pick up. usually OK on previous orders, disappointing on this occasion.

Incomplete order on 2 items, really cold, not quite cooked through plant based whopper with maybe ten fries. I’d even tipped the driver. Here’s a good tip for you though: order food from somewhere else if you want your food cooked properly, the food you ordered and it delivered at a reasonable temperature.

I have not received this order & have paid 33 pound & waited 2 hours 😑

Just ordered a chicken royale and I came across a hair in my food.

Absolutely stinks off something not right. like they've cleaned the place with a rotten mop and dirty water.

Half a box of fries and a stone cold burger. Fries missing. Someone wanted an early finish. I wouldn’t spend your hard earned money here.

Part of the order missing upon delivery and staff in store are rude and useless wouldn’t correct the order told us to request a refund because they were closing soon, so if you want half your meal delivered and fancy a trip into store to get no help what so ever order here :/

Why does it say food has been delivered when it hasn’t? This is the second time this has happened for Burger King and we heard nothing back the first time. We have waited for over an hour and have had no phone call and heard nothing. I am really not happy at all

No food wrong order sent refused it , they gave my address and phone number to all orders in just eat I have random people I do not know ringing me asking for there food and they all know my address !!!!

Ordered 2 whopper meals with fries and onion rings, while the burgers and onion rings were great the fries were missing from both orders.

Food was piping hot and tasted great. Was really impressed. It was delivered very quickly as well 👍

i specifically asked for fresh fries as the last order i had here the fries were cold. lo and behold yet again the fries were hard and not fresh and cold. would love a refund!
