Tasty menu, no complaints. I had the steak the first night and the feathered beef the following evening. The poached pear was fabulous!

Orderd from Wing on , on justeat and won't be ordering again . Bland food.....strange tasting water chestnuts in the prawn dish, powdery tasting curry, then the special chowmein consisted of onions sloppy juice and more onions .WHY DOES JUST EAT allow sub standard takeaway food it's not the first poor takeaway iv had after ordering from justeat therefore will not be ordering again from either Wing on or justeat !!!

Got that zero hygiene rating for a reason, absolutely rotten, the shawarma’s to die for, pun intended!

Having enjoyed Greek and Mediterranean cuisine from various places in the past, I was genuinely looking forward to trying Athenian. Unfortunately, the experience fell far short of expectations. I ordered The Beast Chicken Gyros Wrap along with Gyros Loaded Fries. First and foremost, both items arrived lukewarm at best. For a dish that should be hot and freshly made, this was disappointing right out of the gate. As for the “Beast” wrap—it was anything but. The portion size was underwhelming, and frankly, I suspect there was little to no difference from the regular wrap, which is significantly cheaper. The name set a certain expectation, and the product simply didn’t deliver. The loaded fries, priced at nearly £7, were similarly disappointing. They consisted of standard frozen chips topped with chicken and sauce—bland and unremarkable. There was nothing that justified the premium price or aligned with the bold, fresh flavors typically associated with Greek street food. Overall, I found the meal lacking in both flavor and value. Two stars feels generous, but reflects benefit of the doubt for what may have been an off day. That said, I won’t be ordering from Athenian again, way overpriced.

Best independent pizza shop in Darlington! I've been going for years, and they have never lowered their standards. The staff are all very friendly. Some people have complained about delivery times, but they were really struggling for drivers at one point. So deliveries were longer than usual. Hardly a reason to 1 star them. This has been a consistently great pizza shop for many years and gets really busy at times.

Good beer. Good service. Good laughs and a really Good Juke box.

Por el precio realmente no se puede quejar, pero me dieron el desayuno grande y estaba bastante frío. Debajo del tocino cocido, huevo mal cocido y hachís morenos. El brindis apenas estaba tostado también.

Delivery driver very rude over the phone, failed to deliver the Pizza. Avoid. Very bad.

Excellent service with good food at value for money.

There’s some poor reviews of this place. All I can say is that we returned back to Darlington (about 2330) and used this place as a late night snack. We got a 10” pizza, 10” garlic bread, a portion of kebab meat, 2 portions of chips a portion of salad and 2 garlic dips for £12. The pizza and garlic bread were hot and tasty, the chips were fine, my son enjoyed the kebab meat and the staff were friendly. So all in all I thought it was good value for money

Foods mega had a range of dishes always delivered on time and hot when delivered can’t fault it !

Never had a problem with the place the foods always served well, great people! Prices of the food and drink were appropriate!

Terrible delivery service!! i ordered at 8pm and it didn’t arrive till 9:40pm food also arrived stone cold and the person on the phone was rude and unpleasant!

We placed an order @ Friday 10 May 2024, 22:43, order was accepted, then order tracker @ 11.30pm informed us our order had been cancelled. 12pm, no food, no email / further confirmation of our order been cancelled, who knows? will it come, won't it?? not a game I can spend playing on a Friday, after already waiting 50mins. Best wait for my refund and order elsewhere before everywhere else actually shuts. Very Disappointed...
