Noodles were freezing coke was warm then that okay

Open early which was perfect, order arrived quickly. However did not enjoy the noodle with bean sprouts, very oily and expensive for what you got. Didn’t like the sweet and sour chicken or lemon chicken, both were hard.

The food was not cooked. Called the restaurant to ask for a replacement I said they were very welcome to take the uncooked one with them. They told me that they would replace it but I had to come and pick it up, I do understand because it’s a Saturday night and they are very busy. However, I was not in a position to do this, they told me just to apply for a refund. Disappointed, won’t be ordering from the restaurant again.

Used a lot before, quick at preparing the meals, usually a pleasent dining experience which is why we chose again. Food ordered tonight was tepid, dry and chewy. Inedible. Will rethink about using again. Maybe they give a new / different chef.

Good quality food every order, I've sensory issues so consistency in the food is important. They're always faster than expected and he delivery chap is friendly but still professional. My new fav Chinese takeaway.

Chicken was all mushy and gravy tasted like pure salt very thin aswell wouldn’t again

So pleasantly surprised by this place. Food was here within 40 mins on a Friday night and very good. Salt and chilli chips some of the best I’ve had, king prawn ball’s delicious and perfectly cooked. My new go to.

Ordered chicken chow mein, sweet & sour chicken balls & salt & pepper chips. Everything was perfect.

really disappointed first time trying here and the order was 40 minutes late and barely warm the food itself tasted good just a shame about the rest

The food was only warm and went cold very quickly. The chicken chop suey was bland and the mushrooms seemed kind of slimy. The munchy box was not very nice as everything seemed more like it had been reheated/recooked, especially as like I said it went cold very quickly and also it was rather greasy. As much as it was greasy, the chicken wings were overcooked and the salt and pepper chicken was dry. The rice was not nice and the noodles had no flavour. Most of it was binned.

Not the usual great quality this time around everything looked and tasted overcooked in places and under in others. Usually the standards are very high. But you could definitely do with putting salt on chips in munchy box.

Over an hour late. They sent out boiled rice instead of egg fried rice. I was shocked at how small the portion was (crispy shredded chicken in Peking) very small and mainly onions carrots and peppers. Tasted ok but overall, disappointing.

Delivery was great. Tofu was overcooked and a bit plain.

I asked for the authentic Chinese menu because I have travelled to China and experienced northern Chinese cuisine. The meal was served then with a delicate blend of spices and absolutely piping hot. The meats were full and flavourful and the vegetables perfectly cooked. Don’t skip on the vegetable options! Great service!!

The food was nice but I’ve never had such a small portion of chips … which is weird cos there was loads of meat. Won’t put us off we will just have to order more.

Ordered from here a few times previously and the good was great. However this time it wasn't enjoyable. The chicken was tough and dry. Added chow mein to my meal for an extra £3 or so and it was just plain dry noodles

Took a meal to go here. The food was tasty, but not a 100% match of what we were looking for. Certainly can have a meal here, but we will probably try another place.

The fried squid and chicken balls are horrible. But salt and pepper chips and chicken is really good.

noodles were burnt rang up to ask for no sauce on one of the all in ones and the women on the phone was quiet rude

Guys .. have loved your food for ages .. and this one again no exception so not wanting to drop any marks .. but PLEASE PLEASE go back to the battered onion rings and not those horrible breaded ones. I can bang them in the oven for about 50p, certainly they're not worth £3.70. But as I say, minor niggles .. thanks again!

Lovely food! We’re a bit further than the usual delivery zone but the restaurant communicated ahead of time there’d be a bit extra to pay. Lovely and hot despite the extra distance and the driver was super lovely! Thanks guys

Food was lovely as usual but the delivery time was appalling. When order was placed the eta was 45 minutes. An hour has passed when I rang for an update only to be laughed at down the phone - a woman. She then put the phone down on the counter for a couple of minutes and I could hear her shouting in the background - a lovely man spoke to me in the end but her customer service was shocking. This is our regular Chinese and so disappointed by this - food was another half an hour from thag pgone cal

Great food and service, highly recommend.

First time visit for us. A cash only establishment, which is clearly indicated by sign on counter. Ordered chicken chow main and chicken balls sweet and sour with boiled rice. Chicken was nicely cooked with lovely crispy batter. The rice was nice and the sauce was tasty nice. The other dish was served in a round container and was tasty, a little too much oil for me but that was easily drained off, the taste was the main component. The service was swift, food was piping hot when we came to eat it. The waiting area was fresh and clean and a large leather sofa to sit on while waiting. Definitely be back when next in the area.

Food was lovely bit tight with the chicken there was maybe 8 pieces for £7.20 🙁

Food was luke warm, chips were cold. Most went in the bin.

tasted nice but was over cooked so chicken was quite tough to eat and other bits were over battered so chicken wings had nothing left on them.

Never again ordering from here again.food was rotten. munch box …, chicken weren’t salt n pepper just cooked normal, chicken wings were scraps , nothing was salt n pepper about it . If you want a gd salt n pepper munch box I wouldn’t order from here. All went in the bin !!

Best Chinese in Darlington easily, just decent Chinese food each and every time.

Curry was too sweet and had a gloopy texture and had more mushrooms than chicken. Chips were like bullets. Not the best and we have had much better from there previously, so maybe just an off night
