Rosetta Cafe in North Tyneside

First Time in the restaurant. Hair was found twice once in the ice and other time in the food. Reported it to the waiter and they seem that they didn’t t really care (not even a apology). Food Hygiene is zero from me.

The only good thing about the restaurant was the Ambience. Lady server was sweet and helped in selection of food. Food was alright, portions are smaller than the exorbitant price you pay for. The boy server was cocky and had an attitude. Terrible customer service. Despite pointing out the undercooked chicken, he had an attitude, zero attention by the chef to atleast come out and seek the problem. He cleared the plates without giving attention to the problem and only just highlighted its double cooked, which one can see from pictures 😞, its not. I’ cook chicken everyday and I know what cooked chicken looks like. Paid a high price for what we had and charged an unjustified service fee for a cocky attitude Never returning again. We went on my birthday as a family. We had two boys aged 12 and 10 years old and three adults. We opted for a starter each and a main course each. The steak I had was very tender and just right for how I had ordered it. It had a nice salad with it and I had a side of chips to go with it. It was very tasty. The other adults enjoyed their choices and the boys liked their choices too. The food arrived hot and tasty in a reasonable time. Great experience.
