The Chicken Planet in North Tyneside

After waiting an hour and a half for a cold me we were greeted by a very rude man that gave us the wrong change, also we received the wrong order and after politely addresing the issue with the business we were met with rudness and aragancy. I would not recommend this as a place of good custom !

Reviewing on behalf of wife, food was nice but driver was smoking while delivering food, my kids were at the door so this seems out of.order. shouldnt have been smoking in the same vehicle while delivering food

Extra hot chicken was not even slightly spicy, chips over done, garlic bread was cold and now I have my head down the toilet, so it's safe to say I will not be ordering from the Terrible chicken planet!!!! Very bad!!

The delivery driver was very polite and the order arrived early but unfortunately the pizza hadn't been cooked properly (The base was still soft dough) and then when I tried the chicken the smell put me off! (It wasn't like an out of date or rotten food smell) it was just strange I can't even explain it, my partner immediately said the same thing when he tried his too, but then the taste hit me it was such a strange taste not In a good way either I nearly threw up, for this reason I wouldn't recommend ordering from here as i also can't find any hygiene rating

Ordered from just eat delivery time was given not updated. 20 mins after was due called restaurant was told 5 mins. 25 mins later still not delivered. Rang again, again told he was on his way and I was stupid for ordering from a company 8 miles away and what did I expect, when asked why they listed my area as an area they delivered to if it was so out of their way was hung up on. Order was over an hour and ten mins late and freezing cold, disgusting and inedible. Called and said was inedible was told to call just eat and get refund in morning so I did and they refused to refund I called the store and got threatened! Police had to be called. Total rip off merchant cowboys. Do not deal with at all costs.
