Rosetta Cafe in North Tyneside

We had a brilliant meal here tonight. We hadn’t booked a table, but it wasn’t an issue and we were seated straight away. The food was amazing, and our waiter was just perfect! Professional, friendly and just lovely! It was my daughter’s birthday and she got a complimentary dessert which was a nice touch, a delicious cheesecake. She did beg for the birthday music not to be played though. A fantastic experience all round!

The only good thing about the restaurant was the Ambience. Lady server was sweet and helped in selection of food. Food was alright, portions are smaller than the exorbitant price you pay for. The boy server was cocky and had an attitude. Terrible customer service. Despite pointing out the undercooked chicken, he had an attitude, zero attention by the chef to atleast come out and seek the problem. He cleared the plates without giving attention to the problem and only just highlighted its double cooked, which one can see from pictures 😞, its not. I’ cook chicken everyday and I know what cooked chicken looks like. Paid a high price for what we had and charged an unjustified service fee for a cocky attitude Never returning again.
