Subway in North Tyneside

Not impressed with the staff in this store, they lack customer service skills. I came into the store amd greeted with a flustered staff member, he was rather rude when I said what cheese would I like, I am slightly hard of hearing and mistook what he said, I was laughed at. Then he put the sub in the oven, before i could say what I wanted he wrapped it up. I said, I want toppoings on, he said "you could have said" I don't appreciate the snappy attitude as a paying customer. I do get the fact, that the man working there was flustered probably overwhelmed and stresed. Subway should have more staff on, but I think better customer service training is a must here. Subway staff in the killingworth store are brillant.

AVOID AT ALL COST Orderd a meatball footlong and only got 4 meatballs and 2 were burnt to the Krisp nearly lost me teeth no salad come with it just a soggy bit of bread with 4 burnt meatballs PURE JOKE

It was lovely to visit subway store. Staff were great,good suggestion for combinations,very nice atmosphere. Great team to team. Will visit again

Stood waiting 10 minutes to be served before I decided to leave staff was stood talking on his phone ignored 2 other customers before me

STAY CLEAR! Order online from them to get delivered. Food gets here, not even close to what we ordered. 3 items we paid for were not included in the meal, everything was freezing cold. So phone up to complain, the staff don't speak a single word of English. Eventually we try to ask for a refund and we just get shouted at down the phone and they hang up. Paid 23 pound for it and get next to nothing we ordered and its stone cold. Absolutely disgraceful!!!

Not the best, very heavy on the lettuce in the salad box, and a bit mean on the rest. Quality is fine I just don't expect mostly lettuce.

Yet again managed to mess up the simplest of orders, topping missed, request for toasted sub missed, pizza slices stone cold

It's Subway, they sell sandwiches the way you want them. Nice and clean polite and professional staff I'd recommend this place.

Worst couple of sandwiches ever! The bread was stale and dry and the contents looked like it had been thrown in. My partner had 2 mouthful and then put in the bin, mine followed soon after.

Everytime i come in this shop they say there is no meatballs after ordering an alternative the 2 young people just chatting away not a care in the world took 20mins to make 2 sandwiches and done them wrong!!!!!

Wrong salad giving, Brown Lettuce, latte turned out to be cup of milk. Pepsi Max Cherry was water !!!

The broken sign outside should have been a warning to stay away. Despite being quiet, took ages to get served as the staff didn't seem to know what they were doing as they kept switching positions and going off to do other things, even serving other customers who came in AFTER us. The salad looked like it was starting to turn, the toaster was out of order and at one point the staff were even having to pick out moldy bread from the bread trays. I wish I hadn't bothered.

I go here often for work lunch and I've always found it clean, speedy and make good grub. It just so happened that today I witnessed a customer being so disgustingly horrible to the two young staff working there. They were doing their best and if they were new to the job then you can understand a slower pace. You both were lovely and helpful. To that gentleman I thought you were extremely rude, dismissive and arrogant. Love this place. Nom nom nom. XxX

Fresh salad and a nice cappuccino

Your usual subway, teenage staff with just about enough manners to be human. Most of which struggle to put gloves on let alone make a sandwich. This isn't to say I won't go again, but don't expect friendliness or speed!
