Aroma Pizza in North Tyneside

I will never ever use aroma again. Food arrived nearly 1 hour and 30mins late to start with, was abit cold but I was that hungry I ate it anyways. After I ate the takeaway I went to go to sleep and couldn't sleep I was throwing up all through the night and all the symptoms I had were clear as day food poisoning. Disgusting I still even feel rough as F the following day. Never will use again after that experience

Absolutely. Disgusting service from delivery driver and the staff at the takeaway. Ordered quite a few times and every time the order has been wrong.Or stuff has been missing from the order.And the takeaway and delivery driver has Refused on multiple occasions to sort the issue out and bring the items of food. We have paid for as part of our order. Food is not worth it. I have been to other takeaways. They were nicer and better for the price. I will not be coming back again, I will not suggest this takeaway to any of my friends as it is disgusting and vile, the way us have been treated. I will not recommend this to anyone.

Love this place. Simple and cheap. Get what you pay for kinda place. Staff are brilliant. Food is cheap as chips but actually cooked with care by the staff. Can't complain for the price. Recommend you try it and make your own mind up. I'm satisfied overall and have been back several times.

Ordered 2 kebabs and specificaly asked for Chilli. The incompetant owners cant even do that. I dont eat kebabs without chilli. So basicaly called them up and they said when the driver gets back they will send chillis. Allowing tge food to go cold. Hung up on him. Wont use them again absolute terrible service. The owner asked what i wanted him to do in a cocky tone. They did eventually drop chilli off which went straight in the bin on top of the now cold kebab. They should of said. Wrap the food back up and i will send fresh hot food withchilli and collect the cold stuff. But they didnt. They havent got a clue how to look after customers or get an order correct. Well they succeeded in losing one today and i wont be back.

Ew can tell your based in wallsend serving a box of 10 chips even not a pick of salt or vinegar!! The cheek of it yi chips are raw your a bore and ur lass is a hoe✌🏼😊

I had the worced customer service last night 18th November 23.we aced ab order for two kebabs one with salad one without, as it happens we did not get the order we asked for we received a chicken kebab one with salad one without, not what we asked for, so we rang them up and all we got was we are lier, so we complained well tried to as they hung up on us, all day to day we have tried to ring back to talk to someone to make a complaint, they eager have blocked our phone numbers or are just been ignorant to our calls.dusgusting customer service.

Fast delivery and delicious food and inside the shop friendly staff.

Obviously went downhill and the owners ego's have went to their head. Food is trash and the attitudes of the guys behind the counter is even worse. Avoid.

This place used to be very good, I went in today for a kebab with salad, got back to my car, and he gave me chips, the kebab portion was at best pitiful, cold dried kebab meat, pitta bread was rock hard, absolutely dreadful, keep away from this place at all costs

Never order anything again dry hard leftovers kebab unbeatable,burn nan bread,12” pizza shrink to 10” pizza ,31£ wasted money I I know I will top up gas or electricity instead.

Just been and collected a 9 inch pizza and a garlic sauce just got home and the pizza does not looked cooked I live 2 mins away from shop and the pizza was cold by the time I got home although the garlic sauce was lovely 👍 the pizza was meant to be meant to be margarita and all I can taste is cheese

no words other then disgusting Nowhere near what it used to be new owners have absolutely ran it into the ground staff are diabolical so is the scran no more unreal garlic sauce just watered down mayo aswell as no razor screaming oioi with a huge grin just angry little men with attitude problems why change something that didn't need changes Do yourselves a favor go elsewhere I promise you you'll be left with some if not the worst food Wallsend has to offer

Absolutely disgusting pizza and even worse service. Customer is always right! You’ll never be right with the staff here, they’ll argue black is white. Only used the company as the prices were cheap, suppose you get what you pay for! Never again, Lesson learned!!!

Went in to shop Ordered two kebab wraps and burger cost 16.00 the chicken kebab had 3 pieces of chicken in and the mixed kabab wasn’t much better had 10 chips in each. I will never get food from this place again I would not recommend total waste of money can see now why it has so many negative comments total rip off PLEASE DON’T WASTE YOUR MONEY !!!!

Not that good the kofte don't know what meat it was but it was not that at all, the garlic bread with cheese was nice and so was the kebab was good and chicken but could have been cooked longer. Did not get the chips that we ordered, won't been ordering again.

Ordered off there website which is ran by food hub. Despite having a receipt with proof of payment and showing them this the guy behind the counter was screaming in my face telling me to get out and that he would call the police on me for asking for the food which aroma had taken the money for. He was awful about the whole situation, would never go there again as wouldn't trust what he did with the food. Treated me worse than much on his shoe.
