This place has gone down hill imo don’t know if it’s changed hands, delivery is an absolute joke over an hour and a half every time. Not good enough

Very ignorant and cheeky on the phone today for no reason at all. Was only trying to order some food. Need to learn basic manners and how to talk to customers. Wouldn’t even bother ordering from this place.

Shocking service took 2 hours to deliver. When I rang to ask how long it would be girl just said don't know. Food was cold when it did arrive. Won't be bothering with this place again.

We got a margarita pizza and the whole base was mouldy, I think it is disgusting that they are selling this to people.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Very interesting exchange tonight, after waiting over 1hr30 for our food we noticed there was MOULD on one of our stale pitta breads. After making a complaint and handing back the mouldy piece of bread the owner then accused me of 'lying' and being 'so poor that we need the refund'. As you can tell by the photo attached I am quite clearly not lying. Who knows how many other customers they've sent mouldy bread to?

Been a regular customer at Antoni's for about 15 years now. Always tasty, quality food and a warm, friendly welcome. Disappointed that I can't order online though. Come on Antoni's - pull yourselves into the 21st century! 😉

Best independent pizza shop in Darlington! Been going for years! P.S Havent been for quite some time. Hoping things havent changed. PS. They are still every bit as good!! Best pizzas in Durham.

I've been ordering from this place for about 2 years, never had a problem with food and delivery, customer service is great low price high quality I recommend it to everyone, especially for kids. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Beautiful food, pizza dough is beautiful, light and fluffy and fresh! Good quality ham! Garlic sauce is 5/5! Customer service was excellent! Would highly recommend this takeaway to everyone x

Ordered 3 pizzas NO CHIPS..... when they arrived had chips squashed all over the top of all the pizzas when tried to remove they pulled all topping off left with a tomato base... phoned to see what could be done as kids wouldn't eat them like that was told literally NOTHING .... wont be going there again!!!!

Only giving a one star for delivery service.told me it would be 45 minutes,after a hour and half I cancelled it for it to turn up 1:45 minutes late.

Great food at good prices. I travel to get food from here because it leaves my local take aways standing. Highly recommended

I order from Antonio’s every week sometimes twice a week! I get the meal deal no 1, I wouldn’t go anywhere else best take away, food is lovely the staff are lovely definitely 5 stars from me

For the third time, asked for garlic sauce and got home and none and he even read the list of what was ordered too me, unbelievable!

Usually love this place, reasonable price and good quality. However, today I was informed, after buying the same offer with a Cheese Garlic Bread instead of a Pizza (which is cheaper) for years, that I couldn't change the offer and would have to order them separately. I'd hate to think that this blatant money grab would force us to move to another shop, but if they continue being this awkward, they will have lost a long-term customer

Been coming here for over 10 years now, but recently this place has just gone downhill. Not sure if the management has recently changed, but the usual staff are no were to be seen?? The service is really poor, the quality of food has dropped massively. My partner recently went in to get a kebab to pick up on our way home and it took the guys 30 mins to make it. The shop was not busy at the time. They were just prioritising there deliveries instead. No apology given for taking this long to serve him what so ever!!!! I think the guys behind the counter have no experience in this field at all. A few weeks ago we ordered a pizza from here aswell, the pizza was ok, however the chips were extremely dry and our garlic pot was half empty 😬 to top it off the delivery guys attitude towards me was shocking, he was grumpy as hell. This Use to be my favourite takeaway, and I like to give everyone a chance but I can definitely say we won’t be returning.

Fast service but the food is honestly not great.

Great food, lovely helpful girl on the phone who said we would have between 45-60 minute wait for delivery. Problems started with the delivery driver. (not the first time with this place, but will be the last) Food was delivered within 30 minutes, and apparently the delivery driver had better things to do than stand on my doorstep (in his words) while I answered the door (wasn't expecting him so soon). He was so busy being angry and rude to a paying customer that he left all my sauces in the back of his car which took another 20 minutes to get delivered, by which point my food was luke warm. His attitude was disgusting.

Found the person who takes the order over the phone most helpful. As for the the chavy delivery driver cant say much about him but really bad customer service on hes part which reflects upon the company

I hadn't tried this pizzaria until a few months ago as I usually order from cuisine marmaris. Cuisine marmaris's food is perfectly adequate and I'll still recommend them to anyone. However, my Mum has recommended Antoni's to me on numerous occasions and I honestly thought that she hadn't really tried anywhere else, so her judgment would be fairly limited! But she insisted (and paid). So we ordered. I've ordered from Antoni's ever since. And now Antoni's will be my first recommendation then cuisine marmaris to follow.

Love it ,have a kebab every week, friendly staff, and excellent pizzas best in town.

Delicious.. Best iv eaten. Highly recommended.
