total robbery £7.50 prawn toast 2 slice of bread with prawns no sweet & sour sauce. crispy special salt and pepper was more onions than meat

Food was good but took absolutely ages! Happy to wait for decent food but a better estimate on ordering would be good. Didn’t appreciate the extra 45 minutes after I’d paid and it had gone though!

Food nice enough but expensive for what you get. A very rare treat these days, this time for Mam’s 91st birthday. Gone are the days of free prawn crackers now 2.80! Then a fiver extra for bag, delivery and now a sneaky service fee appears!!

We got our order but my partner had picked the wrong beef dish I called up and explained and they were happy to swap it at no cost for us the fried chilli beef is so good and I was very happy they changed it thank you guy so much

absolutely shocking stated no sea food then come with sea food told me a could have a free order then to try n say a a didn't explain it properly in comment wint be using again arfull the full meal

Sorry it was really bad :( nice people in the shop but the salt and pepper chips and chicken were soggy, the beef in black bean was chewy and it just didn’t taste that nice sorry :/

Absolutely delicious. Delivered early and piping hot. This is our fav for Chinese food.

Bit lacking in the meat content. Ordered a house special chow main which was bit lacking in the meat/prawn department compared to other vendors.

Drive rang the main door bell so I buzzed him in… I had to go to the front door of my apartment block and he refused to bring my food to my door! I got lip from him so not a pleasant experience from my first order !! Plus.. there were no soft drinks I ordered and paid for!

this had plenty flavour and a good amount of prawns . but my plate was basically full of giant chunks of onion , a space filler . must have been a whole onion on my plate

will never order from this takeaway again the owner is very rude. staff gave me a bag of prawn crackers and as I was leaving owner came out of kitchen demanding payment for the bag of prawn crackers in a very rude manner. very poor customer service definitely won't be ordering from them again.

Something changes here from a weekend to a week night meal order. Lost my confidence in the food being sent out now, not what it used to be. Dish contents are not consistent, have even thrown some friday and saturday meals in the bin. Sorry if thats cutting, but that is whats happened. Especially the curries and chow mein dishes. :-)

Lush food, the ribs were amazing. You never fail us.

Mostly lovely as usual. Some of the chicken balls not quite as nice as previously have been, a little too much undercooked batter. We enjoy the curry, rice and chips but needs more curry so we always order a separate pot but still not quite enough and for the price imo it could be a little bigger. Prawn crackers are also getting smaller and more expensive. We are def ordering less often because of this.

Chips & Pineapple fritter are good. Duck in plum sauce was very poor, not whole breast and very fatty so quite disappointing compared to others which cook. Whole breast properly. Lots of onion and pepper to fill out the container.

Best Chinese takeaway we have had in years

Foods always stop on however really disappointed in the size of the chow mein for £5.80 - for context it came in a small rice aluminium tray usually it’s one of the bigger ones

Delivery was very early, driver quite rude about having to call as we weren't expecting it so soon. Shame because the food is excellent, but won't be ordering a delivery again.

Takeaway was ok a lot of onions far to many only 2 prawns in the dish 👎 but apart from that it was ok

Used to get curry with basic rice included, now confusing selections and price on menu page, you only see you pay for it when in basket and make final selections on the Just Eat App.

There was no email to say food was on the way. I asked for the bell to be rung but the courier just knocked on the door (I don't always hear a knock unless at front of the house). Food could have been a little hotter.

Food ok, delivery was 1hr & 20, & delivery driver was ever so over happy & friendly....never spoke 1 word!!

Usually very good but this meal just wasn't right. Veggie meal had an oily taste. Chicken wasn't good quality, and apparently tasted wrong. Very disappointed but I think we'll be giving them a miss in future.

We chose Wai Ho as it was local, we hoped the food might arrive hot. Part of the order was acceptable and what I had hoped for, the other unfortanately inedible. My friend ordered a chop suey roll, which tasted of curry, a problem as she has intolerance to curry powder, but this was not stated on the menu - also the deep fried pork balls didn't appear to be cooked all the way through. They were very hot, but the batter on some of them was liquid on the inside and the pork was too pink (undercooked?) to eat.

Lovely as always. Chips a little dry tonight but the chicken balls are the best we’ve had.

First time ordering from Wai -Ho. Had veg Chow Mein and chrispy sweet & sour chicken. Tasty meals, chips nice. Arrived hot and on time. Will be trying other dishes on menu.

Decent enough meals but need to start cutting beef & chicken into smaller pieces as they are far to big & usually a bit fatty because of this. Please consider doing this in the future

We always have amazing food from here, always hot on arrival and plenty of meat in the food. Tonight's meal was fantastic, defo highly recommend wai ho.

My second time ordering from here and it's the best! I've tried 5 other local Chinese takeaways but Wai Ho is now my number 1! Ordered chicken chow mein tonight and it was huge and packed with meat! Also loved the beansprouts side order! 100% recommend!!
